前記アクチュエータ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1本の人工筋肉繊維のそれぞれが、カーボンナノチューブ糸から成る、請求項13に記載のアクチュエータ装置。

第1の繊維と、
導電性材料と、
コーティングと、

前記コーティングが前記第1の繊維または前記導電性材料を被覆する前記アクチュエータ装置。 - 前記コーティングが湿気防止を提供する、請求項15に記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記コーティングが紫外線保護を提供する、請求項15に記載のアクチュエータ装置。

- 前記複数の繊維のすべてが、前記コーティングによって封入される、請求項25に記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記コーティングが前記複数の繊維間の表面摩擦を削減する、請求項26に記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記複数の繊維を封入する第2のコーティングをさらに備える、請求項25に記載のアクチュエータ装置。
