Abstract
Description
(1)白扁豆熱水抽出物の製造
白扁豆200gに対して2Lの水を加え、90〜100℃の温度で2〜3時間に掛けて加熱した後、抽出物をろ過した。次いで、凍結乾燥機を用いて減圧乾燥して得た白扁豆熱水抽出物を実験に使用するために滅菌水に溶かして使用した。
白扁豆200gに対して2Lの80%エタノールを加え、20〜25℃の常温で22〜24時間に掛けて浸漬した後、抽出物をろ過した。次いで、減圧濃縮器で濃縮し、凍結乾燥機を用いて減圧乾燥して得た白扁豆エタノール抽出物を実験に使用するために滅菌水に溶かして使用した。
本実施例2では、エタノール摂取による血液中のエタノール濃度の増加に対して、本発明の白扁豆熱水抽出物が及ぼす効果を確認した。
前記実施例2で取得した血清を用い、ALDHの活性及びADHの含有量を測定した。ALDHの活性は、アルデヒド脱水素酵素(aldehyde dehydrogenase)活性の測色計(colorimetric)アッセイキット(BioVision)を用いて測定し、ADHは、アルデヒド(aldehyde)定量(quantification)アッセイキットを用いて測定した。
前記実施例2で血液を採取した後、動物モデルを犠牲にし、胃腸及び肝臓組織をH&E染色することで、エタノールの摂取に伴う胃腸及び肝臓の損傷の有無、本発明の白扁豆熱水抽出物の投与による胃腸及び肝臓の損傷を改善するのか否かについて確認した。
Claims (9)
- 白扁豆抽出物を有効成分として含有する、二日酔いの解消及びアルコール性胃腸疾患の予防または改善のための健康機能食品組成物。
- 前記アルコール性胃腸疾患は、吐き気、嘔吐、腹痛、消化不良、アルコール性胃炎またはアルコール性胃潰瘍であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二日酔いの解消及びアルコール性胃腸疾患の予防または改善のための健康機能食品組成物。
- 前記白扁豆抽出物は、血液中のアルコール及びアセトアルデヒド(acetaldehyde)の分解を促進させ、アルデヒド脱水素酵素(aldehyde dehydrogenase)の活性を増加させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二日酔いの解消及びアルコール性胃腸疾患の予防または改善のための健康機能食品組成物。
- 前記白扁豆抽出物は、水、エタノールまたはこれらの混合物を抽出溶媒として用いて抽出したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二日酔いの解消及びアルコール性胃腸疾患の予防または改善のための健康機能食品組成物。
- 前記組成物は、粉末、顆粒、丸薬、錠剤、カプセル、キャンディ、シロップ及び飲料の中から選択されたいずれか一つの剤形で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二日酔いの解消及びアルコール性胃腸疾患の予防または改善のための健康機能食品組成物。
- 白扁豆抽出物を有効成分として含有する、二日酔いの解消及びアルコール性胃腸疾患の予防または治療のための薬学組成物。
- 前記アルコール性胃腸疾患は、アルコール性胃炎またはアルコール性胃潰瘍であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二日酔いの解消及びアルコール性胃腸疾患の予防または治療のための薬学組成物。
- 前記組成物は、有効成分以外に、薬学的に許容可能な担体、賦形剤または希釈剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二日酔いの解消及びアルコール性胃腸疾患の予防または治療のための薬学組成物。
- 前記組成物は、カプセル剤、酸剤、顆粒剤、錠剤、懸濁液、エマルジョン、シロップ、エアロゾルの中から選択されたいずれか一つの剤形で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二日酔いの解消及びアルコール性胃腸疾患の予防または治療のための薬学組成物。
