Description

- 内部に延在する少なくとも1つの螺旋状内側空洞を有する円筒形物体を、保持移送装置から保管装置に排出するステップと

Claims (8)
- 内部に延在する少なくとも1つの螺旋状内側空洞を有する円筒形物体を製造する方法であって、
硬質金属または鋼を含む材料を円筒形物体に押出成形することと、
押出成形ダイの出口から保持移送装置の入口まで延在する捩じり部の係合により、前記押出成形ダイから前記保持移送装置に前記円筒形物体を排出し、前記保持移送装置は、該保持移送装置の長手軸周りに回転するように構成され、それによって該保持移送装置の中での前記円筒形物体の移送を促すことと、
押出成形された前記円筒形物体を前記保持移送装置の中に保持し移送しながら前記保持移送装置を回転させることによって、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋状内側空洞を形成するために前記捩じり部において前記円筒形物体を捩じることと、
押出成形された前記円筒形物体を保管装置に送ることと
を含み、
内部に延在する少なくとも1つの螺旋状内側空洞を含む前記円筒形物体を製造する装置は、第1のモータおよび第2のモータを備え、前記第1のモータは、前記円筒形物体が回転可能な前記保持移送装置において送られる速度を制御する送りモータであり、前記第2のモータは、長手軸周りの前記保持移送装置の回転速度を制御するトルクモータであり、
前記保持移送装置の送り速度および前記回転速度が、前記送りモータおよび前記トルクモータに制御信号を送り込む制御ユニットによって制御され、
前記円筒形物体が前記押出成形ダイから押し出される速度が、速度センサを用いて測定され、かつ前記押出成形ダイから排出された前記円筒形物体の直径が、直径センサを用いて測定され、
前記円筒形物体が、前記保持移送装置の内部に保持され、コンベヤベルトによって前記保持移送装置の長手軸方向へ移動させられ、前記コンベヤベルトの速度および前記保持移送装置の回転速度は、前記直径センサを用いて測定された、前記押出成形ダイから排出された前記円筒形物体の直径に適応させられる、方法。 - 前記コンベヤベルトが、アイドラプーリに装着され、前記円筒形物体を移動させる前記アイドラプーリの走行速度が、前記送りモータによって制御される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形物体が、一様な速度で動かされる2つ、3つ、または4つのコンベヤベルトによって前記保持移送装置の長手軸方向へ保持および移動させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記押出成形ダイと回転可能な前記保持移送装置との間、または回転可能な前記保持移送装置と前記保管装置との間で、前記円筒形物体が、切断装置を用いて所定の長さに切断される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 内部に延在する少なくとも1つの螺旋状内側空洞を有する円筒形物体を製造する装置であって、
硬質金属または鋼を含む前記円筒形物体を製造するように構成された押出成形ダイと、
前記円筒形物体を受け取り、保持しかつ移送するように構成された保持移送装置であって、該保持移送装置の長手軸周りに回転可能であり、それによって該保持移送装置の中での前記円筒形物体の移送を促す、保持移送装置と、
前記保持移送装置から排出された前記円筒形物体を受け入れるように構成された保管装置と、
前記円筒形物体が回転可能な前記保持移送装置内で送られる速度を制御するように構成された送りモータと、
長手軸周りの前記保持移送装置の回転速度を制御するように構成されたトルクモータと、
前記送りモータおよび前記トルクモータの制御信号を送り込むように構成された制御ユニットと、
前記円筒形物体が前記押出成形ダイから押し出される速度を測定するように構成された速度センサと、
前記押出成形ダイから排出された前記円筒形物体の直径を測定するように構成された直径センサと
を備える装置であって、
前記保持移送装置が、前記円筒形物体を前記保持移送装置の長手軸方向に移動させるように構成されたコンベヤベルトを備え、前記コンベヤベルトの速度および前記保持移送装置の回転速度は、前記直径センサを用いて測定された、前記押出成形ダイから排出された前記円筒形物体の直径に適応させられる、装置。 - 前記コンベヤベルトが、アイドラプーリに装着され、前記アイドラプーリの走行速度が、前記送りモータによって制御される、請求項5に記載の装置。
