Description
本出願は、2018年3月28日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10-2018-0035749号及び2019年3月14日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10-2019-0029277号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、該当大韓民国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
本出願は、樹脂組成物に関する。具体的に、本出願は、樹脂組成物と、前記樹脂組成物の硬化物と、を含むバッテリモジュール、バッテリパック及び自動車に関する。

1.粘度
樹脂組成物の粘度は、流変物性測定器(ARES)を用いて常温で0.01~10.0/sまでのせん断速度(shear rate)条件で測定した。実施例で言及した粘度は、せん断速度2.5/sの地点での粘度であり、せん断速度が0.25/sである地点と2.5/sである地点での粘度の比によりTI(チキソトロピー指数、thixotropic index)を決めることができる。
下記記載した耐電圧と絶縁破壊電圧がそれぞれ全て所定の値を満足する場合、○で表示し、そうでない場合、Xで表示した。
ISO 6469-3によって測定した。具体的に、モジュール状態で組成物を注入し、1時間が経過した後に2kVを1秒間印加した。漏洩電流が1mA未満であると、○で表示し、その以上であると、Xで表示した。
ASTM D149に根拠して2mm厚さの硬化物(本硬化される)を製造し、絶縁破壊電圧の測定時にその値が10kV/mm以上であると、○で表示し、これより低いと、Xで表示した。
図1のような形状のモジュールケースとして、アルミニウムで製造された下部板、側壁及び上部板を有するモジュールケースを用いた。前記モジュールケースの下部板の内側面には、バッテリセルの装着をガイディングするガイド部が形成されており、前記モジュールケースの上部板及び下部板の中心部には、樹脂組成物の注入のための注入ホールが一定間隔に形成されており、上部板及び下部板の末端には、観察ホールが形成されているケースを用いた。前記モジュールケース内にバッテリパウチを複数個積層したパウチの束を収納した。その後、前記モジュールケースの上面に上部板を覆った。
<実施例1>
ポリオール:主剤組成物には、前記化学式2で表示されるカプロラクトン系ポリオールとして、繰り返し単位の数(化学式2のm)が約1~3程度レベルであり、ポリオール由来の単位(化学式2のY)としては、1,4-ブタンジオールを含むポリオールを含む樹脂(Brookfield LV type粘度計で測定するとき、約280cPの粘度を有する)を所定含量用いた。
分散剤の含量を実施例1で用いた分散剤の含量に対して70%で添加したこと以外は、実施例1と同一に組成物を製造した。
主剤組成物部は、ビニル基を有するポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)を含み、硬化剤組成物部は、ビニル基を有するポリジメチルシロキサンとハイドライド基を有するポリジメチルシロキサンを含むように構成し、それぞれ粘度が20万~30万内外になるようにフィラーと配合した。混合過程のうち白金触媒の使用量を適切に調節した。
触媒の含量を実施例1で用いた含量に対して30%で用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同一に組成物を製造した。
触媒の含量を実施例1で用いた含量に対して3倍レベルで用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同一に組成物を製造した。
主剤組成物の化学式2で繰り返し単位mを1未満にしたこと以外は、実施例1と同一に組成物を製造した。

Claims (14)
- エステル系ポリオール樹脂含有主剤組成物部;
ポリイソシアネート含有硬化剤組成物部;及び
フィラーを含み、
前記フィラーは、前記主剤組成物部又は前記硬化剤組成物部に含まれており、
前記エステル系ポリオールは、DSC(Differential Scanning calorimetry)分析で結晶化温度(Tc)と溶融温度(Tm)が観察されない非結晶性ポリオール又は溶融温度(Tm)が15℃未満であるエステル系ポリオールであり、
前記エステル系ポリオール樹脂は、下記化学式1又は2で表示され、
下記関係式1で定義される初期粘度変化率が1.1~5.0の範囲内であり、
下記関係式2で定義される初期粘度変化率が10以上であり、
下記関係式1及び2で、V1は、100,000~500,000cPの範囲内であり、V2は、2,000,000cP以下であり、V3は、5,000,000cP以上を満足する硬化性樹脂組成物。

