(振動数比u)<1、又は、1<(振動数比u)<√2であるとき、振動伝達率τは1以上となってしまい、ホーン1020で印加される振動が増幅される形で電池セル100の接続部107に伝達されてしまうことがわかる。
パターンB;
(振動数比u)=1であるときには、振動伝達率τは無限大となり、ホーン1020で印加される振動が無限大に増幅され、電池セル100の接続部107に印加されてしまう最悪の状態となる。
パターンC;
√2<(振動数比u)であるときは、振動伝達率τは1未満となり、ホーン1020で印加される振動が減衰され電池セル100の接続部107に伝達されることがわかる。ここで、振動数比uが、2≦(振動数比u)≦3の範囲であると、振動が十分に減衰され、防振効果があることが知られている。

Claims (5)
- ラミネートフィルム外装材から同方向に引き出された正極引き出しタブと負極引き出しタブとを有する電池セルを複数積層し、隣接する電池セルを電気的に接続する補助を行う連結補助部材と、積層された電池セルの間に介挿される補強部材と、を含む電池パックであって、
前記補強部材には、電池セルの正極引き出しタブと負極引き出しタブとが引き出される方向と同方向に突出する突出部が設けられ、
前記連結補助部材には、前記連結補助部材と前記補強部材とを結合させる際、前記突出部と係合し前記突出部を案内する案内部が設けられ、
前記案内部が凹状ガイドであり、
前記突出部の先端側には係止片が設けられる電池パック。 - 電池セルの積層方向からみて、前記補強部材の電池セル間に介挿される平板部が、電池セルの正極引き出しタブと負極引き出しタブとが引き出される端部における外装材を覆う請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記連結補助部材には、
電池セルの引き出しタブがラミネートフィルム外装材から引き出される方向と平行な第1主面と、前記第1主面と表裏の関係にある第2主面と、を有する導電板材を固定する導電板材固定部と、
前記導電板材の前記第1主面との間に形成される第1スリット部と、
前記導電板材の前記第2主面との間に形成される第2スリット部と、が設けられ、
一の電池セルの正負いずれかの引き出しタブが前記第1スリット部に挿通され前記第1主面で前記導電板材と導電接続されると共に、
前記一の電池セルと隣接する電池セルの、前記一の電池セルの引き出しタブと異なる極性の引き出しタブが前記第2スリット部に挿通され前記第2主面で前記導電板材と導電接続される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記連結補助部材には、
電池セルの引き出しタブを、前記第1スリット部又は前記第2スリット部に挿通すると共に、前記連結補助部材と前記補強部材とを結合させる際、
引き出しタブの先端を前記第1スリット部又は前記第2スリット部に向けて誘導する誘導板が設けられる請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - ラミネートフィルム外装材から同方向に引き出された正極引き出しタブと負極引き出しタブとを有する電池セルを複数積層し、隣接する電池セルを電気的に接続する補助を行う連結補助部材と、積層された電池セルの間に介挿される補強部材と、を含む電池パックの製造方法であって、
前記補強部材には、電池セルの正極引き出しタブと負極引き出しタブとが引き出される方向と同方向に突出する突出部が設けられ、
前記連結補助部材には、前記突出部と係合し前記突出部を案内する案内部が設けられ、
前記突出部と前記案内部を係合させて、前記連結補助部材と前記補強部材とを接近させることで、前記連結補助部材と前記補強部材とを結合させる工程を有し、
前記案内部が凹状ガイドであり、
前記突出部の先端側には係止片が設けられる電池パックの製造方法。
