Abstract
Description
図1には本発明の分別方法を実施する分別装置の構成の一例を示す。分別装置は、最前段のロータリレース1からこれに続く乾燥機2、分離機3、一次破砕機4、二次破砕機5、遠心分離機たるサイクロン6、重力分級機7、篩機8、ブロア9および最後段の集塵機たるバグフィルタ10で構成されている。
上記実施形態において、分別対象はオイルパーム樹幹に限られず広くヤシ樹幹に適用可能である。
上記実施形態において、オイルパーム樹幹は必ずしもかつら剥きにする必要は無く、丸太状の樹幹を分離(切断等)したものをそのまま破砕機に供給するようにしても良い。
上記実施形態において、破砕機を必ずしも一次破砕機と二次破砕機で構成する必要はない。乾燥機を設けることも必須ではない。なお、乾燥機を設ける場合はロータリレース直後ではなく一次破砕機と二次破砕機の間に設けても良い。
上記実施形態において、重力分級機で所望の維管束が得られれば篩機は特に設ける必要はなく、また、必ずしも篩機を第1篩機と第2篩機で構成する必要はない。
上記実施形態において、重力分級機の前に粉塵を分離するための遠心分離機を設ける必要は必ずしもない。
Claims (12)
- ヤシの樹幹をかつら剥きして得られた薄板材を破砕し、破砕片を重力分級して、重力分級された重量物より維管束を回収するとともに重力分級された軽量物から柔組織を回収することを特徴とするヤシ樹幹の分別方法。
- ヤシの樹幹を所定の大きさに分離した分離片を破砕して破砕片とする破砕機と、供給された破砕片から重量物と軽量物を分級する重力分級機とを備え、前記重力分級機で分級された重量物より前記樹幹の維管束を回収するとともに、前記重力分級機で分級された軽量物より前記樹幹の柔組織を回収することを特徴とするヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記破砕機の前段にヤシの樹幹をかつら剥きにするロータリレースを設けた請求項2に記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記破砕機を、粗破砕を行う前段の一次破砕機と細破砕を行う後段の二次破砕機で構成した請求項2又は3に記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記ロータリレースの後段ないし前記一次破砕機の後段に乾燥機を設けた請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記ロータリレースの後段、ないし前記ロータリレースの後段に設けた乾燥機の後段にさらにかつら剥きされた薄板材を分離する分離機を設けた請求項2ないし5のいずれかに記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記重力分級機から出力される重量物を分別して維管束を回収する篩機をさらに設けた請求項2ないし6のいずれかに記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記篩機は、前記重量物より、相対的に長尺の維管束を回収する第1篩機と相対的に短尺の維管束を回収する第2篩機とで構成されている請求項2ないし7のいずれかに記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記重力分級機から出力される軽量物から柔組織を捕集する集塵機を設けた請求項2ないし8のいずれかに記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記重力分級機の前段に、前記破砕片から粉塵を分離する遠心分離機を設けた請求項2ないし9のいずれかに記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記集塵機はさらに、前記遠心分離機から排出される粉塵から柔組織を捕集するものである請求項10に記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
- 前記集塵機はさらに、前記篩機を通過した微粒から柔組織を捕集するものである請求項7ないし11のいずれかに記載のヤシ樹幹の分別装置。
