Abstract
Description
(i)アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト結晶子中に、シリカを溶解させるために、水性アルカリ処理を適用することにより、又はアルミナを溶解させるために、水性酸性処理を適用することによりメソ多孔度をアルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト結晶子に導入する工程と、
(ii)湿式含浸又は湿式イオン交換によって、工程(i)の生成物を、金属試薬とアルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト用の構造指向剤との混合物と接触させることにより、工程(i)の生成物に金属を導入する工程と、
(iii)工程(ii)の生成物に対して水熱結晶化を行う工程と、を含む。
(i)合成アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト結晶子中にシリカを溶解させるために、水性アルカリ処理を適用することにより、メソ多孔度を合成アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト結晶子に導入する工程と、
(ii)湿式含浸又は湿式イオン交換によって、工程(i)の生成物を、鉄試薬とアルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト用の構造指向剤との混合物と接触させることにより、工程(i)の生成物に鉄を導入する工程と、
(iii)工程(ii)の生成物に対して水熱結晶化を行う工程と、を含む。
22の公称SiO2/Al2O3比(SAR)を有する市販のSSZ-13ゼオライト(H型)を、これらの実施例の過程で使用した。受け取ったままの試料をH_CHA22と表示した。ICP-OESにより測定されたH_CHA22試料のSi/Al比(誘導結合プラズマ光発光分光法を用いて)は、11.4、すなわち22.8のシリカ対アルミナ比であった。
脱ケイ酸-再組み立て方法によって調製されるメソ多孔質SSZ-13ゼオライトを以下のように製造した。45mlの0.2MのNaOH溶液を使用して、撹拌条件下で1.0gのゼオライト粉末を処理した。処理を、65℃で1時間行った。0.7gの臭化セチルトリメチルアンモニウム(CTAB)を45mlの水に溶解し、上記混合物に添加した。混合物のpHを1MのHClを使用して9に調整した後、混合物を100℃で24時間、静的条件下で水熱処理した。次いで、生成物を濾過により回収し、蒸留水で洗浄し、続いて70℃で24時間乾燥させた。最後に、この生成物を、空気の存在下で550℃で8時間か焼した。メソ多孔質試料を、CHA22_DRと表示する。
1gのミクロ多孔質SSZ-13(H_CHA22)を、18mlの0.01MのFe(NO3)3・9H2Oで室温で24時間イオン交換した。過剰な水を蒸発させ、60℃のオーブン中で乾燥させた。生成物を濾過し、洗浄し、70℃のオーブン内で24時間乾燥させ、合成空気の存在下で550℃でか焼した。この試料を、CHA22_Fe1と表示した。
メソ多孔質SSZ-13(CHA22_DR)を、硝酸鉄、水、構造指向剤(TMAdOH)及び水酸化ナトリウムの水溶液と混合し、これにより、最終組成物が、組成1SiO2:0.05Al2O3:0.007Fe2O3:0.07Na2O:0.1TMAdOH:45H2Oを有した。混合物を室温で30分間撹拌した。その後、過剰な水を蒸発させ、オーブン内で60℃で乾燥させた。乾燥した粉末を乳棒を用いて乳鉢で細かく粉砕し、得られた粉砕粉末をPTFEるつぼに注いだ。ライナーに水を加え、るつぼをライナーに取り付けた。水蒸気結晶化を190℃で48時間実行した。生成物を濾過し、蒸留水で洗浄し、70℃のオーブン内で24時間乾燥させた。最後に、この生成物を、空気中で550℃で8時間か焼した。ナトリウム型試料をH型に変換するために、1gのナトリウム型ゼオライト粉末を、25mlの0.2MのNH4NO3で2回、室温で撹拌条件下で24時間イオン交換した。イオン交換粉末を濾過し、洗浄し、70℃で一晩乾燥させた。続いて、後修飾された試料を、空気中で550℃で5時間か焼した。得られた生成物をCHA22_DR_Fe1_SACと表示し、これは、白色を有していた。
全ての合成後試料を、XRD(X線回折)、N2物理吸着、NH3-TPD(アンモニアの昇温脱離法(temperature programmed desorption)、ICP-OES(誘導結合プラズマ光学発光分光法)、SEM(走査電子顕微鏡法)、29Si及び27Al MAS NMR(マジック角スピニング核磁気共鳴法)、及び紫外・可視分光法によって性質決定した。
図2は、親SSZ-13(H_CHA22)、ミクロ多孔質SSZ-13の湿式イオン交換によって調製された鉄含有試料(CHA22_Fe1)、メソ多孔質SSZ-13の湿式イオン交換によって調製された鉄担持試料(CHA22_DR_Fe1)及び鉄担持メソ多孔質SSZ-13の水蒸気結晶化によって調製された鉄担持試料(CHA22_DR_Fe1_SAC)の粉末XRDパターンを示す。2θ°=13.1、16.3、18.1、20.9、25.4、26.3、31.1、及び31.6におけるX線ピークの積分強度の比の対応する相対的結晶化度を表1に列挙する。
各試料のNH3-SCR触媒活性を、固定床石英反応器内で測定した。使用した反応ガス混合物の組成は、窒素の残部を伴って、550ppmのNH3、500ppmのNO、8%のO2、10%のH2Oであった。総ガス流量は、840ml/時又は1000L/g.時のWHSV(重量空間速度)であり、50mgの試料質量を使用した。反応測定値を収集する前に、全ての試料を空気中で550℃で30分間前処理した。ガス組成は、4mの経路長を有するガスセル(Gemini MARS)を装備したVarain FT-IRを使用して測定した。触媒活性を25℃の間隔で、各温度で45分間の待機(又は「浸漬」)時間で、325℃から500℃まで測定した。

