Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年3月28日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10−2018−0035748号及び2019年3月14日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10−2019−0029278号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、該当大韓民国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
本出願は、樹脂組成物に関する。
V2/V1 ≧ 2
1.分散性
実施例及び比較例で製造されたイソシアネート含有硬化剤組成物部に対して初期粘度(V1)を測定した。具体的に、イソシアネート、フィラー及び分散剤を混合した後、24時間以内の時間で温度が常温(約25℃)に落ちることを確認し、レオメーター(parallrel type rheometer)を用いて常温で2.5/sのせん断速度(shear rate)基準の粘度を測定した。評価基準は下の通りである。粘度が高いほど分散剤の添加による分散効果が十分ではないことを意味する。

実施例及び比較例で製造されたイソシアネート含有硬化剤組成物部に対して測定した。具体的に、イソシアネートとフィラー及び分散剤を混合した後、24時間以内に測定された初期粘度(V1)に対して、2倍以上の粘度(V2)になるまでかかった時間を確認した。評価基準は下の通りである。2倍以上の粘度(V2)に到逹するまでかかった時間が短いほどイソシアネートと分散剤の反応と関連して保存安定性が良くないことを意味する。

X:1ヶ月未満
実施例及び比較例で製造された主剤組成物部、硬化剤組成物部及び触媒を混合し、硬化が完了した時間によって評価した。「硬化が完了した」とは、常温及び30〜70%の相対湿度条件で24時間の間硬化反応が行われた場合、TF−IR分析により確認されるNCOピーク基準転換率(conversion)が80%以上である場合を意味することができる。硬化の完了に所要される時間が短いほど該当組成物がモジュールに注入された後に速く硬化されて、要求される物性を短時間内に確保することができることを意味する。

<実施例1>
主剤組成物部:前記化学式2で表示されるカプロラクトン系ポリオールとして、繰り返し単位の数(化学式2のm)が約1〜3程度のレベルであり、ポリオール由来の単位(化学式2のY)としては、1,4−ブタンジオールを含むポリオールを含む組成物を用いた。これに加えて、アルミナフィラー及びリン酸系陰イオン性分散剤を下記表1のような含量で混合した。用いられたポリオールは100gである。
下記表1に記載した差異以外は、同一の方法で二液型ウレタン系組成物を製造した。

Claims (20)
- エステル系ポリオール樹脂含有主剤組成物部;ポリイソシアネート含有硬化剤組成物部;フィラー;及びリン酸エステル系陰イオン性分散剤を含み、
前記エステル系ポリオール樹脂及びポリイソシアネートを合わせた全体100重量部に対して20重量部未満の前記陰イオン性分散剤を含むことを特徴とする、二液型ウレタン系組成物。 - 前記主剤組成物部又は硬化剤組成物部は、フィラー及び陰イオン性分散剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記エステル系ポリオール樹脂及びポリイソシアネートの含量を合わせた100重量部に対して、50〜2,000重量部のフィラーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記硬化剤組成物部は、ポリイソシアネート100重量部に対して、20重量部未満の前記陰イオン性分散剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記主剤組成物部は、エステル系ポリオール樹脂100重量部に対して、20重量部未満の前記陰イオン性分散剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記フィラー100重量部に対して、0.01〜55重量部の前記陰イオン性分散剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記主剤組成物部又は硬化剤組成物部は、各組成物部の構成成分を混合した後に常温で24時間以内に測定された初期粘度(V1)が1,000,000cP以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物(ただし、V1は、流変物性測定器(ARES)を用いて0.01〜10.0/sまでのせん断速度(shear rate)範囲で測定するとき、2.5/s地点で測定された粘度値である。)。
- 前記主剤組成物部又は硬化剤組成物部は、少なくとも2ヶ月が経過した後に下記関係式1を満足することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。

(前記関係式1で、V1は、主剤組成物部又は硬化剤組成物部の初期粘度であり、V2は、構成成分を混合した後24時間を超過する所定時間が経過した後に測定された粘度であり、V2は、流変物性測定器(ARES)を用いて0.01〜10.0/sまでのせん断速度(shear rate)範囲で測定するとき、2.5/sの地点で測定された粘度値である。) - 前記フィラーの含湿量は、1,000ppm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記エステル系ポリオールは、DSC(Differential Scanning calorimetry)分析で結晶化温度(Tc)と溶融温度(Tm)が観察されない非結晶性ポリオールであるか溶融温度(Tm)が15℃未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記エステル系ポリオール樹脂及びポリイソシアネートは、それぞれ10,000cP未満の粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記エステル系ポリオール樹脂とポリイソシアネートの混合物は、硬化後に0℃未満のガラス転移温度(Tg)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記エステル系ポリオールは、下記化学式2又は3で表示されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- カルボン酸由来の単位Xは、フタル酸単位、イソフタル酸単位、テレフタル酸単位、トリメリット酸単位、テトラヒドロフタル酸単位、ヘキサヒドロフタル酸単位、テトラクロロフタル酸単位、シュウ酸単位、アジピン酸単位、アゼライン酸単位、セバシン酸単位、コハク酸単位、リンゴ酸単位、グルタル酸単位、マロン酸単位、ピメリン酸単位、スベリン酸単位、2,2−ジメチルコハク酸単位、3,3−ジメチルグルタル酸単位、2,2−ジメチルグルタル酸単位、マレイン酸単位、フマル酸単位、イタコン酸単位及び脂肪酸単位からなる群より選択された一つ以上の単位であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記ポリオール由来の単位Yは、エチレングリコール単位、プロピレングリコール単位、1,2−ブチレングリコール単位、2,3−ブチレングリコール単位、1,3−プロパンジオール単位、1,3−ブタンジオール単位、1,4−ブタンジオール単位、1,6−ヘキサンジオール単位、ネオペンチルグリコール単位、1,2−エチルへキシルジオール単位、1,5−ペンタンジオール単位、1,9−ノナンジオール単位、1,10−デカンジオール単位、1,3−シクロヘキサンジメタノール単位、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール単位、グリセリン単位及びトリメチロールプロパン単位からなる群より選択されるいずれか一つ又は2個以上の単位であることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートは、非芳香族ポリイソシアネートであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 前記フィラーは、アルミナ、AlN(aluminum nitride)、BN(boron nitride)、窒化ケイ素(silicon nitride)、SiC又はBeOを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の二液型ウレタン系組成物。
- 上部板、下部板及び側壁を有し、前記上部板、下部板及び側壁により内部空間が形成されているモジュールケース;
前記モジュールケースの内部空間に存在する複数のバッテリセル;及び
請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の組成物が硬化されて形成され、前記複数のバッテリセルと接触する樹脂層を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリモジュール。 - 請求項18に記載のバッテリモジュールを一つ以上含むことを特徴とする、バッテリパック。
- 請求項18に記載のバッテリモジュール又は請求項19に記載のバッテリパックを含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
