Abstract
本发明公开了一种解酒的压片糖果及其制备方法,按重量百分比计,包含下列组分:木糖醇30%、壳寡糖10%‑15%、魔芋葡甘聚糖10%‑15%、葛根10%‑15%、枳椇子10%‑15%、玉米低聚肽5%‑10%、鸡内金5%‑10%、炒白扁豆5%‑10%,肠溶包衣的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶1%,食品添加剂硬脂酸镁等适量;本发明的解酒压片糖果可降低醉酒发生率,缩短醉酒恢复时间;显著降低血液中酒精含量,对于缓解醉酒、养胃和保护肝脏有显著疗效,所用的葛根、枳椇子、鸡内金和白扁豆均为药食同源植物,安全且无明显毒副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体为一种解酒的压片糖果,具有缓解醉酒、养胃、保肝的作用。
背景技术
酒作为一种食品,有着十分悠久的历史,我国的酒文化更是渗透于整个中国历史,据外媒报道,中国被评为世界上第二大爱喝酒的国家。人体饮酒时,酒精通过胃肠吸收进人血液。人体的解酒功能依赖于肝脏中的多种酶类,它们参与了分解酒精的功能,将酒精代谢为无毒的乙酸,最后分解成水和二氧化碳。
饮酒具有双重作用,少量饮用对于人的健康及心情有一定的调节作用,消毒解渴,活血化瘀,润肠通便,消愁解忧等。饮酒过多容易引起呕吐、头晕、头痛等现象,严重影响饮酒者的身体健康。如果长期过量饮酒,则不仅会损害脾、胃尤其是肝的功能,严重的还会引起肝硬化和其他器官类疾病。因此,解酒产品的研制具有重要意义。
葛根属药食同源植物,为豆科植物野葛的干燥根。味甘、辛,性凉;具有生津止渴、解肌退热、通络活络、升阳止泻、化解酒毒的功效。葛根一方面可以影响机体对酒精的摄入,从而提高对乙醇的耐受能力、降低血液乙醇浓度、加快酒精代谢;另一方面,葛根中的葛根素能够拮抗苯二氮卓受体,从而缓解酒精对脑细胞苯二氮卓受体发挥的作用,从而达到解酒毒的功效。
枳椇子属药食同源植物,为鼠李科植物枳椇的种子,又名鸡距子,味甘、酸,性平。李时珍《本草纲目》中曾记载:“止呕逆,解酒毒”。现代研究表明枳椇子通过利尿作用促进乙醇代谢排出体外,从而延长醉酒时间,缩短醒酒时间,同时具有抗脂质过氧化,清除体内自由基,显著提高乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)、乙醛脱氢酶(ALDH)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,降低肝内丙二醛(MDA)含量,能对抗乙醇导致的胆固醇(TCH)、TG升高,起到解酒护肝的作用。
鸡内金属药食同源植物,别名鸡肫皮,始载于《神农本草经》,性平味甘,人脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经,具有消食积、止遗尿、化结石的功效。《本草纲目》有其能治反胃、消酒积的记载。
白扁豆,本品味甘,性微温,归脾、胃经。功于健脾化湿,和中消暑。主用于脾胃虚弱,食欲不振,大便溏泻,白带过多,暑湿吐泻,胸闷腹胀。炒后健脾化湿,用于脾虚泄泻,白带过多。
目前,市面上解酒药已有很多种,但存在效果不明显以及口感不佳等问题,因此本发明提出一种解酒压片糖果的研制来改善这种现象。
发明内容
发明内容:针对目前产品存在的不足,本发明提供一种解酒的压片糖果,可降低醉酒发生率,缩短醉酒恢复时间。显著降低血液中酒精含量,对于缓解醉酒、养胃和保护肝脏有显著疗效。
本发明一种解酒的压片糖果组成为:按重量百分比计,木糖醇30%、壳寡糖10%-15%、魔芋葡甘聚糖10%-15%、葛根10%-15%、枳椇子10%-15%、玉米低聚肽5%-10%、鸡内金5%-10%、炒白扁豆5%-10%,肠溶包衣的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶1%,食品添加剂硬脂酸镁等适量。
优选地,其由下列原料制成:木糖醇30%、壳寡糖15%、魔芋葡甘聚糖10%、葛根15%、枳椇子10%、玉米低聚肽5%、鸡内金5%、炒白扁豆5%,肠溶包衣的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶1%,食品添加剂硬脂酸镁等适量。
本发明一种解酒的压片糖果的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将葛根、枳椇子、鸡内金和炒白扁豆按比例混合,粉碎,过100目筛;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的混合物按照比例依次加入木糖醇、壳聚糖、魔芋葡甘聚糖、玉米低聚肽、肠溶包衣的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶1%以及食品添加剂硬脂酸镁,混合、制粒、减压干燥、压制成压片糖果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的解酒压片糖果可降低醉酒发生率,缩短醉酒恢复时间,显著降低血液中酒精含量,对于缓解醉酒、养胃和保护肝脏有显著疗效,所用的葛根、枳椇子、鸡内金和白扁豆均为药食同源植物,安全且无明显毒副作用。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实例,进一步阐述本发明,以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
一种解酒的压片糖果,由以下重量百分比的原料混合制成:木糖醇30%、壳寡糖15%、魔芋葡甘聚糖10%、葛根15%、枳椇子10%、玉米低聚肽5%、鸡内金5%、炒白扁豆5%,肠溶包衣的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶1%,食品添加剂硬脂酸镁等适量。
一种解酒的压片糖果的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将葛根、枳椇子、鸡内金和炒白扁豆按比例混合,粉碎,过100目筛;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的混合物按照比例依次加入木糖醇、壳聚糖、魔芋葡甘聚糖、玉米低聚肽、肠溶包衣的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶1%以及食品添加剂硬脂酸镁,混合、制粒、减压干燥、压制成压片糖果。
实施例2:
本发明的压片糖果对急性酒精中毒小鼠的解酒作用
取小鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组,分别为压片糖果高、中、低剂量组(0.5、0.2、0.1g/kg体重)和生理盐水对照组,每组10只,禁食12h后,进行称重并记录。先分别灌胃给予低、中、高剂量的压片糖果和生理盐水,30min后按0.4mL/10g体重的56度红星二锅头剂量给予白酒灌胃,获得醉酒小鼠。观察记录小鼠从给酒后到出现翻正反射消失(即出现醉酒)的时间,比较各组小鼠醉酒时间和醒酒时间。结果见下表。
注:与生理盐水对照组比较,*P<0.05,**P<0.01。
从结果看与生理盐水对照组相比,压片糖果低剂量组既能增加小鼠醉酒耐受时间和减少醉酒时间(P<0.05)。压片糖果中、高剂量组的醉酒潜伏期显著延长,醉酒维持时间显著缩短(P<0.01)。
实施例3:
本发明的压片糖果对醉酒小鼠血液乙醇和乙醛浓度的影响
取小鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组,分别为压片糖果高、中、低剂量组(0.5、0.2、0.1g/kg体重)和生理盐水对照组,每组10只,禁食12h后,进行称重并记录。先分别灌胃给予低、中、高剂量的压片糖果和生理盐水,30min后按0.2mL/10g体重的56度红星二锅头剂量给予白酒灌胃,获得醉酒小鼠。灌胃1小时后,摘小鼠眼球取血,分离血清,采用气相色谱法测定血清中乙醇和乙醛的浓度。结果见下表。

