Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係るリチウムイオン二次電池は、正極と、上述の本実施形態に係るリチウムイオン二次電池用負極と、非水溶媒を含む非水電解質と、セパレータと、を含む。
実施例1〜10及び比較例1〜3いずれも、同一の正極を用いた。正極は、以下の手順に従って作製した。
[実施例1]
黒鉛に対して有機分子としての酒石酸ナトリウムカリウムを、質量比で96.2:0.3となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥し、水洗することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面に酒石酸ナトリウムカリウムが化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
黒鉛に対して有機分子としての酒石酸ナトリウムカリウムを、質量比で96.0:0.5となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥し、水洗することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面に酒石酸ナトリウムカリウムが化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
黒鉛に対して有機分子としての酒石酸ナトリウムカリウムを、質量比で95.5:1.0となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥し、水洗することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面に酒石酸ナトリウムカリウムが化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
黒鉛に対して有機分子としてのベンズイミダゾールカルボン酸を、質量比で96.2:0.3となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面にベンズイミダゾールカルボン酸が化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
黒鉛に対して有機分子としてのベンズイミダゾールカルボン酸を、質量比で96.0:0.5となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面にベンズイミダゾールカルボン酸が化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
黒鉛に対して有機分子としてのクロロベンズイミダゾールカルボン酸を、質量比で96.2:0.3となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面にクロロベンズイミダゾールカルボン酸が化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
黒鉛に対して有機分子としてのイミダゾールカルボン酸を、質量比で96.2:0.3となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面にイミダゾールカルボン酸が化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
黒鉛に対して有機分子としての二酸化酒石酸二ビスマス水和物を、質量比で96.4:0.1となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥し、水洗することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面に二酸化酒石酸二ビスマス水和物が化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
黒鉛に対して有機分子としてのアラニンとマンデル酸を、質量比で95.5:0.4:0.6となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面にアラニン及びマンデル酸が化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
黒鉛に対して有機分子としての酒石酸ナトリウムカリウムを、質量比で95.5:1.0となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥し、水洗することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面に酒石酸ナトリウムカリウムが化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
負極活物質として、黒鉛を用いた。
黒鉛に対してポリアクリル酸を、質量比で95.5:1.0となるように計量し、水溶液中にて1時間攪拌後、濃縮した。次いで、150℃×12時間、減圧乾燥することにより、上記質量比で黒鉛の表面にポリアクリル酸が化学結合された負極活物質を得た。
負極活物質として、黒鉛を用いるとともに、負極作製時にベンズイミダゾールカルボン酸を、黒鉛に対する質量比で94.5:2.0となるように添加し、負極を作製して評価した。
実施例1〜10及び比較例1〜3で得られた各負極活物質を用いて、以下の手順に従って負極を作製した。
正極、セパレータ、負極を順に積層したものを、大日本印刷株式会社製の二次電池用アルミニウムラミネートを熱シールして袋状に加工したものの中に収容させた。次いで、該ラミネート内に電解液を添加することにより、実施例1〜10及び比較例1〜3の各リチウムイオン二次電池を得た。なお、セパレータとしては、ポリプロピレン/ポリエチレン/ポリプロピレンの3層が積層された不織布(厚み20μm、空隙率45%)を用いた。また、電解液としては、表1及び表4に示されるものを用いた。
実施例3で得られた負極活物質と比較例1で得られた負極活物質について、FIB加工によって負極活物質の断面を作製し、TEMによる断面観察を実施した。また、TEM断面観察と同時に、断面の元素分析をTEM−EDX(日本電子株式会社製「ARM200F」)により実施した。結果を図1及び図2に示した。
実施例1〜10及び比較例1〜3で得られた各リチウムイオン二次電池について、充放電試験を実施した。初回の充放電試験は、Cレート0.1Cで4.2Vまで充電し、0.1Cで2.5Vまで放電した。その後、0.2Cで4.2Vまで充電し、0.25Cで2.5Vまで放電した。
図1は、実施例3の負極活物質断面のTEM−EDX分析結果を示す図である。図2は、比較例1の負極活物質断面のTEM−EDX分析結果を示す図である。より詳しくは、図1及び図2いずれも、耐久試験前の各負極活物質について、TEM−EDXによる断面観察及びカーボン量分布の測定を実施して得られたものである。
Claims (7)
- 電解液溶媒よりも誘電率が大きい有機分子が化学結合された負極活物質を含む、リチウムイオン二次電池用負極。
- 前記有機分子は、周波数10kHのときの比誘電率が90以上である、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用負極。
- 前記有機分子は、単一の分子内又は分子間で分極する分子構造を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用負極。
- 前記有機分子は、1分子内に正電荷及び負電荷を有する双性イオン化合物である、請求項1から3いずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用負極。
- 前記有機分子は、ヒドロキシ酸である、請求項1から4いずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用負極。
- 前記有機分子は、分子量が89〜616である、請求項1から5いずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用負極。
- 正極と、
請求項1から5いずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池用負極と、
非水溶媒を含む非水電解質と、を含み、
前記非水電解質は、LiPF6、LiBF4、LiCF3BF3、LiBF2(C2O4)、LiB(C2O4)2、LiClO4、LiCF3SO3、LiAsF6、LiN(SO2F)2、LiN(SO2CF3)2、LiN(SO2C2F5)2、LiN(SO2C4F9)(SO2CF3)、LiC4F9SO3、LiC(CF3SO2)3、LiCF3CO2及びLiSbF6からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のリチウム塩を含む、リチウムイオン二次電池。
