Abstract
本发明公开了一种保肝护肝组合物及制备方法。属于食品技术领域。包括以下原料:猕猴桃果粉、玉米低聚肽、洋蓟粉、维生素C、米糠脂肪烷醇、牡蛎肽粉、酵母抽提物、D‑甘露糖醇、低聚木糖和辅料。本发明组合物搭配合理,营养充分,具有药食同源的部分特点,从维生素、微量元素、润肠通便、调节情绪、提高机体免疫力、抗癌、降血压、醒酒解酒、促进肝代谢、降低肝损伤和分解毒素负担、延缓衰老等多角度成体系的保肝护肝,可以起到显著的改善肝部损伤程度的效果,对提高患者治疗信心,提高生活质量具有辅助作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种保肝护肝组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
现今,由于生活压力、环境污染和生活节奏加快,熬夜、饮酒等不利于身体健康的情况较为普遍,上述行为对肝部损伤较多,而肝脏为人体至关重要的器官之一,在身体里面起到去氧化,储存肝糖,分泌性蛋白质的合成等重要功能。肝脏也制造消化系统中之胆汁。大部分的肝脏疾病都会有黄疸的症状,这是由于肝脏无法继续将胆红素排出所以就在体内累积。中医认为:肝与胆相为表里,开窍于目,肝主藏血,胆主疏泄,有贮藏和调节血液的功能。《素问·五脏生成》:“肝之合筋也,其荣爪也。”肝又为将军之官,主谋虑。
为应对肝部损伤的情况,现有中、西医从不同角度进行了干预治疗,然而,纯中医由于药物味道较为刺激,不被部分人群所接受,而纯西医副作用较大,也不便于预防保健。
因此,如何提供一种保肝护肝组合物,口味易于接受,可以起到预防的功效是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种保肝护肝组合物及制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种保肝护肝组合物,按重量份包括以下原料:猕猴桃果粉15~25份、玉米低聚肽10~15份、洋蓟粉3~5份、维生素C 0.2~0.3份、米糠脂肪烷醇1~2份、牡蛎肽粉20~25份、酵母抽提物5~10份、D-甘露糖醇12-19份、低聚木糖10~15 份和辅料4~5份。
优选的:按重量份包括以下原料:猕猴桃果粉20份、玉米低聚肽15份、洋蓟粉4份、维生素C 0.25份、米糠脂肪烷醇1份、牡蛎肽粉25份、酵母抽提物8份、D-甘露糖醇18份、低聚木糖10份和辅料4份。
有益效果在于:本发明组方搭配合理,营养丰富,从多途径改善与预防肝部疾病:
猕猴桃果粉含有猕猴桃碱、蛋白水解酶、单宁果胶和糖类等有机物,以及钙、钾、硒、锌、锗等微量元素和人体所需17种氨基酸外,还含有丰富的维生素C、葡萄酸、果糖、柠檬酸、苹果酸、脂肪;既可以提高人体的免疫功能,促使已有病情趋于平稳,又有通便作用,降低肠道内的毒性,减轻肝脏的排毒负担,猕猴桃具有一定的抗癌作用,能防止肝细胞发生癌变,果粉中含有抗突变成分谷胱甘,能够抑制诱发癌症的基因突变,所以能够起到预防癌症的作用,还具有镇静安神缓解抑郁的功效,调理精神状态会使肝病症状减轻;
玉米低聚肽:以玉米蛋白粉为原料,经调浆、蛋白酶酶解、分离、过滤、喷雾干燥等工艺生产而成。是新资源产品,可应用于降血压、醒酒、增强免疫力,对护肝具有显著的助益;
洋蓟粉:是菊科多年生草本植物。原产于地中海沿岸,主要食用部分为花苞中肥嫩的苞片,是一种名贵、高营养价值的保健蔬菜,加工制粉,具有解酒、保护肝脏、防癌抑癌的功效;
维生素C:具有保护肝脏,促进肝脏代谢;
米糠脂肪烷醇:国家新资源食品,可显著降低体内多种转氨酶含量,加速体内乙醛代谢,降低乙醛浓度,预防酒精肝;
牡蛎肽粉:对肝损伤具有保护作用,能显著降低CC14所引起的即兴肝损伤血清ALT/AST含量,减轻干细胞损伤程度,含有的牡蛎多糖可以增强机体免疫能力,具有磺脲类和双胍类降糖药的降糖特性;牡蛎天然活性肽(BPO),能有效抑制胃癌细胞增殖活动,有显著的癌细胞诱导凋亡作用;
酵母抽提物:采用以蛋白质含量丰富的食用酵母为原料,采用自溶、酶解、分离、浓缩等现代生物高新技术,将酵母细胞内的蛋白质、核酸等进行降解后精制而成的一种棕黄色可溶性膏状或浅黄色粉状纯天然制品,对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护作用,同时具有延缓衰老的功效,特别适合有化学性肝损伤危险者;
