Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されたセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体の長手方向の一側及び他側を覆う一対のバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームが外側に露出するように前記セル積層体と前記バスバーフレームとの結合体を収容するハウジングであって、前記複数のバッテリーセルの積層方向に垂直な前記セル積層体の両側部を覆う一対のサイドプレートを含むハウジングと、
前記セル積層体と前記サイドプレートとの間に介在されるセル支持部と、前記セル支持部から延びて前記バスバーフレームのうち前記ハウジングの内側に挿入される挿入部と前記サイドプレートとの間に弾性的に押し付けられた状態で介在されるフレーム支持部と、を含む絶縁パッドと、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ハウジングは、
前記セル積層体の上部を覆う上部ハウジングと、
前記セル積層体の下部を覆う下部ハウジングと、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部ハウジングは、前記セル積層体の上面と対面する上部カバー部、及び前記上部カバー部の両側端部から垂直に折り曲げられて前記セル積層体の側面と対面する一対の上部固定部を含み、
前記下部ハウジングは、前記セル積層体の下面と対面する下部カバー部、及び前記下部カバー部の両側端部から垂直に折り曲げられて前記セル積層体の側面と対面する一対の下部固定部を含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記サイドプレートは、前記絶縁パッドと前記上部固定部との間及び前記絶縁パッドと前記下部固定部との間に介在される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セル積層体は、両側方が押し付けられた状態で前記ハウジング内に挿入され、
前記絶縁パッドは、前記セル積層体の押し付けに伴う弾性復元力によって前記サイドプレートを外側に押し返して前記上部固定部及び前記下部固定部に密着させる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレームの前記挿入部と前記絶縁パッドの前記フレーム支持部とが対向する面は、それぞれ前記絶縁パッドの前記セル支持部の延長方向と所定の角度を成すようにテーパー形状を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
