【解決手段】硬化されたアクリレート塗料組成物をベースとするコントラスト層と、コントラスト層の上に配置された彫刻層とを含むレーザ印字可能なフィルムであって、硬化されたアクリレート塗料組成物が、三官能性オリゴマーA 30〜80重量%、三官能性モノマーB 0〜20重量%、二官能性モノマーC 1〜30重量%、ならびに着色顔料2〜40重量%を含む組成物をベースとするレーザ印字可能なフィルム。

Description
i)支持フィルムを準備するステップと、
ii)支持フィルム上に彫刻層を施すステップと、
iii)彫刻層上に、成分A、場合によりB、C、ならびに着色顔料を含むアクリレート塗料組成物を施すステップと、
iv)コントラスト層を得るためにアクリレート塗料組成物を硬化するステップと、
v)場合により、コントラスト層上に接着剤を施し、そして剥離紙もしくは類似のリリースライナーで接着剤を被覆するステップと、
vi)支持フィルムを取り外すステップと
を含むレーザ印字可能なラベルの製造方法に関する。
レーザ印字可能なフィルムのサンプルを製造するために以下の例1〜4では、最初に支持フィルムとしての50μm厚のポリエステルフィルムに、彫刻層を製造するためSMB社のUVフレキソ印刷機で、進行速度15m/minで、Flint社のFlexocure Gemini(黒)を用いて印刷した。これにより印刷高さは2〜4μmであった。続いて、そのようにして得られたコーティングを、彫刻層を製造するためIST Metz GmbH社のE70−2(4)x1BLK−2−SLCタイプのHg放射管を使ってUV硬化した。放射管の放射出力は80W/cmであった。
温度耐性および不正操作防止性を確定するため、例1〜4に基づいて得られたサンプルのラベルをそれぞれ5つずつ検査した。これに関しては以下のように行った。
関西ペイント社の溶剤ベースのアクリレート塗料(クリアコート)(KINO 1210TW−2)で面全体を塗装した1mm厚のスチールプレートにレーザラベルを気泡なく接着する。室温で約24時間の待ち時間の後、サンプルを150℃で2300時間にわたって貯蔵する。
1 縁の浮き上がりが0.1mm未満、収縮が0.5%未満であり、さらに視認できる亀裂がない、
2 縁の浮き上がりが0.5mm未満、収縮が2%未満であり、さらに視認できる亀裂がなく、ただし縁の浮き上がり、収縮、および/または亀裂形成が、「1」の値が得られないほど強く現れている、
3 縁の浮き上がりが2.0mm未満、収縮が5%未満であり、さらに視認できる亀裂が最大2つであり、ただし縁の浮き上がり、収縮、および/または亀裂形成が、「2」の値に達しないほど強く現れている、
4 縁の浮き上がりが5.0mm未満、収縮が10%未満であり、さらに視認できる亀裂が最大5つであり、ただし縁の浮き上がり、収縮、および/または亀裂形成が、「3」の値に達しないほど強く現れている、
5 ラベルが下地から完全に剥離し(「完全な縁の浮き上がり」)、収縮が10%以上であり、さらに視認できる亀裂が最大10個である、
6 ラベルが下地から完全に剥離し(「完全な縁の浮き上がり」)、収縮が10%以上であり、さらに視認できる亀裂が10個を超えている。
不正操作防止性(「タンパー明示性」)についての検査では、サンプルの壊れやすさを、関西ペイント社のクリアコート(KNIO 1210TW−2)で面全体を塗装した1mm厚のスチールプレートに気泡なく貼り付けた後で検査する。このために、サンプルをスチールプレートに気泡なく貼り付けてから24時間の待ち時間の後に下地からの剥ぎ取りを試みる。レーザラベル材料の不正操作防止性を4つの評価段階(「1」〜「4」)に格付けする。どの補助手段によりセキュリティラベルを破壊なく下地から剥離できるかを検査する。この関連で「破壊」とは、ラベルの割れおよびコントラスト層内での亀裂形成のことである。この場合、値は下記の意味をもつ。
4 ラベルを手で、追加的な補助手段なしで破壊なく剥離することができ、したがって不正操作防止性は不十分である、
3 ラベルを破壊なく手で剥離することはできないが、鋭い金属の刃を用いて剥離することはでき、したがって不正操作防止性は同様に不十分である、
