本発明のこのような構成によれば、冷却プレート200と側面カバーとの組立性が改善される。即ち、冷却プレート200に形成された段差によって側面カバーの組立位置がガイドされるため、冷却プレート200と側面カバーとの組立工程がより容易に行われ得る。

Claims (14)
- 少なくとも一方向へ積層された複数の二次電池を備えるセルアセンブリーと、
板状で構成され、前記セルアセンブリーの下部に配置され、前記セルアセンブリーが装着される冷却プレートと、
前記セルアセンブリーの前面を覆い、下部が前記冷却プレートに溶接された前面カバーと、
前記セルアセンブリーの後面を覆い、下部が前記冷却プレートに溶接された後面カバーと、
前記セルアセンブリーの左側面を覆い、下端部が前記冷却プレートに溶接され、前端部が前記前面カバーに溶接され、後端部が前記後面カバーに溶接された左側面カバーと、
前記セルアセンブリーの右側面を覆い、下端部が前記冷却プレートに溶接され、前端部が前記前面カバーに溶接され、後端部が前記後面カバーに溶接された右側面カバーと、
前記セルアセンブリーの上面を覆い、左端部が前記左側面カバーに溶接され、右端部が前記右側面カバーに溶接された上面プレートと、を含み、

- 前記冷却プレート及び前記上面プレートのうち少なくとも一つは、前記左側面カバー及び前記右側面カバーのうち少なくとも一つの端部が外方から内方へ嵌入されて装着されるように段差が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記左側面カバー及び前記右側面カバーは、前記前面カバー、前記後面カバー、前記冷却プレート及び前記上面プレートとの連結部が全て側面に露出したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項12のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から請求項12のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
