Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年5月18日付韓国特許出願第10−2017−0061893号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
Claims (17)
- 電極及び分離膜の間の界面接着力を増大させるために、メルティング(Melting)誘導溶媒を介して前記分離膜の外面部のメルティングを誘導するメルティング誘導過程と、
前記電極及び前記分離膜を交互に結集させて積層するラミネーション(lamination)過程を含み、
前記メルティング誘導過程は、前記メルティング誘導溶媒を蒸気化し蒸気加湿状態の空間を形成させる蒸気化過程を含み、
前記蒸気加湿状態の空間に前記電極及び前記分離膜を位置させ、前記分離膜の外面部の均一なメルティングを誘導する電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記分離膜は、基材及び前記基材の外面部に有機物を含むメルティング層が形成され、
前記メルティング誘導過程は、前記メルティング誘導溶媒を介して前記メルティング層の有機物をメルティングし前記メルティング層をソフト(Soft)化させる請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記メルティング層は、無機物及び前記有機物を含み、
前記有機物は、バインダー及び分散剤を含む請求項2に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記基材は、高分子重合体でなる樹脂フィルムでなり、
前記バインダー及び前記分散剤は、単分子有機物でなる請求項3に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記メルティング誘導過程は、
前記蒸気加湿状態の空間をチェンバー内部に形成された収容部に形成させ、
前記電極及び前記分離膜を前記チェンバーの収容部に位置させて前記分離膜のメルティングを誘導する請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記蒸気化過程は、
前記チェンバーの収容部に前記メルティング誘導溶媒を収容させ、ヒーターを介して前記メルティング誘導溶媒を加熱し、前記メルティング誘導溶媒を蒸気化させる請求項5に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記メルティング誘導過程は、前記メルティング誘導溶媒としてDMC(Di−Methyl Carbonate、ジメチルカーボネート)溶媒を用い、前記分離膜のメルティング層に含まれた有機物のメルティングを誘導する請求項1から6のうち何れか一項に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記蒸気化過程は、
前記DMC溶媒を80〜90℃に加熱し蒸気化させる請求項7に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記メルティング誘導過程は、前記電極及び前記分離膜をチェンバーの収容部を通過させつつ前記分離膜の外面部をメルティングし、
前記電極及び分離膜の進行方向に対して前記チェンバーの両側部に真空フードが備えられ、前記チェンバーの外部へ流出される前記DMC溶媒を前記真空フードで吸い込む請求項7に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記メルティング誘導過程は、
前記蒸気化過程の前にチェンバーの収容部を真空状態に作る真空過程をさらに含む請求項7に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記ラミネーション(lamination)過程は、
前記チェンバーの収容部内で行う請求項5に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記ラミネーション過程は、
一対のロールの間に前記電極及び前記分離膜を通過させつつ加圧し、前記電極及び前記分離膜を結集させて積層する請求項11に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。 - 電極及び分離膜が交互に備えられる電極組立体と、前記分離膜の外面部のメルティングを誘導し前記電極及び前記分離膜の間の界面接着力を増大させるメルティング誘導溶媒とを内部に収容する収容部が形成されたチェンバーと、
前記チェンバーの収容部に位置される前記分離膜の外面部の均一なメルティングを誘導するように、前記チェンバーに収容された前記メルティング誘導溶媒を蒸気化させるヒーターとを含む電極組立体の製造装置。 - 外面部のメルティングが誘導された前記分離膜及び前記電極を加圧し交互に結集させて積層するラミネーション部を含む請求項13に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
- 前記ラミネーション部は一対のロールを含み、
前記一対のロールの間に前記電極及び前記分離膜を通過させつつ加圧して積層させる請求項14に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。 - 前記チェンバーの収容部と連結された真空部をさらに含み、
前記チェンバーは、前記真空部を介して前記チェンバーの収容部が真空されるように密閉型チェンバーでなる請求項13に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。 - 前記電極及び前記分離膜が前記チェンバーの収容部を通過時、前記チェンバーの外部へ前記メルティング誘導溶媒が流出されないように、
前記電極及び前記分離膜の進行方向に対して前記チェンバーの両側部に備えられ、前記メルティング誘導溶媒を吸い込む真空フードをさらに含む請求項13に記載の電極組立体の製造装置。
