Abstract
本发明涉及一种解酒的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果,由如下重量份的原料制得:壳寡糖18‑22%、葛根提取物11‑14%、积椇子提取物7‑8%、玉米低聚肽6‑7%、乳糖淀粉0.1‑0.3%、微晶纤维素40‑50%、硬脂酸镁1.8‑3%、二氧化硅1.8‑2.4%、透明包衣粉1‑3%,本发明以葛根提取物、玉米低聚肽、积椇子提取物,特别添加壳寡糖,能减轻肝脏负荷,从根本上激活解酒酶,提高乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,快速分解酒精,杜绝酒精对肝脏的伤害,保护肝细胞代谢功能,又能在根本上起到全身调理养肝护肝的目的,本发明服用方便、无任何副作用,适用于经常喝酒应酬和日常保养肝脏的人群。

技术领域
本发明属于食品技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种解酒的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果。
背景技术
酒是世界各国人们共同的宝贵财富,据史学家考证,我国人民饮用和酿造酒类已有几千年的历史了。而且,我国也是生产和消费酒饮料的大国,近年来,中国饮酒人数一直呈上升趋势,目前中国酒民已经超过6亿人。男女饮酒比例分别高达84.1%和29.3%,饮酒人群中65%是不健康饮酒人群中65%是不健康饮酒,而其主要问题是饮酒过量。6亿酒民中的57%身体健康状况处于亚健康及其以下水平。
自从传说中杜康酿酒以来,解酒这个词也就随之诞生了。古时候人们用植物解酒,甚至发明了五行解酒之法。在高度文明的现在社会,解酒醒酒的方法也是层出不穷,目前市面上常见的醒酒产品有两大类:
一、化学类
多为兴奋剂、维生素与氨基酸等成分,能快速的起到解酒、醒酒作用,但大部分的化学药品解酒机理是仅仅能促进酒精分解,起到暂时性的缓解作用,很难起到保护肝脏作用。
二、中药制剂
成分多为枳椇子、葛根花、白芍、肉豆蔻,这些中药可以起到很好的解酒作用,同时全身调理的作用,但效果稍微迟缓,没有副作用,在解酒醒酒同时还对肝胆疾病有着很好的疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术上的缺陷,提供一种解酒的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果,本发明减轻酒精对肝脏的负担、激活乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,加速酒精分解速度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种解酒的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果,由如下重量份的原料制得:壳寡糖18-22%、葛根提取物11-14%、积椇子提取物7-8%、玉米低聚肽6-7%、乳糖淀粉0.1-0.3%、微晶纤维素40-50%、硬脂酸镁1.8-3%、二氧化硅1.8-2.4%、透明包衣粉1-3%。
其中,可以由如下重量份的原料制得:壳寡糖20%、葛根提取物12.5%、积椇子提取物7.8%、玉米低聚肽6.25%、乳糖淀粉0.13%、微晶纤维素47.2%、硬脂酸镁2.06%、二氧化硅2.06%、透明包衣粉2%。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果是以葛根提取物、玉米低聚肽、积椇子提取物,特别添加壳寡糖,能减轻肝脏负荷,从根本上激活解酒酶,提高乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,快速分解酒精,杜绝酒精对肝脏的伤害,保护肝细胞代谢功能,又能在根本上起到全身调理养肝护肝的目的,本发明服用方便、无任何副作用,适用于经常喝酒应酬和日常保养肝脏的人群。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
本发明提供的一种解酒的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果,由如下重量份的原料制得:壳寡糖20%、葛根提取物12.5%、积椇子提取物7.8%、玉米低聚肽6.25%、乳糖淀粉0.13%、微晶纤维素47.2%、硬脂酸镁2.06%、二氧化硅2.06%、透明包衣粉2%。
实施例2
本发明提供的一种解酒的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果,由如下重量份的原料制得:壳寡糖19.5%、葛根提取物12.2%、积椇子提取物8.1%、玉米低聚肽6.67%、乳糖淀粉0.21%、微晶纤维素47.2%、硬脂酸镁2.06%、二氧化硅2.06%、透明包衣粉2%。
