Description
도 2는 α-휴물렌의 산-중화 활성을 확인한 결과이다(*P<0.05, **P<0.01(대조군과 비교 시).
도 3은 화합물 48/80으로 자극된 HMC-1 세포에서 α-휴물렌의 히스타민 분비에 대한 효과를 확인한 결과이다(A: MTS 어세이를 통한 α-휴물렌의 세포 생존율 확인 결과, B: α-휴물렌의 항-히스타민 효과, **P<0.01(대조군과 비교 시), +P<0.05 및 ++P<0.01(화합물 48/80 처리군을 대조군과 비교 시)).
도 4는 HMC-1 세포에서 α-휴물렌의 세포내 칼슘 유입에 미치는 효과를 확인한 결과이다.
도 5는 α-휴물렌의 효소 활성을 확인한 결과이다(A: ROS에 대한 α-휴물렌의 효과로, CellROX(초록색)의 강도가 ROS 양을 나타내고, 대조군과 비교함, B: α-휴물렌이 경구 투여된 조직에서 PGE2 레벨의 회복, 오차값은 각 그룹 별(n=3) 평균±표준편차임. **P<0.01(대조군과 비교 시), ++P<0.01 (HCl/EtOH 처리군과 비교 시), C: α-휴물렌이 경구 투여된 위에서 MDA 레벨의 감소, 오차값은 각 그룹 별(n=3) 평균±표준편차에서 얻음, **P<0.01 (정상 조직과 비교 시), +P<0.05 및 ++P<0.01(HCl/EtOH 처리 조직과 비교 시). 도 6은 HMC-1 세포에서 α-휴물렌의 항-염증 활성을 나타낸 것이다(A: IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α와 같은 염증성 사이토카인과 관련된 RNA 발현 레벨, B: NF-κB 리포터 활성의 레벨 확인 결과, 모든 오차값은 각 독립 실험건에 대함 평균±표준편차임. *P<0.05(대조군과 비교 시), ++P<0.01(PMA 처리군과 비교 시)).
도 7은 에탄올-유도 위 점막 손상 모델에서 α-휴물렌의 점액 상향 조절 효과를 확인한 결과이다(A: 랫트 위 점막 손상 모델에서 위 구획에서의 점액에 알시안 블루 염색약이 결합된 결과, 도면의 윗줄은 5X 배율, 아랫줄은 10X 배율로 확대한 것으로, 점액은 밝은 파란색으로 염색됨. B: 조직에 결합된 알시안 블루의 분리량을 확인한 결과, 모든 값은 각 그룹별(n=3) 평균±표준편차로 나타낸 것임, P<0.01(HCl/EtOH-유도군과 비교 시).