注:与生理盐水对照组比较,*P<0.05,**P<0.01。
从结果看,与生理盐水对照组相比,压片糖果低剂量组能降低醉酒小鼠血清中乙醇(P<0.05),压片糖果中、高剂量组降低乙醇浓度更为显著(P<0.01);与生理盐水对照组相比,各剂量组均能显著降低醉酒小鼠血清乙醛浓度(P<0.01)。
实施例4:
本发明的压片糖果对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用研究
取小鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组,分别为压片糖果高、中、低剂量组和对照组,每组10只。压片糖果低、中、高剂量组小鼠每日上午按20mL/kg体质量灌胃,低、中、高剂量分别为0.2、0.4、0.6g/kg体重,对照组灌胃给予等体积0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠溶液,1次/天,连续给30天。在实验第30天压片糖果低、中、高剂量组和对照组小鼠一次性灌胃给予56度红星二锅头,14mL/kg。隔天,颈椎脱臼处死小鼠。每只小鼠取其肝脏0.5g,加入4.5mL4℃预冷的生理盐水制备肝匀浆,12,000r/min高速离心20min,取其上清液分别检测丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、甘油三酯(TG)含量。结果见下表。

注:与对照组比较,*P<0.05,**P<0.01。
从结果看,压片糖果中、高剂量有降低小鼠肝匀浆MDA、TG含量的作用,对小鼠酒精性肝损伤有保护作用。
另外,本实验持续进食30天,小鼠活动正常,无一死亡,说明本发明的产品具有一定的安全性。
以上试验结果表明,本发明的解酒压片糖果无毒无害,对于解酒有显著的作用,是一种安全可靠的新型解酒食品。

Claims (3)
1.一种解酒的压片糖果,其特征在于:所述的压片糖果的组成为:按重量百分比计,木糖醇30%、壳寡糖10%-15%、魔芋葡甘聚糖10%-15%、葛根10%-15%、枳椇子10%-15%、玉米低聚肽5%-10%、鸡内金5%-10%、炒白扁豆5%-10%,肠溶包衣的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶1%,食品添加剂硬脂酸镁等适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种解酒的压片糖果,其特征在于由下述重量份的原料制成:木糖醇30%、壳寡糖15%、魔芋葡甘聚糖10%、葛根15%、枳椇子10%、玉米低聚肽5%、鸡内金5%、炒白扁豆5%,肠溶包衣的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶1%,食品添加剂硬脂酸镁等适量。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种解酒的压片糖果的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将葛根、枳椇子、鸡内金和炒白扁豆按比例混合,粉碎,过100目筛;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的混合物按照比例依次加入木糖醇、壳聚糖、魔芋葡甘聚糖、玉米低聚肽、肠溶包衣的乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶1%以及食品添加剂硬脂酸镁,混合、制粒、减压干燥、压制成压片糖果。
