Claims (10)
- 接続部品により第1方向に吊り下げられる、リニアアクチュエーターであって、
前記リニアアクチュエーターは、ベースとリニアモーターとリニアエンコーダと回転モーターとロードセルとを備え、
前記リニアモーターは、前記ベースに設置され、且つ、固定コイルモジュールと可動磁気バックプレーンとを備え、前記固定コイルモジュールが前記ベースに固定され、前記可動磁気バックプレーンが前記固定コイルモジュールに対して前記第1方向にスライド可能であり、
前記リニアエンコーダは、前記ベースと前記リニアモーターの前記可動磁気バックプレーンとの間に設けられ、前記ベースに対する前記可動磁気バックプレーンの線形変位距離を測定し、
前記回転モーターは、中心軸を中心に回転し、前記中心軸が前記第1方向に平行であり、
前記ロードセルは、互いに反対側にある2つの側辺を備え、前記2つの側辺はそれぞれ前記第1方向に平行であり、前記リニアモーターの前記可動磁気バックプレーンと前記回転モーターはそれぞれ前記ロードセルの前記2つの側辺に接続され、前記ロードセルが前記回転モーターによって加えられた前記第1方向に平行な作用力を受け、且つ前記作用力を電気信号に変換するように構成される、ことを特徴とするリニアアクチュエーター。 - 前記ロードセル、前記可動磁気バックプレーン、及び前記固定コイルモジュールのうちの少なくとも2つが第2方向に沿って前記ベースに積み重ねられ、前記第2方向が前記第1方向に垂直である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエーター。
- 前記ベースにおける前記ロードセルの投影と、前記ベースにおける前記可動磁気バックプレーンとが、少なくとも部分的に重なっており、前記ベースにおける前記可動磁気バックプレーンの投影と、前記ベースにおける前記固定コイルモジュールとが、少なくとも部分的に重なっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエーター。
- 前記可動磁気バックプレーンは、空間的に前記固定コイルモジュールに対向し、且つ第1群の磁気部材と第2群の磁気部材とを備え、前記第1群の磁気部材及び前記第2群の磁気部材はそれぞれ前記可動磁気バックプレーンの互いに反対側にある2つの内表面に設置され、且つ前記固定コイルモジュールの互いに反対側にある2つの外表面に空間的に対向し、前記第1群の磁気部材が前記第1方向に沿って配置され、前記第2群の磁気部材が前記第1方向に沿って配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエーター。
- 前記固定コイルモジュールは、前記第1方向に沿って順に配置される複数のコイル部材を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエーター。
- 前記ベースは、リニアガイドを備え、前記リニアモーターは、前記可動磁気バックプレーンに取り付けられるスライド部材を備え、前記スライド部材は、スライド可能に前記リニアガイドに接続され、且つ、前記リニアガイドの長手方向に沿って自由に往復運動する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエーター。
- 前記回転モーターは接続部材を備え、前記回転モーターが前記接続部材を介して前記ロードセルに取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエーター。
- 通信プリント回路基板及び接続回路基板を備え、前記通信プリント回路基板が前記ベースに取り付けられ、前記接続回路基板が前記リニアモーターの前記可動磁気バックプレーンに取り付けられ、前記通信プリント回路基板が前記接続回路基板に電気的に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエーター。
- 前記リニアモーター、前記ロードセル、及び前記回転モーターのうちの少なくとも2つが前記第1方向に沿って配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエーター。
- 前記接続部品は、前記リニアアクチュエーターが駆動部品に接続される電纜である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエーター。
