Claims (11)
- 液晶デバイスを製造する方法であって、偏光子構成要素と、電気制御回路を規定する層のスタックを含む第1の制御構成要素との間に直接含まれる液晶材料を備えるアセンブリを提供すること、および前記アセンブリの前記偏光子構成要素と、電気制御回路を規定する別の層のスタックを含む別の制御構成要素との間に直接、さらなる液晶材料を含むことを含む、方法。
- 前記さらなる液晶材料を含むことが、前記さらなる液晶材料の制御された体積を介して前記アセンブリを前記別の制御構成要素と一緒にすることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記さらなる液晶材料を含むことが、前記アセンブリおよび前記別の制御構成要素を一緒にし、前記さらなる液晶材料を前記アセンブリと前記別の制御構成要素との間の空間に送達することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記偏光子構成要素が、偏光子要素の各側に積層された単一の構成要素のみを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記偏光子構成要素が、偏光子要素の反対側に積層された2つの保護フィルム、および前記保護フィルムの外面上にコーティングされた配向層を備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 電気制御回路を規定する層のスタックを含む第1の制御構成要素と偏光子構成要素との間に直接含まれる液晶材料、および前記偏光子構成要素とさらなる電気制御回路を規定する別の層のスタックを含む別の制御構成要素との間に直接含まれるさらなる液晶材料を備えるデバイス。
- 前記偏光子構成要素が、偏光子要素の各側に積層された単一の構成要素のみを備える、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記偏光子構成要素が、偏光子要素の反対側に積層された2つの保護フィルム、および前記保護フィルムの外面上にコーティングされた配向層を備える、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 偏光子要素、および前記偏光子要素の少なくとも片側の配向層を含む偏光子構成要素であって、前記配向層がLCセルの前記配向層を整合するLC材料の前記ディレクタを制御することができる偏光子構成要素。
- 前記偏光子要素の両側に配向層を含む、請求項9に記載の偏光子構成要素。
- 少なくとも1つの配向層が前記偏光子要素に積層された保護フィルム上に提供される、請求項9または請求項10に記載の偏光子構成要素。
