Abstract
Description
製造例1
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーとして、重量平均分子量が2,400g/molであり、3官能である、MIRAMER PU340(Miwon Specialty Chemical社)を、(メタ)アクリレートモノマーとして、鎖状脂肪族系(メタ)アクリレートモノマーであり、重量平均分子量が226g/molであり、2官能である、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレートを、顔料として二酸化チタン(TiO2)を準備した。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマー、(メタ)アクリレートモノマーおよび顔料を下記の表1のように準備し、表1のような組成を有する基材組成物を製造した。
製造例4
重量平均分子量が1,700g/molの3官能ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、重量平均分子量が1,000g/molの2官能ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、光開始剤としてビスアクリルホスフィン系光開始剤(BASF社、Irgacure 819)、分散剤としてアクリロニトリル(acrylonitrile)、イソプレン、スチレンおよびブタジエンのブロック共重合体であるアクリル系ブロック共重合体分散剤、顔料として粒径が20nmのカーボンブラックを準備した。
前記製造例4と同様の3官能ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、2官能ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、光開始剤、分散剤およびカーボンブラックを準備し、下記の表2のような組成を有するコーティング組成物を製造した。
製造例7
光硬化性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂として、ガラス転移温度が20℃であり、重量平均分子量が8,000g/molであり、9官能である、ウレタンシリコーンアクリレート樹脂、光硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーとしてガラス転移温度が50℃のペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート、無機ナノ粒子として表面にメチルメタクリレート基を導入したシリカ、フッ素系化合物としてフッ素アクリレート(DIC、RS−75)、光開始剤(BASF、Irgacure 184)を準備した。
光硬化性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂、光硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーおよび開始剤として前記製造例7で準備したものと同様のものを準備した。その後、下記の表3に記載された成分および含量で光硬化性組成物を製造した。
製造例1による基材組成物をポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)離型フィルムの一面に塗布し、離型フィルムに塗布された基材組成物の上部に同様のPET離型フィルムを積層した。次に、40kGyの電子ビームエネルギーによる電子ビーム(electron beam)硬化によって前記基材組成物を硬化することによって、離型フィルム、有色基材層および離型フィルムを順次備えた積層体を製造した。前記積層体から一つの離型フィルムを剥離し、前記離型フィルムが剥離された有色基材層の一面上に、製造例4によるコーティング組成物を塗布した後に紫外線硬化して有色コーティング層を形成した。
基材組成物、コーティング組成物および光硬化性組成物を下記の表4のように用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により多層マーキングフィルムを製造した。

前記実施例および比較例の各々の多層マーキングフィルムに対して、75mm×150mm大きさのサンプルをアルミニウム材質の塗装板に付着した後、濃度が100%のイソプロピルアルコール(IPA)に1時間露出させた後、ナイフを用いて強制的に脱着しようとする時に壊れる形態が見えるか、または初期に付着した形態のまま脱着が可能であるか否かによって破砕性を評価した。その結果を下記の表5に示す。初期に付着した形態のまま脱着が可能な場合には「NG」に、脱着しようとする時に壊れる形態が見える場合には「OK」に評価した。
前記実施例および比較例の各々の多層マーキングフィルムに対して、1cm×4cm大きさの長方形のサンプルを準備し、各サンプルに対してTexture Analyzer XT Plus(Stable Micro Systems社)を用いて、サンプルの両端を固定した後、300mm/minの速度で引っ張った後に破断される時点の引張強度を測定し、その結果を下記の表5に示す。
前記実施例および比較例の各々の多層マーキングフィルムに対して、1cm×4cm大きさの長方形のサンプルを準備し、各サンプルに対してTexture Analyzer XT Plus (Stable Micro Systems社)を用いて、サンプルの両端を固定した後、300mm/minの速度で引っ張った後に破断される時点の伸び率を測定し、その結果を下記の表5に示す。
前記実施例および比較例の各々の多層マーキングフィルムに対して、ビデオレコーダを用いてブラスブラシ(brass brush)によって多層マーキングフィルムの最外部の表面にスクラッチを形成した後に回復する時間を測定し、その結果を下記の表5に示す。
前記実施例および比較例の各々の多層マーキングフィルムを縦、横10cmの長さに切断した後、四角形の頂点の高さを測定し、測定された4個の値のうち最も高い値をカーリング(curling)値として下記の表5に示す。
前記実施例および比較例の各々の多層マーキングフィルムに対して、ASTM D3502の試験方法に基づいてToyoseki社の鉛筆硬度計で硬度を評価し、その結果を下記の表5に示す。前記鉛筆硬度計で総5回の実験をし、総実験回数に対して肉眼でスクラッチが見えなかった回数を下記の表5に示す。
