Abstract
Description
第1実施形態に係るシールドコネクタ1は、図1〜図7に示されている。シールドコネクタ1は、図1及び図2に示すように、通信に使用される高周波コネクタである。シールドコネクタ1は、4つの端子アッセンブリ2と、導電材より形成されたシールド部材10と、電気絶縁材より形成されたハウジング28とを備えている。
第2実施形態に係るシールドコネクタ1は、図8〜図11に示されている。シールドコネクタ1は、通信に使用される高周波コネクタである。シールドコネクタ1は、図8に示すように、インナー端子50を保持するインナーハウジング5Aと、インナーハウジング5Aの外周に配置されたシールド部材10とを備えている。その上、シールドコネクタ1は、シールド部材10の外周に配置されたハウジング28を備えている。
第2実施形態の第1変形例に係るシールドコネクタ1は、図12に示されている。第2実施形態の第1変形例に係るシールドコネクタ1は、前記第2実施形態に係るシールドコネクタ1と比較するに、補助凹部52がローレットによって形成されている点のみが相違する。
第2実施形態の第2変形例に係るシールドコネクタ1は、図13に示されている。第2実施形態の第2変形例に係るシールドコネクタ1は、前記第2実施形態に係るシールドコネクタ1と比較するに、補助凹部52が半球状の溝によって形成されている点のみが相違する。
前記第1実施形態では、両端位置の壁部12の基板実装面20にあっては、段差面23は、基板実装面20の基準面22よりも突出している凸部24により形成されている。両端以外の壁部13の基板実装面26にあっては、段差面23は、基板実装面51の基準面22よりも凹んでいる凹部27により形成されている。

Claims (5)
- 端子の外周を覆うシールド部材と、
前記シールド部材に設けられ、基板の面に半田を介して固定される基板実装面とを備え、
前記基板実装面は、基準面と前記基準面に対して異なる高さの段差面とを有するシールドコネクタ。 - 前記段差面は、前記基板実装面の前記基準面よりも突出している凸部と、前記基板実装面の前記基準面よりも凹んでいる凹部との少なくともいずれか一方より形成されている、請求項1に記載のシールドコネクタ。
- 前記凸部又は前記凹部には、補助凸部又は補助凹部が設けられている、請求項2に記載のシールドコネクタ。
- 前記基板実装面は、前記シールド部材の壁部の底面であり、前記基板実装面の中央領域が前記基準面に、前記基板実装面の両端領域が前記凹部による前記段差面にそれぞれ形成されている、請求項2に記載のシールドコネクタ。
- 前記基板実装面には、前記基板の位置決めピン挿通孔に挿入される位置決めピンが設けられ、
前記位置決めピンの周囲は、前記基準面と前記段差面の内で最も低い面に形成されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のシールドコネクタ。
