Claims (7)
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸の回転軸線周りに配置され、互いに対向配置される少なくとも一対のディスクと、
前記少なくとも一対のディスクの間に傾転可能に挟まれた少なくとも1つのパワーローラと、
前記回転軸とケーシングとの間に配置される少なくとも1つの軸受と、を備え、
前記一対のディスクのうち少なくとも一方のディスクは、前記パワーローラに対向する凹面を有するディスク本体部と、前記ディスク本体部から前記回転軸線に沿って前記パワーローラとは反対側に突出した円筒部と、を有し、
前記円筒部は、前記軸受と前記回転軸との間に挿入されている、トロイダル無段変速機。 - 前記円筒部は、前記回転軸線方向において前記外輪よりも前記ディスク本体部とは反対側に突出している、請求項1に記載のトロイダル無段変速機。
- 前記回転軸の回転軸線周りに配置され、前記一対のディスクの一方に対して動力伝達可能に接続されるギヤを更に備え、
前記少なくとも一対のディスクは、前記回転軸線方向に並んだ二対のディスクを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのパワーローラは、前記二対のディスクに挟まれた一対のパワーローラを含み、
前記二対のディスクは、互いに隣接した一対の中央ディスクと、前記一対の中央ディスクに対して前記回転軸線方向の外側に配置された一対の外ディスクとを有し、前記中央ディスクと前記外ディスクとの間で前記パワーローラが挟まれており、
前記円筒部は、前記中央ディスクに設けられており、
前記少なくとも1つの軸受は、前記ギヤの前記回転軸線方向の両側に設けられた一対の軸受を含み、
前記一対の軸受の各々は、外輪、内輪及び転動体を有し、
前記中央ディスクの前記円筒部と、前記内輪と、前記ギヤとは、互いに圧入されている、請求項1又は2に記載のトロイダル無段変速機。 - 前記内輪は、前記外輪と径方向に対向する内輪本体部と、前記回転軸線方向において前記内輪本体部から前記外輪よりも前記ギヤに向けて突出した内輪延長部と、を有し、
前記ギヤは、前記内輪延長部に対向する凹部を有し、
前記円筒部は、前記内輪に圧入され、
前記内輪延長部は、前記ギヤの前記凹部に圧入されている、請求項3に記載のトロイダル無段変速機。 - 前記内輪は、前記円筒部の端面と前記凹部の底面とに挟まれるように前記内輪延長部から径方向内側に突出した端壁部を更に有する、請求項3に記載のトロイダル無段変速機。
- 前記円筒部は、前記回転軸に径方向内側から支持された支持部と、前記支持部よりも前記ディスク本体部側に位置して前記支持部よりも薄肉であり前記回転軸から径方向外側に離間した薄肉部と、を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のトロイダル無段変速機。
- 前記円筒部は、前記ディスク本体部の径方向内側の端よりも径方向外側に配置されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のトロイダル無段変速機。