D-甘露糖醇:兼具低热量、营养增补和组织改良的功效,对于调节组合物口味具有帮助;
低聚木糖:具有减少有毒发酵产物及有害细菌酶的产生,防止便秘的功效,可减少有毒代谢产物形成,大大减少了肝脏分解毒素的负担,保护肝脏功能,增强机体免疫力,抗癌。能促使机体生成多种营养物质,包括维生素 B1、B2、B6、B12、烟酸和叶酸。
上述成分协同用于肝功能预防与保健,同时,对恢复各种原因造成的肝功能损伤具有辅助作用。
本发明还提供了一种保肝护肝组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取各组分,将米糠脂肪烷醇、酵母抽提物、D-甘露糖醇、低聚木糖和辅料搅拌混合,制得混合物A,备用;
(2)将猕猴桃果粉、玉米低聚肽、洋蓟粉、维生素C、牡蛎肽粉和辅料混合粉碎,搅拌均匀制得混合物B,备用;
(3)将混合物A、混合物B搅拌混合均匀,然后压制成片剂,即为所述保肝组合物。
有益效果在于:通过将猕猴桃果粉、玉米低聚肽、洋蓟粉、维生素C、牡蛎肽粉进一步粉碎处理,进一步利于人体吸收。
优选的:步骤(1)~(3)搅拌转速为100~150r/min。
有益效果在于:混合均匀后,有利于进一步制备成所需的剂型。
优选的:步骤(2)粉碎的程度至300~400目。
本发明还提供了上述的保肝护肝组合物在制备急性肝损伤预防和辅助治疗作用的功能食品中的应用。
优选的:功能食品的剂型为片剂。
进一步的,辅料为食药品中片剂剂型中常用辅料,如填充、粘合剂等,根据口感微调。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种保肝护肝组合物及制备方法,取得的技术效果为本发明的组合物搭配合理,营养充分,具有药食同源的部分特点,从维生素、微量元素、润肠通便、调节情绪、提高机体免疫力、抗癌、降血压、醒酒解酒、促进肝代谢、降低肝损伤和分解毒素负担、延缓衰老等多角度成体系的保肝护肝,可以起到显著的改善肝部损伤程度的效果,对提高患者治疗信心,提高生活质量具有辅助作用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种保肝护肝组合物及制备方法。
实施例中所涉及单一原料均为市售渠道获得,例如猕猴桃果粉来自陕西生物科技有限公司等,对其品牌来源不做要求,符合试验需求即可,未提及的试验方法为常规试验方法,在此不再赘述。
实施例1
一种保肝护肝组合物,按重量包括以下原料:猕猴桃果粉15g、玉米低聚肽10g、洋蓟粉3g、维生素C 0.2g、米糠脂肪烷醇1g、牡蛎肽粉20g、酵母抽提物5g、D-甘露糖醇16g、低聚木糖10g和辅料4g。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取各组分,将米糠脂肪烷醇、酵母抽提物、D-甘露糖醇、低聚木糖和半量辅料搅拌混合,制得混合物A,备用;
(2)将猕猴桃果粉、玉米低聚肽、洋蓟粉、维生素C、牡蛎肽粉剩余辅料混合粉碎,搅拌均匀制得混合物B,备用;
(3)将混合物A、混合物B搅拌混合均匀制粒,然后压制成片剂,得保肝组合物。
为进一步优化技术方案:步骤(1)~(3)搅拌转速为100r/min。
为进一步优化技术方案:步骤(2)粉碎的程度至300目。
实施例2
一种保肝护肝组合物,按重量包括以下原料:猕猴桃果粉20g、玉米低聚肽15g、洋蓟粉4g、维生素C 0.25g、米糠脂肪烷醇1g、牡蛎肽粉25g、酵母抽提物8g、D-甘露糖醇18g、低聚木糖10g和辅料4~5份。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取各组分,将米糠脂肪烷醇、酵母抽提物、D-甘露糖醇、低聚木糖和1/3辅料搅拌混合,制得混合物A,备用;
(2)将猕猴桃果粉、玉米低聚肽、洋蓟粉、维生素C、牡蛎肽粉和剩余辅料混合粉碎,搅拌均匀制得混合物B,备用;
(3)将混合物A、混合物B搅拌混合均匀制粒,然后压制成片剂,得保肝组合物。
为进一步优化技术方案:步骤(1)~(3)搅拌转速为120r/min。
为进一步优化技术方案:步骤(2)粉碎的程度至350目。
实施例3
