技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮料及其制备方法,属于保健品技术领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们的保健意识也逐步增强。通过日常饮食生活中摄入一定的营养成分来实现营养保健、强身健体,成为现代人的追求。目前市场上流行的饮料品种繁多,但大多是用果汁加塘和纯净水及防腐剂制成的,只能补充人体所需的、也是果汁中所含有的一些基本营养元素,而很少有以预防疾病、增强体质为主的功能性保健饮料。
太子参是卫生部颁布的“可用于保健食品的物品名单”品种,具有益气健脾,生津润肺的功能,与人参功能相似。刺梨为卫生部颁布的“作为普通食品管理的食品新资源名单”品种,是贵州最具特色的传统民间食用的野生山果,具有消食健脾,收敛止泻的功能。目前还没有将太子参和刺梨配伍以制备保健产品的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种保健饮料及其制备方法。本发明采用太子参和刺梨为主要原料,所制备的饮料不仅风味独特,还具有增强免疫、抗疲劳、改善睡眠、改善胃肠功能的作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:按照重量份计算,它是用太子参3~12份、刺梨汁5~30份和甜味剂2~16份,加水50~95份制备而成的,其制备方法为:取太子参,加水煎煮提取2~4次,每次加5~10倍量水,煎煮1~3小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.10~1.30的浓缩液,加乙醇至含醇量为55~80%,搅匀,静置过夜,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,备用;将刺梨鲜果榨汁,汁液冷藏放置2~5天,滤过,滤液加入0.2%~5%体积的澄清剂澄清2~4次,滤过,滤液备用;将甜味剂用少量水溶解,加入前述太子参的提取液、刺梨汁及水,搅拌均匀,冷藏放置1~2天,滤过,滤液灌装即得。
太子参,又名孩儿参、童参,为石竹科多年生草本植物异叶假繁缕的块根,是卫生部颁布的“可用于保健食品的物品名单”品种。其味甘、微苦,性平,入脾、肺经,有益气健脾,生津润肺,养精益气之功效,与人参功能相似,但以“清补”见长,特点为益气但不提升,生津但不助湿,扶正却不恋邪,补虚又不峻猛。现代研究表明,太子参含有多种糖类、苷类、氨基酸、磷脂类、环肽类、脂肪酸类、油脂类、挥发油类、甾酸类等成分,以及多种微量元素;具有抗疲劳、抗应激,增强免疫,镇咳及抗菌、抗病毒的作用。临床常用于脾虚体倦,食欲不振,病后虚弱,气阴不足,自汗口渴,肺燥干咳等症。刺梨为蔷薇科植物缫丝花的果实,又名茨梨、木梨子,是滋补健身的营养珍果,为卫生部颁布的“作为普通食品管理的食品新资源名单”品种。刺梨富含糖、多种维生素、胡萝卜素、有机酸和20多种氨基酸、10余种对人体有益的微量元素,以及过氧化物歧化酶。其中维生素C含量极高,是当前水果中最高的,每100克鲜果中含量841.58~3541.13毫克,是柑橘的50倍,猕猴桃的10倍,具有“维生素C之王”的美称。除色氨酸外,其他人体不能合成的必需氨基酸刺梨中都含有,而且比一般的蔬菜水果含量高。另外,刺梨中还含有原儿茶醛、β-谷甾醇、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、刺梨多糖等,其中SOD总活力可达185480单位/1000g。刺梨有很高的营养价值和医疗价值,其味甘微酸、性凉,入肺、胃经;具有消食健脾,收敛止泻的功能;可用于治疗积食腹胀、痢疾、肠炎、维生素C缺乏症等,刺梨汁还具有阻断N亚硝基化合物在人体内合成并具有防癌作用;对治疗人体铅中毒有特殊疗效。刺梨提取物中的有效成份维生素C有抗衰老、延长女性青春期等作用。现代药理临床研究表明,刺梨具有调节免疫功能、延缓衰老、解毒、抗动脉硬化、抗肿瘤、抗应激等功能和作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:取太子参7kg,加水煎煮提取3次,第一次加56kg水煎煮2.5小时,第二、三次分别加42kg水煎煮2小时,滤过,合并滤液,浓缩至相对密度为1.20的浓缩液,边搅拌边加乙醇至含醇量为65%,搅匀,静置12小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,备用;将刺梨鲜果榨汁,取刺梨汁15L,冷藏放置4天,滤过,滤液加入ZTC澄清剂澄清3次,第一次加澄清剂30ml,第二、三次分别加澄清剂20ml,每次搅拌均匀,静置过夜,滤过,滤液备用;取白砂糖5kg,加水20kg溶解,加入前述太子参的提取液和刺梨汁,再加水至总量为100kg,搅拌均匀,冷藏放置2天,滤过,滤液灌装,即得本发明保健饮料。经检测,该饮料的pH值为3.5,相对密度1.02,可溶性固形物为4.8%。

1.一种保健饮料及其制备,其特征在于:按照重量份计算,它是用太子参3~12份、刺梨汁5~30份和甜味剂2~16份,加水50~95份制备而成的,其制备方法为:取太子参,加水煎煮提取2~4次,每次加5~10倍量水,煎煮1~3小时,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.10~1.30的浓缩液,加乙醇至含醇量为55~80%,搅匀,静置过夜,滤过,滤液回收乙醇,备用;将刺梨鲜果榨汁,汁液冷藏放置2~5天,滤过,滤液加入0.2%~5%体积的澄清剂澄清2~4次,滤过,滤液备用;将甜味剂用少量水溶解,加入前述太子参的提取液、刺梨汁及水,搅拌均匀,冷藏放置1~2天,滤过,滤液灌装即得。
