Claims (19)
- 0.6dL/g未満の固有粘度(intrinsic viscosity,IV)を有し、250℃、2.16kgの負荷において測定したメルトボリュームレート(melt volume rate,MVR)が400cm3/10minよりも大きいことを特徴とする、ポリエステル。
- 前記メルトボリュームレートは、異なる時間で2回以上測定され、平均値と標準偏差を有しており、且つ前記標準偏差は前記平均値に対して4%未満である、請求項1に記載のポリエステル。
- 前記ポリエステルは、カルボキシル末端基(carboxylic end group,CEG)含有量及び/又は粘度を有し、前記ポリエステルの重量に対する前記カルボキシル末端基含有量は15meq/kg以下であり、245℃、ずり速度1000s−1において測定された前記粘度は75Pa・s未満である、請求項1又は2に記載のポリエステル。
- 前記ポリエステルの重量に対する前記カルボキシル末端基含有量は15meq/kg以下であり、及び/又は245℃、ずり速度1000s−1において測定された前記粘度は30Pa・s未満である、請求項3に記載のポリエステル。
- 前記ポリエステルは、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(polybutylene terephthalate,PBT)、ポリエチレンテレフタラート(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(polytrimethylene terephthalate,PTT)、及び熱可塑性ポリエーテルエステルエラストマー(thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer,TPEE)により組成されたグループから選択され、そのうちの熱可塑性ポリエーテルエステルエラストマーは、ポリエステルとポリエーテルを含むブロックコポリマーである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル。
- 前記ポリエステルは、CIELAB表色計(CIELAB color scale)における色度座標b*が0〜1.2の間である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル。
- 前記固有粘度が0.45〜0.6dL/gの間である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル。
- 250℃、2.16kgの負荷において測定した前記メルトボリュームレートが450cm3/10minより大きい、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル。
- 前記ポリエステルは、ポリブチレンテレフタレートであり、且つ0.45〜0.6dL/gの間の固有粘度を有し、250℃、2.16kgの負荷において測定したメルトボリュームレートが400〜1200cm3/10minの間であり、ポリブチレンテレフタレートの重量に対するカルボキシル末端基含有量は8〜12meq/kgの間であり、粘度が75Pa・s以下である、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステル。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステルを含み、前記ポリエステルはポリブチレンテレフタレートを含む、樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステルを含み、メルトブロー繊維の直径が1.7μm未満である、メルトブロー繊維。
- 前記メルトブロー繊維は、1.46±0.23μmの直径を有し、20g/m2の坪量あたりにおける幅方向の強度は0.30kgf以上であり、20g/m2の坪量あたりにおける縦方向の強度は0.35kgf以上である、請求項11に記載のメルトブロー繊維。
- 前記ポリエステルは、ポリブチレンテレフタレートである、請求項11又は12に記載のメルトブロー繊維。
- メルトブロー繊維の各々が請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のポリエステルを含む、複合メルトブロー繊維。
- 前記メルトブロー繊維の各々が直径を有し、形状パラメータαが8.5であるとき、前記複合メルトブロー繊維の直径は尺度パラメータβが0.2未満のガンマ分布(Gamma distribution)にフィットする、請求項14に記載の複合メルトブロー繊維。
- 前記メルトブロー繊維の各々が1.46±0.23μmの直径を有し、20g/m2の坪量あたりにおける幅方向の強度は0.30kgf以上であり、20g/m2の坪量あたりにおける縦方向の強度は0.35kgf以上である、請求項14又は15に記載の複合メルトブロー繊維。
- 繊維層を含み、前記繊維層は約10μmの平均フロー孔径を有し、及び/又は15〜20μmのバブルポイント孔径を有し、且つ前記繊維層は請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載のメルトブロー繊維により形成された繊維ウェブである、複合シート。
- 請求項17に記載の複合シートを含む、フィルター。
- 請求項17に記載の複合シートを含む、遮音材。
