Claims (4)
- 被測定ガス中のアンモニアガスを検知するためのアンモニアガスセンサであって、
3価のアルミニウムイオン又は2価のマグネシウムイオンを主たる導電イオン種とした固体電解質であるイオン伝導体と、
前記イオン伝導体の表面に密着された検出補助極と、
前記イオン伝導体の表面に形成され、前記主たる導電イオン種に応じた金属により構成された参照極と、を備え、
前記検出補助極は、(NH4)XRb1-XLnNb2O3(0<X≦1)(但し、Lnは少なくとも1種以上の希土類)により構成されている
ことを特徴とするアンモニアガスセンサ。 - 前記検出補助極は、(NH4)LnNb2O7により構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンモニアガスセンサ。 - 前記検出補助極は、(NH4)LaNb2O7により構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアンモニアガスセンサ。 - 前記イオン伝導体は、3価のアルミニウムイオンを主たる導電イオン種とした固体電解質である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のアンモニアガスセンサ。
