Claims (10)
- 一又は複数本の電線を保護部材で包囲してなるワイヤハーネスの製造方法であって、
前記一又は複数本の電線の両端末を処理する第1工程と、
前記両端末が処理された前記一又は複数本の電線の保護対象部分を包囲するように前記保護部材としての金属板材を曲げ加工して筒状に形成する第2工程と、
前記金属板材の両端縁部を該金属板材の長手方向と直交する方向に接合若しくは近接させる第3工程と、
を備えるワイヤハーネスの製造方法。 - 前記金属板材を円筒状に曲げ加工する請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
- 前記金属板材を楕円筒状に曲げ加工する請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
- 前記金属板材を扁平な四角筒状に曲げ加工する請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
- 前記筒状に曲げ加工して前記一又は複数本の電線の保護対象部分を包囲した前記金属板材を、ワイヤハーネスの配索経路に沿う形状に曲げ加工する第4工程をさらに備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤハーネスの製造方法。
- 両端末が予め処理された一又は複数本の電線と、
前記両端末が予め処理された前記一又は複数本の電線の保護対象部分を包み込むように包囲して保護する保護部材と、
を備え、
前記保護部材としての金属板材を曲げ加工して筒状に形成した該金属板材の両端縁部が該金属板材の長手方向と直交する方向に接合若しくは近接しているワイヤハーネス。 - 前記金属板材を円筒状に曲げ加工してなる請求項6に記載のワイヤハーネス。
- 前記金属板材を楕円筒状に曲げ加工してなる請求項6に記載のワイヤハーネス。
- 前記金属板材を扁平な四角筒状に曲げ加工してなる請求項6に記載のワイヤハーネス。
- 前記筒状に曲げ加工された前記金属板材は、水抜き部を有する請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤハーネス。
