Claims (7)
- 燃料配管であって、
少なくとも一の端部に半径方向に張り出した接続頭部が設けられた外管と、
前記外管の一部分に内装され、少なくとも前記接続頭部の軸方向の両端部に接続されている内管と、を備えている燃料配管。 - 前記内管は、前記接続頭部の軸方向の両端部に圧着されている、請求項1記載の燃料配管。
- 前記内管は、前記接続頭部の軸方向の両端部にロウ付けされている、請求項1または2記載の燃料配管。
- 前記外管は、軸方向で外径が一定の本体部と、前記本体部に対して半径方向に張り出した前記接続頭部と、を備え、
前記接続頭部の両端部のうち、一方の端部は開放された先端であり、他方の端部は前記先端に対して軸方向の反対側であり、前記本体部に対して外径が変化する部分である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の燃料配管。 - 燃料配管の製造方法であって、
少なくとも一の端部に内管を内装した状態の外管の前記端部を軸方向に加圧して前記外管を半径方向に張り出させて接続頭部を形成すると共に、前記接続頭部の軸方向の両端部を前記内管に接続する、燃料配管の製造方法。 - 前記内管の外周にはロウ材が配置されており、
前記接続頭部を形成した後で、残留応力を除去するための熱処理を行って前記内管と前記外管の前記接続頭部とをロウ付けする、請求項5記載の燃料配管の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の前記燃料配管と、
前記燃料配管の前記接続頭部を受け入れると共に、前記燃料配管に連通する内部流路が形成された接続部と、
前記接続頭部を前記接続部に固定する締結部と、を備えている燃料配管の接続構造。
