II.本技術

鉄および鉄塩の銅および銅塩に対する重量比が最大で約10:1であり、
処理済みリグノセルロース材料が約2cpsから約6cpsの粘度を有し、
処理済みリグノセルロース材料が、銅を含まない同様の方法により形成される第2の処理済みリグノセルロース材料より少なくとも50%高いアンモニア形成に対する阻害効果を有する、
方法。 - 銅またはその塩が、元素銅(Cu0)、銅(I)塩、および銅(II)塩のうちの1つまたは複数からなる、請求項7に記載の方法。

- 酸化剤が過酸化水素を含む、請求項7から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 方法が多段階漂白プロセスを含み、処理ステップが多段階漂白プロセスにおける最後の漂白ステップである、請求項7から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 処理済みリグノセルロース材料が高吸水性ポリマー(SAP)を含まない、請求項7から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 酸性pHで、リグノセルロース材料の約0.5重量%から約5重量%の酸化剤の存在下で、リグノセルロース材料の約50重量ppmから約200重量ppmの、銅および鉄、またはそれらの塩の組み合わせからなる触媒を加えることにより、リグノセルロースクラフトパルプを処理して、処理済みリグノセルロース材料を生成するステップ
を含むフラッフパルプを調製する方法であって、
添加される鉄および鉄塩の銅および銅塩に対する重量比が最大で10:1であり、
処理済みリグノセルロース材料が約2cpsから約6cpsの粘度を有し、
処理済みリグノセルロース材料が、銅を含まない同様の方法により形成される第2の処理済みリグノセルロース材料より少なくとも50%高いアンモニア形成に対する阻害効果を有する、

を含むフラッフパルプを調製する方法であって、
リグノセルロースクラフトパルプが、溶液中の水を基準にして約8wt%から約12wt%のリグノセルロースクラフトパルプの水溶液中に存在し
鉄および鉄塩の銅および銅塩に対する重量比が約8:1から約1:8であり、
処理済みリグノセルロース材料が約3cpsから約5cpsの粘度を有し、
処理済みリグノセルロース材料が、銅を含まない同様の方法により形成される第2の処理済みリグノセルロース材料より少なくとも50%高いアンモニア形成に対する阻害効果を有する、

乾燥した第2のリグノセルロース材料が、乾燥した第1のリグノセルロース材料より少なくとも50%高いアンモニア形成に対する阻害効果を有する、
