Claims (9)
- フロアパネルの車幅方向外側端部において車両前後方向に延びるサイドシルと、
前記フロアパネルの車幅方向中央部において車両前後方向に延びるトンネル部と、
ハーネスが接続されるコネクタ部を有する電装部品と、
前記フロアパネルの上面における前記サイドシルと前記トンネル部との間に設置され、前記電装部品を支持するブラケットと、を備える電装部品支持構造であって、
前記ブラケットは、
前記電装部品が設置される設置部と、
前記設置部を前記フロアパネルから上方に離間した状態で支持し、前記設置部の前記トンネル部側の端部から前記トンネル部に向かって互いに平行に延び、その先端部に前記フロアパネルに締結される締結部が設けられた一対の脚部と、を有し、
前記コネクタ部は、前記一対の脚部の間かつ前記トンネル部と前記電装部品との間に配置され、
前記一対の脚部は、前記締結部よりも前記トンネル部側に、前記サイドシル側から前記トンネル部側に向かって斜め下方に傾斜する傾斜部をそれぞれ有することを特徴とする電装部品支持構造。 - 前記設置部の前記サイドシル側の端部に、前記サイドシル側に延出する延出部が設けられ、
前記一対の脚部は、前記設置部と前記傾斜部とを連結する連結部を有し、
前記コネクタ部は、前記連結部と上下に重なる位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記一対の脚部が第1脚部および第2脚部からなり、
前記設置部は、前記第1脚部と前記第2脚部との間の前記トンネル部側の端部であって、前記第1脚部の前記連結部と車両前後方向に対向する位置に、前記サイドシル側に窪む切欠き部を有し、
前記第1脚部の全長寸法が前記第2脚部の全長寸法よりも大きく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記第1脚部は、前記締結部を構成する第1締結部と、前記傾斜部を構成する第1傾斜部と、前記連結部を構成する第1連結部と、を有し、
前記第2脚部は、前記締結部を構成する第2締結部と、前記傾斜部を構成する第2傾斜部と、前記連結部を構成する第2連結部と、を有し、
前記第1連結部が前記第2連結部よりも車幅方向外側に配置され、
前記コネクタ部は、前記第1連結部と上下に重なる位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記第1脚部は、前記第2脚部よりも車両前方側に配置され、
前記設置部は、前記第1脚部側の車両前方側の端部に、車両前方に広がる拡張部を有し、
前記拡張部の前端面と前記第1脚部の前端面とが同一面上で連続し、
前記拡張部の車幅方向外側端部は、前記切欠き部の車幅方向外縁部よりも車幅方向外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記電装部品は、互いに平行に車幅方向に延びる一対のクロスメンバの間に配置され、
前記クロスメンバは、
前記電装部品よりも車両前方側に位置する第1クロスメンバと、
前記電装部品よりも車両後方側に位置する第2クロスメンバと、を有し、
前記ブラケットは、
前記設置部から車両前方側に延び前記第1クロスメンバに固定される第1固定部と、
前記設置部から車両後方側に延び前記第2クロスメンバに接続される第2固定部と、を有し、
前記第1固定部は、前記第2固定部よりも車幅方向外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記第1脚部と前記第2脚部との間に、前記フロアパネルを貫通する孔部が設けられ、
前記コネクタ部に接続される前記ハーネスが、前記孔部を通過していることを特徴とする請求項4から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電装部品支持構造。 - 前記第1傾斜部および前記第2傾斜部に、車幅方向に延びるビードがそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4から請求項7の何れか1項に記載の電装部品支持構造。
- 前記第1傾斜部および第2傾斜部に、車幅方向に延びる一対のビードが車両前後方向に並んでそれぞれ形成され、
前記第1傾斜部の車両前方側に形成されたビードは、前記第1傾斜部の車両後方側に設けられたビードよりも長いことを特徴とする請求項4から請求項7の何れか1項に記載の電装部品支持構造。
