Abstract
Description
(1) ハウジングと、前記ハウジングに組付けられた端子付き電線と、を有するコネクタであって、前記端子付き電線は、端子と、電線と、前記端子と前記電線との間に設けられた可撓性導体と、を有し、前記可撓性導体は、軸方向に沿って複数の分割導体部に分割され、それぞれの分割導体部は、互いに異なる方向に曲げられている、ことを特徴とするコネクタ。
また、分割導体部が異なる方向に曲げられているので、各分割導体部が外力を吸収する際に生じる曲げ方向と反対へ向かう反力が打ち消される。これにより、端子への曲げ力の伝達も抑制できる。
したがって、電線からの反力を考慮して端子と相手側端子との接触荷重を高める必要がなくなるので、相手側コネクタとの接続に要する挿入力を抑えて接続作業性を向上させることができる。
図1は、本実施形態に係るコネクタの斜視図である。図2は、本実施形態に係るコネクタの正面図である。図3は、図2におけるA−A断面図である。

[2] 前記分割導体部(77A,77B)は、前記可撓性導体(52)における中心軸(O)の軸回りに均等に配置され、それぞれ前記中心軸(O)から離れる方向へ曲げられている、ことを特徴とする[1]に記載のコネクタ。
[3] 前記分割導体部(77A,77B)は、前記可撓性導体(52)の中心軸(O)から離間する方向へ屈曲する余長部(78A,78B)を有する、ことを特徴とする[1]または[2]に記載のコネクタ。
[4] 前記分割導体部(77A,77B)は、バスバー(53)を介して前記電線(54)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする[1]〜[3]のいずれか一つに記載のコネクタ。

前記可撓性導体は、軸方向に沿って複数の分割導体部に分割され、
それぞれの分割導体部は、互いに異なる方向に曲げられている、
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記分割導体部は、前記可撓性導体における中心軸の軸回りに均等に配置され、それぞれ前記中心軸から離れる方向へ曲げられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記分割導体部は、前記可撓性導体の中心軸から離間する方向へ屈曲する余長部を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記分割導体部は、バスバーを介して前記電線に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ。