(前記関係式1及び2で、V1は、初期粘度であって、前記主剤組成物部と硬化剤組成物部とを混合した樹脂組成物に対して、前記混合後60秒以内に常温で測定した粘度値であり、V2は、V1が測定された前記樹脂組成物を常温で5分の間放置した後に測定された粘度値であり、V3は、V1が測定された前記樹脂組成物を常温で60分間放置後に測定された粘度値であり、V1~V3は、流変物性測定器(ARES)を用いて0.01~10.0/sまでのせん断速度(shear rate)の範囲で測定するとき、2.5/s地点で測定された粘度値である。) - 前記樹脂組成物は、常温硬化型二液型ウレタン系樹脂組成物である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記主剤組成物部と硬化剤組成物部と混合した樹脂組成物に対して、前記混合後24時間が経過した後に測定された硬化物の絶縁破壊電圧が10kV/mm以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記エステル系ポリオール樹脂とポリイソシアネートの混合物は、硬化後0℃未満のガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記エステル系ポリオール樹脂及びポリイソシアネートは、それぞれ10,000cP未満の粘度を有する、請求項1又は4に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記カルボン酸由来の単位Xは、フタル酸単位、イソフタル酸単位、テレフタル酸単位、トリメリット酸単位、テトラヒドロフタル酸単位、ヘキサヒドロフタル酸単位、テトラクロロフタル酸単位、シュウ酸単位、アジピン酸単位、アゼライン酸単位、セバシン酸単位、コハク酸単位、リンゴ酸単位、グルタル酸単位、マロン酸単位、ピメリン酸単位、スベリン酸単位、2,2-ジメチルコハク酸単位、3,3-ジメチルグルタル酸単位、2,2-ジメチルグルタル酸単位、マレイン酸単位、フマル酸単位、イタコン酸単位及び脂肪酸単位からなる群より選択された一つ以上の単位である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリオール由来の単位Yは、エチレングリコール単位、プロピレングリコール単位、1,2-ブチレングリコール単位、2,3-ブチレングリコール単位、1,3-プロパンジオール単位、1,3-ブタンジオール単位、1,4-ブタンジオール単位、1,6-ヘキサンジオール単位、ネオペンチルグリコール単位、1,2-エチルへキシルジオール単位、1,5-ペンタンジオール単位、1,9-ノナンジオール単位、1,10-デカンジオール単位、1,3-シクロヘキサンジメタノール単位、1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノール単位、グリセリン単位及びトリメチロールプロパン単位からなる群より選択されるいずれか一つ又は2個以上の単位である、請求項1又は6に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートは、非芳香族ポリイソシアネートである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記非芳香族ポリイソシアネートは、脂環族ポリイソシアネート、脂環族ポリイソシアネートのカルボジイミド変性ポリイソシアネート又は脂環族ポリイソシアネートのイソシアヌレート変性ポリイソシアネートである、請求項8に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記フィラーは、アルミナ、AlN(aluminum nitride)、BN(boron nitride)、窒化ケイ素(silicon nitride)、SiC又はBeOを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記エステル系ポリオール樹脂及びポリイソシアネートの含量を合わせた100重量部に対して、50~2,000重量部のフィラーを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 上部板、下部板及び側壁を有し、前記上部板、下部板及び側壁により内部空間が形成されているモジュールケース;
前記モジュールケースの内部空間に存在する複数のバッテリセル;及び
請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物が硬化されて形成され、前記複数のバッテリセルと接触する樹脂層を含む、バッテリモジュール。 - 請求項12に記載のバッテリモジュールを一つ以上含む、バッテリパック。
- 請求項12に記載のバッテリモジュール又は請求項13に記載のバッテリパックを含む、自動車。
