Claims (12)
- NO DRIFTSスペクトルでNO露出180秒後にCu2+(α)/Cu2+(β)が80%以上である銅イオンが担持されているゼオライト。
- ゼオライトが、チャバザイト型(CHA)ゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゼオライト。
- 請求項1のゼオライトと結合剤を含むSCR触媒組成物。
- 結合剤が、ジルコニウム-酢酸であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の触媒組成物。
- アルカリ金属および/またはアルカリ土類金属をさらに含む請求項3に記載の触媒組成物。
- アルカリ金属がカリウムであり、アルカリ土類金属はカルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の触媒組成物。
- 請求項3の触媒組成物が塗布されたハニカム形状のSCR触媒構造体。
- 請求項1のゼオライトを製造する方法であって、銅-前駆体およびH-zeoliteをスラリー状態で分散させてゼオライトスラリーを製造する工程と、ゼオライトスラリーを乾燥及び焼成する工程を含む、ゼオライトを製造する方法。
- 銅-前駆体が、銅酸化物、銅硝酸塩、硫酸銅、銅酢酸塩であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- H-zeoliteが、チャバザイト型(CHA)ゼオライトまたは8個の酸素環構造の小さな細孔ゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- Feイオン交換されたゼオライトを製造する方法であって、鉄-前駆体およびH-zeoliteをスラリー状態で分散させてゼオライトスラリーを製造する工程と、前記ゼオライトスラリーを乾燥及び焼成する工程を含む、ゼオライトを製造する方法。
- 鉄-前駆体が、鉄酸化物、鉄硝酸塩、鉄硫酸塩、鉄酢酸塩であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