- 8個の四面体原子によって画定される最大孔開口部を有し、かつ骨格型CHA、AEI、AFX、ERI又はLTAを有する鉄担持アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライトであって、前記鉄(Fe)が、前記鉄担持アルミノケイ酸塩の総重量に基づいて約0.5~約5.0重量%の範囲で存在し、前記鉄担持アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライトの紫外・可視吸光度スペクトルが、約280nmのバンドを含み、前記約280nmのバンドについて任意単位(a.u.)で測定された積分ピーク適合型紫外・可視吸光度信号の、約340nmのバンドについて任意単位(a.u.)で測定された、積分ピーク適合型紫外・可視吸光度信号に対する比が、約2超である、鉄担持アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト。
- 前記約280nmのバンドについて任意単位(a.u.)で測定された積分紫外・可視吸光度信号の、約470nmのバンドについて任意単位(a.u.)で測定された積分紫外・可視吸光度信号に対する比が、5超である、請求項1に記載の鉄担持アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト。

(ii)湿式含浸又は湿式イオン交換によって、工程(i)の前記生成物を、金属試薬と前記アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト用の構造指向剤との混合物と接触させることにより、工程(i)の前記生成物に前記金属を導入する工程と、
(iii)工程(ii)の前記生成物に対して水熱結晶化を行う工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記金属が遷移金属である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記金属が鉄である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 工程(iii)の前記水熱結晶化が、水蒸気結晶化である、請求項13~15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理される前形成アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト結晶子が、合成アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライトの結晶子である、請求項13~16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属担持アルミノケイ酸塩が、骨格型CHA、AEI、AFX、ERI又はLTAを有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 工程(i)が、シリカを溶解するために水性アルカリ処理を使用し、工程(i)で溶解したシリカが、工程(ii)で生成された前記金属含浸メソ多孔質合成アルミノケイ酸塩結晶子の周囲で再組み立てされる、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 界面活性剤が、工程(i)の前記水性系に添加される、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤が、カチオン性界面活性剤、好ましくは臭化セチルトリメチルアンモニウムである、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記処理される前形成アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト結晶子が、天然アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライトの結晶子である、請求項13~16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属担持アルミノケイ酸塩が、骨格型CHA又はERIを有する、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 工程(i)が、アルミナを溶解するために水性酸性処理を使用する、請求項22又は23に記載の方法。
- 工程(i)の前記生成物を回収及びか焼する工程(i’)と、工程(ii)の前記生成物を回収及び乾燥させる工程(ii’)と、工程(iii)の前記生成物を回収及びか焼する工程(iii’)工程と、を含む、請求項13~24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属試薬が硝酸鉄水溶液である、請求項14~25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライトがCHAであり、前記構造指向剤が、水酸化N,N,N-トリメチル-1-アダマンタンアンモニウム(TMAdOH)である、請求項14~26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項13~27のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られるか、又は得ることが可能な、任意選択的に請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の鉄担持アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト。