实施例3
本发明提供的一种解酒的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果,由如下重量份的原料制得:壳寡糖21%、葛根提取物11.9%、积椇子提取物8.2%、玉米低聚肽5.45%、乳糖淀粉0.13%、微晶纤维素47.2%、硬脂酸镁2.06%、二氧化硅2.06%、透明包衣粉2%。
为探讨本发明对人体内酒精代谢速度以及肝脏保护具有一定作用,设置了三个实验,分别是防酒醉实验、解酒实验和酒后肝脏损伤实验。每个实验中均设置了高、中、低三种剂量,并设置相应的对照组和一组空白对照组。分别以0.14ml/10g,0.13ml/10g,0.12ml/10g按照小鼠体重进行灌胃,分别给三个剂量白酒灌胃实验组的小鼠以130mg/10g体重计服用醒的快,空白对照组灌胃相同剂量的去离子水。观察对比相同剂量下酒醉小鼠只数、酒后清醒时间和酒后肝细胞损伤情况。经统计学检验,在同等剂量下的小鼠中,服用醒的快的实验组比对照组在防醉、解酒和酒后肝损伤方面有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。
本发明是一种天然食用性碱性寡糖,带有正电荷,它能像活性炭一样吸附清除带负电荷反式脂肪酸(Trans-fattyacids,TFAs),能够提高乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,促进酶的苏醒,快速分解酒精,同时可以吸附清除人体内毒素、有害金属、游离脂肪,减轻肝脏负荷,保护肝细胞代谢功能。
葛根提取物含黄酮类物质、大豆甙、大豆黄素、葛根黄素等,解酒护肝,修复肝细胞;增强肝脏功能,分解肝脏脂肪;促进胆汁分泌和新陈代谢;对化学性肝损伤有较好的辅助保护功能;加快酒精分解,减少乙醇转化为乙醛,使乙醇直接转化为无毒乙酸乙酯排出体外;酒后服用葛根提取物又称“护肝宝”,富含肝脏所需的多种维生素、糖原、氨基酸等,可增强肝脏解毒功能,防止由于酒精摄入过量引起的酒醉、宿醉、酒精中毒、酒精肝等,还可预防肝脏功能障碍引起的急性肝炎。
积椇子是古老的解酒中药,民间自古就有以枳椇为主的解酒配方。现代科学实验证明,枳椇子提取物能通过增强酒精代谢酶的活性,显著加速酒精在人体内的代谢速度。同时减轻饮酒后的不适感,缩短醉酒时间。同时枳椇子抗脂质过氧化的能力,对长期饮酒者的肝脏,有避免肝纤维化、肝硬化有积极显著的效果。
玉米低聚肽,是业界公认的“醒酒肽”,为人体分解就近提供原料补给,玉米肽主要以丙氨酸、亮氨酸和谷氨酸三种氨基酸为主。提高血液中丙氨酸和亮氨酸浓度,能够产生稳定的分解乙醇的辅脱氢酶,增强肝脏乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性。摄入谷氨酸,补充血液中因代谢和抗氧化而快速消耗的谷胱甘肽,其为人体自身的广谱“解毒剂”,保护肝细胞免受酒精氧化损伤。
本发明具有解酒、醒酒、护肝三步曲,彻底解决酒精对身体的伤害、达到酒后醒酒快、长期服用养护肝脏的效果。对解酒、醒酒、护肝的过程进行探索,利用食品原料和中药提取物的结合技术,采用壳寡糖、葛根提取物、枳椇子提取物、玉米低聚肽的先进配方,将快速解酒、醒酒、护肝三效合一,是第一个科学的醒酒配方。
第一步:解酒——激活解酒酶、促进酒精分解
天然食用性碱性寡糖壳寡糖能激活人体的乙醇脱氢酶系,有效提高乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性;葛根提取物有大量的黄酮类物质,加快酒精分解,减少乙醇转化为乙醛,使乙醇直接转化为无毒乙酸乙酯排出体外。
第二步:醒酒——缓解酒后不适、缩短醉酒时间

第三步:护肝——减轻肝脏负荷、保护肝细胞

1.一种解酒的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料制得:壳寡糖18-22%、葛根提取物11-14%、积椇子提取物7-8%、玉米低聚肽6-7%、乳糖淀粉0.1-0.3%、微晶纤维素40-50%、硬脂酸镁1.8-3%、二氧化硅1.8-2.4%、透明包衣粉1-3%。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种解酒的枳椇子壳寡糖压片糖果,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料制得:壳寡糖20%、葛根提取物12.5%、积椇子提取物7.8%、玉米低聚肽6.25%、乳糖淀粉0.13%、微晶纤维素47.2%、硬脂酸镁2.06%、二氧化硅2.06%、透明包衣粉2%。
