Claims (10)
- カルシウム化合物および指示薬を含む建築構造製品であって、前記指示薬はカルシウムイオンの可逆的キレート剤を含み、前記建築構造製品が水を含むと、前記建築構造製品は第1の色を呈し、前記第1の色は前記建築構造製品の溶液中のカルシウムイオンの存在に依存し、前記建築構造製品が凝固すると、前記建築構造製品は第2の色を呈する、建築構造製品。
- 前記建築構造製品が石膏スラリー、プラスター、乾燥型ポイントコンパウンド、硬化型ジョイントコンパウンド、レディーミクスト硬化型ジョイントコンパウンド、コーティング、下塗りコーティング、または塗料である、請求項1に記載の建築構造製品。
- 前記指示薬がカルコンカルボン酸、その誘導体、および/またはその塩を含む、請求項1に記載の建築構造製品。
- 前記指示薬が担体上にコーティングされたカルコンカルボン酸を含む、請求項1に記載の建築構造製品。
- 前記指示薬が水を含む前記建築構造製品の0.001重量%〜0.5重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の建築構造製品。
- カルシウム化合物および水を含む建築構造製品を基材に塗布する方法であって、前記方法が、
前記建築構造製品を、カルシウムイオンの可逆的キレート剤を含む指示薬と混合し、それによって前記指示薬を含む前記建築構造製品の混合物を得ることであって、前記混合物が第1の色を発色し、前記第1の色の前記発色がカルシウムイオンの存在に依存している、混合物を得ることと、
前記混合物を基材に塗布することと、を含み、前記第1の色から第2の色への変化が前記混合物の乾燥度を示す、方法。 - 前記建築構造製品が硬化型ジョイントコンパウンド、乾燥型ジョイントコンパウンド、プラスター、コーティング、下塗りコーティング、石膏スラリーまたは塗料である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記指示薬がカルコンカルボン酸、その誘導体および/または塩を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記建築構造製品が凝結遅延剤を含むレディーミクスト硬化型ジョイントコンパウンドであり、前記方法が、前記基材への塗布時に、前記レディーミクスト硬化型ジョイントコンパウンドを少なくとも1種の活性剤と混合するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の凝結遅延剤を含むレディーミクスト硬化型ジョイントコンパウンドをモニターするための方法であって、前記方法が、カルシウムイオンの可逆的キレート剤を含む少なくとも1種の指示薬と前記レディーミクスト硬化型ジョイントコンパウンドを配合することと、前記レディーミクスト硬化型ジョイントコンパウンドを色の変化についてモニターすることと、を含み、前記色の変化が硬化反応の早期活性化を示す、方法。
