Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係る濾過フィルタは、不純物を分離して水から濾過可能なもので、たんぱく質、ウィルス及び細菌等を阻止可能な所謂UF膜(又はMF膜)と称されるものである。かかる濾過フィルタ5は、図5に示すように、内部が繊維状の構造体から成る支持体1と、該支持体1の内部に一体的に形成されるとともに、不純物を濾過可能な多孔質樹脂から成る濾過膜Mとを具備している。
先ず、メチルホルムアミドにポリスルホンを溶解して樹脂溶液2(高分子溶液)を作製し(S1)、図2、3に示すように、アラミド繊維パルプを抄紙法にてペーパー状に成形した支持体1に当該樹脂溶液2を含浸させて樹脂含浸体3を得た。
先ず、日東電工CSシステム株式会社製のテープ(No.3800K)を実施例及び比較例の表面(膜面)に貼り付け、それぞれを指で3回こすった後、テープの端を把持して180°に折り返してゆっくりと引っ張った。そして、テープの後方25mmを有効面積として濾過膜(樹脂膜)の剥離を観察したところ、比較例が100%剥離したのに対し、実施例は100%未満(約50%)であった。

Claims (14)
- 不純物を濾過可能な濾過フィルタであって、
繊維状の構造体から成る支持体と、
該支持体の内部に一体的に形成されるとともに、不純物を濾過可能な多孔質樹脂から成る濾過膜と、
を具備したことを特徴とする濾過フィルタ。 - 前記濾過膜は、開口率が6〜30%の多孔質樹脂膜から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の濾過フィルタ。
- 前記支持体は、厚さ寸法が0.03〜0.5mmの構造体から成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の濾過フィルタ。
- 前記濾過膜は、厚さ寸法が10〜500μmの多孔質樹脂から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1つに記載の濾過フィルタ。
- 前記支持体は、化学繊維を有する構造体から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載の濾過フィルタ。
- 前記支持体は、アラミド樹脂又はポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂から成ることを特徴とする請求項5記載の濾過フィルタ。
- 前記濾過膜は、ポリスルホン(PSF)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリエーテルサルフォン(PES)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)又はセルロースアセテート(CA)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1つに記載の濾過フィルタ。
- 不純物を濾過可能な濾過フィルタの製造方法であって、
繊維状の構造体から成る支持体に対し、所定の樹脂を所定の溶媒に溶解して作製された樹脂溶液を含浸させた後、非溶媒液に浸漬して当該非溶媒液と前記樹脂溶液の溶媒とを置換することにより、不純物を濾過可能な多孔質樹脂から成る濾過膜が前記支持体の内部に一体的に形成された濾過フィルタを得ることを特徴とする濾過フィルタの製造方法。 - 前記濾過膜は、開口率が6〜30%の多孔質樹脂膜から成ることを特徴とする請求項8記載の濾過フィルタの製造方法。
