Description
Claims (10)
- 打抜き部材として形成されつつ回路基板(5)で接触し、かつ、ケーシング(2)から引き出された少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(13)を有する、メカトロニック部材、例えば原動機付き車両の制御モジュール、電磁弁、センサ又は安全装置のコンタクトのための電子部品ケーシング(1)における差込接続のためのコンタクトシステムにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(13)が、
a)前記電子部品ケーシング(1)のベースプレート(2)において、差込及び係止によって固定され、
b)第1のコンタクトタブ(14)によって前記メカトロニクス部材のコンタクトプラグ(23)に接触し、
c)第2のコンタクトタブ(20;20a,20b)によって前記回路基板(5)に接触する
ように形成されていることを特徴とするコンタクトシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(13)が少なくとも1つの結合ウェブ(18a,18b)を備えていること、前記少なくとも1つの結合ウェブ(18a,18b)に関連して約90°曲げられた、切り抜き部(15)を有する前記第1のコンタクトタブ(14)が前記コンタクト要素(13)に形成されていること、前記切り抜き部(15)へ突出するコンタクト突出部(16a,16b)が前記第1のコンタクトタブ(14)に形成されていること、前記少なくとも1つの結合ウェブ(18a,18b)に関連して約90°曲げられた前記少なくとも1つの第2のコンタクトタブ(20;20a,20b)が前記コンタクト要素(13)に形成されていること、及び前記両コンタクトタブ(14;20;20a,20b)が前記少なくとも1つの結合ウェブ(18a,18b)によって結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンタクトシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの結合ウェブ(18a,18b)が、前記第1のコンタクトタブ(14)と前記コンタクトタブ(20;20a,20b)の間で、ジグザグ状に、又はまっすぐに延びて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のコンタクトシステム。
- 自由端が前記コンタクト突出部(16a,16b)から離れる方へ向いた複数の係止突起(17a,17b)が前記第1のコンタクトタブ(14)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載のコンタクトシステム。
- 前記第2のコンタクトタブ(20)が90°曲げられた2つの平行なコンタクト突出部(20a,20b)で形成されていること、及びこれら両コンタクト突出部(20a,20b)の間に係止面(22)が配置されており、及び/又は前記両コンタクト突出部(20a,20b)の両側で、並びに自由端が前記コンタクト突出部から離れる方へ向いた複数の係止突起(21a,21b)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のコンタクトシステム。
- 少なくとも一部材から成る前記第2のコンタクトタブ(20;20a,20b)が、前記回路基板(5)を圧入又ははんだ付けによって接触させるために適合されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載のコンタクトシステム。
- 少なくとも一部材から成る前記第2のコンタクトタブ(20;20a,20b)に隣り合って、位置決めピン(11)を収容するための凹部(19)が前記コンタクト要素(13)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載のコンタクトシステム。
- 前記コンタクト要素(13)の前記第1のコンタクトタブ(14)を収容するために、前記ベースプレート(2)が、前記コンタクトプラグ(23)のための挿入面取り部(8)について前記ベースプレート(2)の反対側に配置されたコンタクトホルダ(9)を備えていること、該コンタクトホルダに隣り合って、係止突起(25,26)が前記第1のコンタクトタブ(14)における前記係止突起(17a,17b)に干渉する第1の抜け止めロック(10)が前記ベースプレート(2)に配置されていること、及び前記係止面(22)及び/又は前記第2のコンタクトタブ(20;20a,20b)における両係止突起(21a,21b)に干渉する、少なくとも1つの係止爪(12a)を有する第2の抜け止めロック(12)が前記コンタクト要素(13)の前記第2のコンタクトタブ(20;20a,20b)のために前記ベースプレート(2)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のコンタクトシステム。
- 前記第1のコンタクトタブ(14)及び少なくとも一部材から成る前記第2のコンタクトタブ(20;20a,20b)が、同方向に約90°前記回路基板(5)の方向へ曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項8記載のコンタクトシステム。
- 前記第1のコンタクトタブ(14)が少なくとも一部材から成る前記第2のコンタクトタブ(20;20a,20b)に対して反対側へ、前記回路基板(5)とは反対に約90°曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項8記載のコンタクトシステム。
