Claims (9)
- バッテリーセル、前記バッテリーセルに備えられた電極リードに取り付けられるバスバー、及び前記バッテリーセルのテラス部に取り付けられて前記電極リードと前記バスバーの少なくとも一部をその内側に収容するバスバーフレームを含む複数の単位モジュールが積層されて形成される単位モジュール積層体と、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられたコネクタホルダによって固定されて前記バスバーと接触するコネクタとを含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記コネクタホルダによって前記コネクタの固定位置がブロック化される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームは、前記テラス部の上面の少なくとも一部を覆う第1単位フレームと、前記テラス部の下面の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記第1単位フレームに結合される第2単位フレームとを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1単位フレームと前記第2単位フレームとはその形状が互いに点対称関係である、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1単位フレーム及び前記第2単位フレームは、それぞれ、
対向面上に形成される少なくとも一つ以上の固定突起、及び前記固定突起に対応する大きさと形状を有する突起収容溝を備える、請求項3又は4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1単位フレームの結合面に形成された前記固定突起は、前記第2単位フレームの結合面に形成された前記突起収容溝に対応する大きさと形状で、対応する位置に形成される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記固定突起及び前記突起収容溝は、前記第1単位フレームと前記第2単位フレームそれぞれの前記対向面の反対側の面上にも形成される、請求項5又は6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールが複数個連結されて具現されるバッテリーパック。
- 請求項8に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
