Claims (15)
- 塑性材から構成され、内部に延在する少なくとも1つの螺旋状内側空洞を有する円筒形物体を製造する方法であって、
塑性材から構成され、内部に延在する少なくとも1つの直線状内側空洞を有する円筒形物体(4)を、押出工具(1)を用いて製造するステップと、
前記押出工具(1)から捩じり部(7)を通して保持移送装置(2)に前記円筒形物体(4)を排出するステップであって、前記保持移送装置が、前記円筒形物体(4)を保持しかつ移送するように構成され、該保持移送装置の長手軸(2i)周りに回転可能である、ステップと、
前記円筒形物体(4)を前記保持移送装置内(2)に保持し移送しながら前記保持移送装置を回転させることによって、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋状内側空洞(9)を形成するために前記捩じり部(7)において前記円筒形物体(4)を捩じるステップと、
内部に延在する少なくとも1つの螺旋状内側空洞(9)を有する前記円筒形物体(4)を、前記保持移送装置(2)から保管装置(3)に排出するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記長手軸周りに回転可能な前記保持移送装置(2)が、2つのモータによって作動させられ、前記2つのモータの一方が、回転可能な前記保持移送装置内での前記円筒形物体の前進速度を制御する送りモータ(5)であり、前記2つのモータの他方が、前記円筒形物体の長手方向での前記前進と同時に、前記長手軸周りに回転可能な前記保持移送装置(2)の回転速度を制御する回転モータであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形物体(4)が、前記保持移送装置(2)内に移送ベルト(2e、2f)によって保持され、前記円筒形物体の長手軸方向前方へ移動させられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記移送ベルト(2e、2f)が、転向ローラ(2a、2b、2c、2d)に装着され、前記円筒形物体(4)を前方へ移動させる前記移送ベルトの走行速度が、前記送りモータ(5)によって設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形物体(4)が、一様な速度で動かされる2つ、3つ、または4つの移送ベルトによって前記保持移送装置(2)内に保持され、該円筒形物体の長手軸方向前方に移動させられることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記保持移送装置(2)の前進速度および回転速度が、制御信号(st1、st2)を前記送りモータ(5)および前記回転モータ(6)に送り込む制御ユニット(10)によって設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記押出工具(1)からの前記円筒形物体(4)の排出速度が、速度センサ(14)を用いて測定され、かつ/または前記押出工具から排出された前記円筒形物体の直径が、直径センサ(15)を用いて測定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形物体(4)が、切断装置(11)を用いて所定の長さに長さ切断され、前記長さ切断が、前記押出工具(1)と回転可能な前記保持移送装置(2)との間、または回転可能な前記保持移送装置(2)と前記保管装置(3)との間で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

前記保持移送装置(2)から排出され、内部に延在する少なくとも1つの螺旋状内側空洞(9)を有する前記円筒形物体を受け入れるように構成された保管装置(3)と

- 前記円筒形物体(4)を長さ切断するために、前記押出工具(1)と前記保持移送装置(2)との間、または回転可能な前記保持移送装置(2)と前記保管装置(3)との間に配置された切断装置(11)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