その反面、比較例1による多層マーキングフィルムは破砕性を有さず、比較例2による多層マーキングフィルムは有色コーティング層の硬化度の問題で保護層の積層が不可能であった。また、比較例3および比較例4による多層マーキングフィルムの保護層は本発明の実施例による多層マーキングフィルムの保護層よりカーリングが大きく発生しているところ、比較例3および比較例4による多層マーキングフィルムは本発明の実施例による多層マーキングフィルムよりカール防止効果に劣ることを確認することができる。

Claims (17)
- 粘着層、第1色を有する有色基材層、および前記第1色とは異なる第2色を有する有色コーティング層を含み、
前記有色コーティング層、有色基材層および粘着層は順次備えられ、
前記有色基材層は、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマー、(メタ)アクリレートモノマーおよび顔料を含む基材組成物の硬化物を含み、
前記有色コーティング層は、凹凸部を含み、レーザ照射によってエッチングされる、多層マーキングフィルム。 - 前記凹凸部は、前記有色コーティング層の表面において前記有色基材層に隣接する方向に、前記有色コーティング層の表面から前記有色コーティング層厚さの2%以上50%以下まで備えられる、請求項1に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーの重量平均分子量は、2,000g/mol以上10,000g/mol以下である、請求項1または2に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレートモノマーは、脂環族系(メタ)アクリレートモノマー、エポキシ系(メタ)アクリレートモノマー、鎖状脂肪族系(メタ)アクリレートモノマーおよびポリオール系(メタ)アクリレートモノマーのうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの重量平均分子量は、200g/mol以上500g/mol以下である、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの含量は、前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマー100重量部に対して0重量部超過66重量部以下である、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記顔料の含量は、前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマー100重量部に対して50重量部以上135重量部以下である、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記有色コーティング層の一面上に備えられる保護層をさらに含み、
前記保護層は、光硬化性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂、光硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーおよび無機ナノ粒子を含む光硬化性組成物の硬化物を含む、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。 - 前記無機ナノ粒子は、表面に(メタ)アクリレート基が導入されたものである、請求項8に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記光硬化性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂のガラス転移温度は、10℃以上30℃以下である、請求項8または9に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記光硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーのガラス転移温度は、35℃以上70℃以下である、請求項8から10の何れか1項に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記光硬化性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂100重量部に対して、前記光硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーの含量は10重量部以上20重量部以下、前記無機ナノ粒子の含量は5重量部以上20重量部以下である、請求項8から11の何れか1項に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記光硬化性組成物はフッ素系化合物をさらに含み、
前記フッ素系化合物は、フッ素化(メタ)アクリレートおよびフッ素化エポキシアクリレートのうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項8から12の何れか1項に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。 - 前記フッ素系化合物の含量は、前記光硬化性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂100重量部に対して0.1重量部以上5重量部以下である、請求項13に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記有色コーティング層は、3官能のウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーおよび2官能のウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーを含む光硬化性混合オリゴマー、光開始剤、分散剤および顔料を含むコーティング組成物の光硬化物を含む、請求項1から14の何れか1項に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記光硬化性混合オリゴマーに含まれる前記3官能のウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーと前記2官能のウレタン(メタ)アクリレートオリゴマーの重量比は、9:1〜8:2である、請求項15に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
- 前記コーティング組成物の固形分100重量部に対して、前記光硬化性混合オリゴマーの含量は、50重量部以上95重量部以下である、請求項15または16に記載の多層マーキングフィルム。