一种保肝护肝组合物,按重量包括以下原料:猕猴桃果粉25g、玉米低聚肽15g、洋蓟粉5g、维生素C 0.3g、米糠脂肪烷醇2g、牡蛎肽粉25g、酵母抽提物10g、D-甘露糖醇19g、低聚木糖15g和辅料5g。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取各组分,将米糠脂肪烷醇、酵母抽提物、D-甘露糖醇、低聚木糖和1/4辅料搅拌混合,制得混合物A,备用;
(2)将猕猴桃果粉、玉米低聚肽、洋蓟粉、维生素C、牡蛎肽粉和剩余辅料混合粉碎,搅拌均匀制得混合物B,备用;
(3)将混合物A、混合物B搅拌混合均匀制粒,然后压制成片剂,得保肝组合物。
为进一步优化技术方案:步骤(1)~(3)搅拌转速为100~150r/min。
为进一步优化技术方案:步骤(2)粉碎的程度至300~400目。
毒性试验:
将实施例1~3制备的保肝组合物粉碎后稀释,按灌胃量150μL(含组合物4~10g/kg小鼠体重)每日两次灌胃小鼠实施例1~3制备的组合物,经20d 后,处死,生化检测,在远超正常灌胃剂量浓度和次数的情况下,未见明显毒性损伤,本发明组合物未见明显毒副作用。
对比实验1
取健康SD大鼠30只,随机分为模型组、药物组合物组和阳性对照组,每组10只。构建大鼠急性肝损伤模型(经腹腔注射400μL,400mg/kg对乙酰氨基酚溶液)。
其中:
模型组:每日仅灌胃生理盐水(每次1ml);
阳性对照组:灌胃飞蓟素药液(每次1ml,0.15g/kg);
药物组合物组:灌胃实施例2制备的中药组合物(每次1ml,含组合物 0.4g/kg小鼠体重);
各组灌胃时间均为10天,每天给药1次。第11日,眼眶取血,测定各组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活力(结果见下表1)。

结果表明,本发明制备的组合物具有一定程度预防和干预肝功能损伤的效果。
对比实验2
大鼠醉酒时间对比实验
取健康SD大鼠20只,随机分为模型组、药物组合物组,每组10只。实验开始前10h禁食。
药物组合物组在给予大鼠酒精灌胃前,灌胃实施例1制备的组合物。(0.5 ml,0.4g/kg)
模型组仅灌胃等量生理盐水。
实验开始灌胃等量酒精(38%食用乙醇),观察比较两组大鼠状态,统计比较见下表2

备注:以大鼠血液含酒精量大于80mg/dl定义为醉酒状态。
结果表明,本发明制备的组合物具有一定程度促进代谢,解酒醒酒的功效。

Claims (7)
1.一种保肝护肝组合物,其特征在于,按重量份包括以下原料:猕猴桃果粉15~25份、玉米低聚肽10~15份、洋蓟粉3~5份、维生素C 0.2~0.3份、米糠脂肪烷醇1~2份、牡蛎肽粉20~25份、酵母抽提物5~10份、D-甘露糖醇12-19份、低聚木糖10~15份和辅料4~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保肝护肝组合物,其特征在于,按重量份包括以下原料:猕猴桃果粉20份、玉米低聚肽15份、洋蓟粉4份、维生素C 0.25份、米糠脂肪烷醇1份、牡蛎肽粉25份、酵母抽提物8份、D-甘露糖醇18份、低聚木糖10份和辅料4份。
3.一种保肝护肝组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按权利要求1或2称取各组分,将米糠脂肪烷醇、酵母抽提物、D-甘露糖醇、低聚木糖和辅料搅拌混合,制得混合物A,备用;
(2)将猕猴桃果粉、玉米低聚肽、洋蓟粉、维生素C、牡蛎肽粉和辅料混合粉碎,搅拌均匀制得混合物B,备用;
(3)将混合物A、混合物B搅拌混合均匀,然后压制成片剂,即为所述保肝组合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种保肝护肝组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)~(3)所述搅拌转速为100~150r/min。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种保肝护肝组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述粉碎的程度至300~400目。
6.权利要求1或2所述的保肝护肝组合物在制备急性肝损伤预防和辅助治疗作用的功能食品中的应用。
7.如权利要求6所述应用,其特征在于,所述功能食品的剂型为片剂。