2 唯一の追加的な補助手段としての鋭い金属の刃を用いてもラベルを破壊なく剥離することはできないが、溶剤としてのイソプロパノールを鋭い金属の刃と組み合わせて使用すれば破壊のない剥離に成功し、不正操作防止性は十分と格付けされる、
1 溶剤としてのイソプロパノールを鋭い金属の刃と組み合わせて使用してもラベルを破壊なく剥離することはできず、この場合、不正操作防止性は優良と格付けされる。
Claims (15)
- 硬化されたアクリレート塗料組成物をベースとするコントラスト層と、
コントラスト層の上に配置された彫刻層と
を含むレーザ印字可能なフィルムであって、
硬化されたアクリレート塗料組成物が、
三官能性オリゴマーA 30〜80重量%、
三官能性モノマーB 0〜20重量%、
二官能性モノマーC 1〜30重量%、
ならびに着色顔料2〜40重量%、
を含む組成物をベースとする、レーザ印字可能なフィルム。 - 三官能性オリゴマーAが、ポリウレタントリ(メタ)アクリレートおよびポリエステルトリ(メタ)アクリレートの群から選択される、請求項1に記載のレーザ印字可能なフィルム。
- アクリレート塗料組成物のベースである組成物が、三官能性オリゴマーAを50〜60重量%、三官能性モノマーBを5〜15重量%、および二官能性モノマーCを5〜15重量%含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のレーザ印字可能なフィルム。
- コントラスト層の下に接着剤層が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のレーザ印字可能なフィルム。
- フィルムがラベルの形で存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のレーザ印字可能なフィルム。
- 三官能性オリゴマーAが、3つの不飽和(メタ)アクリレート単位および1000〜5000g/molの数平均分子量Mnを有するオリゴマーであり、
三官能性モノマーBが、3つの不飽和(メタ)アクリレート単位および300〜1000g/molの分子量を有するモノマーであり、そして
二官能性モノマーCが、1分子当たり2つの不飽和アクリレート単位および100〜1000g/molの分子量を有するモノマーである、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のレーザ印字可能なフィルム。 - 三官能性オリゴマーA 30〜80重量%、
三官能性モノマーB 0〜20重量%、
二官能性モノマーC 1〜30重量%、
ならびに着色顔料2〜40重量%
を含む組成物をベースとするアクリレート塗料組成物。 - 三官能性オリゴマーAが、ポリウレタントリ(メタ)アクリレートおよびポリエステルトリ(メタ)アクリレートの群から選択される、請求項9に記載のアクリレート塗料組成物。
- 組成物が、三官能性オリゴマーAを50〜60重量%、三官能性モノマーBを5〜15重量%、および二官能性モノマーCを5〜15重量%含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか一つに記載のアクリレート塗料組成物。
- 三官能性オリゴマーAが、3つの不飽和(メタ)アクリレート単位および1000〜5000g/molの数平均分子量Mnを有するオリゴマーであり、三官能性モノマーBが、3つの不飽和(メタ)アクリレート単位および300〜1000g/molの分子量を有するモノマーであり、二官能性モノマーCが、1分子当たり2つの不飽和アクリレート単位および100〜1000g/molの分子量を有するモノマーである、請求項9〜14のいずれか一つに記載のアクリレート塗料組成物。
- 以下のステップ:
i)支持フィルムを準備するステップと、
ii)支持フィルム上に彫刻層を施すステップと、
iii)彫刻層上に、請求項9〜14のいずれか一つに記載のアクリレート塗料組成物を施すステップと、
iv)コントラスト層を得るためにアクリレート塗料組成物を硬化するステップと、
v)場合により、コントラスト層上に接着剤を施し、剥離紙もしくはリリースライナーで接着剤を被覆するステップと、
vi)支持フィルムを取り外すステップと
を含むレーザ印字可能なフィルムの製造方法。
