Claims (10)
- それぞれ電気接続配線(3)と結合している電気差込コンタクト要素のための収容チャンバ(2)を有するコンタクト部支持体(1)と、
前記コンタクト部支持体(1)の少なくとも一部を覆い、かつ前記電気接続配線(3)のための貫通口(5)を形成している保護ハウジング(4)と、
ロックが掛かるように前記保護ハウジング(4)に取り付け可能であり、取り付け後、前記電気接続配線(3)をクランプしながら前記保護ハウジング(4)に固定するクランプフレーム(6)と
を備えた電気差込コネクタ部品において、
前記保護ハウジング(4)の各々の貫通口(5)のための前記クランプフレーム(6)が、成形された弾性バネアーム(7)を有しており、前記バネアーム(7)が、前記保護ハウジング(4)に据え付けた後、前記貫通口(5)を通って案内された接続配線(3)を前記保護ハウジング(4)の内壁(14)に弾性的に押付けることを特徴とする電気差込コネクタ部品。 - 前記クランプフレーム(6)が、前記保護ハウジング(4)とロック可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気差込コネクタ部品。
- 前記クランプフレーム(6)が、前記保護ハウジング(4)に、2つのロック位置において位置決め可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気差込コネクタ部品。
- プレロック位置では、前記バネアーム(7)が、前記貫通口(5)が覆い隠されていないように位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電気差込コネクタ部品。
- 最終ロック位置では、前記バネアーム(7)が前記貫通口(5)に入れられた接続配線(3)を前記保護ハウジング(4)の内壁(14)に対して押圧することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電気差込コネクタ部品。
- 前記クランプフレーム(6)が、実質的にまっすぐのフレームバー(8)を有しており、前記フレームバーの端部区間にはそれぞれ1つのロックフック(9)が成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気差込コネクタ部品。
- 前記フレームバー(8)には複数のバネアーム(7)が成形されており、前記バネアームがそれぞれ2つの互いにほぼ垂直に位置合わせされた区間(21、22)を形成しており、前記区間(21、22)が、角に丸みを付けて互いに移行しており、かつ前記区間が両方とも、前記フレームバー(8)の長手方向軸線(23)に対してほぼ垂直に位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気差込コネクタ部品。
- 前記バネアーム(7)が、その前記接続配線(3)に面した側で、成形されたくぼみ溝(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気差込コネクタ部品。
- 前記差込コンタクト要素が、前記コンタクト部支持体(1)内で、前記コンタクト部支持体(1)の外面にロック可能な二次ラッチ(19)によって固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気差込コネクタ部品。
- 前記差込コネクタ部品が、使用するために自動車内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気差込コネクタ部品。
