Abstract
Description
・碍子を提供するステップと、
・抵抗パナートを碍子内に形成するために調整された材料混合物を充填するステップと、を有していて、この場合、前記材料混合物がZrO2およびSiO2を含有しており、
・さらにこの方法は、前記碍子およびこの碍子内に設けられた前記材料混合物を少なくとも870℃の温度Tまで加熱し、それによって前記材料混合物内でZrO2およびSiO2が反応して少なくとも部分的にZrSiO4になるステップを有している。

Claims (7)
- 点火プラグ(1)であって、
・ハウジング(2)と、
・前記ハウジング(2)内に配置された碍子(3)と、
・前記碍子(3)内に配置された中心電極(4)と、
・前記碍子(3)内に配置されたターミナル(8)と、
・前記碍子(3)内に配置された抵抗素子(7)と、を有していて、該抵抗素子(7)が、空間的に前記中心電極(4)と前記ターミナル(8)との間に配置されていて、前記中心電極(4)を前記ターミナル(8)に電気的に接続し、この場合、前記抵抗素子(7)が抵抗パナート(71)を含有していて、該抵抗パナート(71)がZrO2およびSiO2を含有する材料混合物より成っており、
・さらに前記点火プラグ(1)が、前記ハウジング(2)の、燃焼室側の端面に配置された接地電極(5)を有していて、該接地電極(5)が、前記中心電極(4)と共同で火花ギャップを形成している形式のものにおいて、
前記抵抗パナート(71)の材料混合物がZrSiO4も含有していることを特徴とする、点火プラグ(1)。 - 前記抵抗パナート(71)が、300運転時間後に50%以下の相対抵抗変化を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の点火プラグ(1)。
- 特に請求項1から3に記載された点火プラグを製造するための方法(100)において、この方法(100)が、
・碍子を提供するステップ(103)と、
・抵抗パナート(71)を碍子(3)内に形成するために調整された材料混合物を充填するステップ(107)と、を有していて、この場合、前記材料混合物がZrO2およびSiO2を含有しており、
・さらに前記方法(100)が、前記碍子(3)およびこの碍子(3)内に設けられた前記材料混合物を少なくとも870℃の温度Tまで加熱し、それによって前記材料混合物内でZrO2およびSiO2が反応して少なくとも部分的にZrSiO4になるステップ(120)を有している、
点火プラグを製造するための方法(100)。 - 前記温度Tが、870℃乃至965℃の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5記載の方法(100)。
- 前記温度Tを、少なくとも15分、特に最大60分の時間だけ維持し、この場合、温度Tが高くなるにつれて、時間がより短くなってよいことを特徴とする、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法(100)。
