Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されて形成されたセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体の長手方向の一方側及び他方側を覆うバスバーフレーム及び前記バスバーフレーム上に固定されて前記バッテリーセルと電気的に接続される複数のバスバーを含むバスバーフレームアセンブリと、
前記バスバーと連結される外部端子とを含み、
前記バッテリーセルは、電極組立体、前記電極組立体と連結されて前記バッテリーセルの長手方向に沿って互いに反対方向に延びる一対の電極リード、及び前記電極組立体を収容して前記電極リードが外部に露出するようにシーリングされるセルケースを含み、
前記一対の電極リードは、前記セル積層体の高さ方向の中心部から下方に偏った位置に形成され、
前記外部端子は、前記電極リードの偏りによって前記電極リードの上部に形成される空間に配置される、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールが、前記セル積層体の長手方向に沿って延びて前記セル積層体の上面の少なくとも一部を覆う第1のFPCB、前記第1のFPCBの長手方向の両側端部から延びて前記バスバーと電気的に接続される第2のFPCB、及び前記第1のFPCBの長手方向の両側端部に取り付けられる一対の温度センサを含むFPCBアセンブリをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記FPCBアセンブリが、前記第2のFPCBに取り付けられ、前記電極リードの偏りによって前記電極リードの上部に形成される空間に位置するコネクタをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1のFPCBが、前記第1のFPCBの一部が切り取られて形成される温度センサ載置部を備える、請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記温度センサ載置部は、長手方向の両側端部のうち一方の側端部が固定端として形成され、他方の側端部が自由端として形成され、幅方向の両側端部が共に自由端として形成される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、前記セル積層体の上部及び前記第1のFPCBを覆う上部カバーをさらに含む、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1のFPCBと前記第2のFPCBとの連結部位が前記バスバーフレームと前記上部カバーとの間の隙間を通って引き出される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルは、幅に対する長さの比が3〜12の範囲である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
