Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年4月14日付け韓国特許出願第2017−0048646号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
Claims (14)
- 開口部が形成される缶部材と、
前記開口部を密封するトップキャップ組立体と、
前記開口部と前記トップキャップ組立体の間を絶縁するガスケットと、
前記ガスケットの表面に塗布されるホットメルトとを含み、
前記ホットメルトは、所定の温度以上では流動性及び粘性が発生し、前記所定の温度未満では固まる二次電池。 - 前記所定の温度は、ガラス転移温度(Tg)である請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記所定の温度は、60℃である請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ホットメルトは、前記所定の温度以上で粘着性を有する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ホットメルトは、
温度の昇降によって前記所定の温度以上で粘性が発生し、前記所定の温度未満で固まる状態を反復的に有し得る物質である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ホットメルトは、熱可塑性樹脂及び粘着付与剤(tackifier)の組合せでなる請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ホットメルトは、カップリングエージェント(coupling agent)をさらに含む請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリエステル系樹脂である請求項6又は7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記粘着付与剤は、フェノール系樹脂、カーボン系樹脂及びロジン系樹脂のうち何れか一つ以上である請求項6又は7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カップリングエージェントは、シリコン系のアミノシラン、ビニルシランのうち何れか一つ以上である請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 缶部材、トップキャップ組立体、ガスケットを準備する準備段階と、
前記ガスケットの表面に有機溶媒に溶かしたホットメルトを塗布する塗布段階と、
前記塗布段階以後に前記ガスケットを乾燥させることによって前記有機溶媒を蒸発させる乾燥段階と、
前記乾燥段階以後、前記缶部材と前記トップキャップ組立体と前記ガスケットを互いに組立て二次電池を組立てる組立段階と、
前記二次電池を活性化する活性化段階とを含み、
前記活性化段階において、前記ホットメルトは温度変化により状態変化を経て、状態変化する前記ホットメルトによって前記ガスケットが前記缶部材及びトップキャップ組立体に気密に接着される二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記活性化段階は、
前記二次電池を常温でエージングする常温エージング(aging)工程と、
前記常温エージングより高い温度である60℃以上の温度環境でエージングする高温エージング工程と、
前記高温エージング工程以後、前記高温エージング工程より温度が低い60℃未満の温度環境で前記二次電池を充放電する充放電工程とを含む請求項11に記載の二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記ホットメルトは、前記常温エージング工程時は固まっているが、
前記高温エージング工程時に流動性及び粘性を有する物質に状態変化し、
常温で再び固まる請求項12に記載の二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記有機溶媒は、トルエン(toluene)、キシレン(xylene)、メチルエチルケトン(methyl ethyle ketone)のうち少なくとも何れか一つ以上でなる物質である請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
