Abstract
Description
素地鋼板として0.002%のC−0.003%のSi−0.08%のMn−0.028%のAl−0.0114%のP−0.0052%のS(重量%)の成分組成を有する冷延鋼板を設けた後、上記冷延鋼板の片面めっき付着量が60g/m2になるように溶融亜鉛めっきを行い、溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を得た。
また、表1における「欠陥有無」は、オレンジピールの発生有無に関するものであって、発生した場合を○、発生しなかった場合を×で表したものである。なお、「かじり発生有無」は、発生した場合を○、発生しなかった場合を×で示した。)
Claims (6)
- 素地鋼板を溶融亜鉛めっきすることで溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を製造する段階と、前記溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を調質圧延機に装入して調質圧延する段階とを含み、
前記調質圧延する段階は、粗さスキューネス(Rsk)が−0.2以下、平均粗さ(Ra)が2μm以下(0を除く)であり、単位長さ当たりのピーク数(RPc)が140個/cm以上であるロールを用いる、プレス成形性及び塗装後鮮映性に優れた溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記調質圧延された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板は、粗さスキューネス(Rsk)が−0.33以上であり、オイルポケット面積(V2)が350nm2以上である、請求項1に記載のプレス成形性及び塗装後鮮映性に優れた溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記調質圧延された溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板は、変形率5%で加工した後の表面のろ波うねり(Wsa1−5)が0.35μm以下(0を除く)であり、単位長さ当たりのピーク数(RPc)が75個/cm以上である、請求項1に記載のプレス成形性及び塗装後鮮映性に優れた溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 素地鋼板と、前記素地鋼板上に形成された溶融亜鉛めっき層とを含む溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板であって、
前記溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板は、粗さスキューネス(Rsk)が−0.33以上であり、オイルポケット面積(V2)が350nm2以上である、プレス成形性及び塗装後鮮映性に優れた溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。 - 前記溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板は、変形率5%で加工した後の表面のろ波うねり(Wsa1−5)が0.35μm以下であり、単位長さ当たりのピーク数(RPc)が75個/cm以上である、請求項4に記載のプレス成形性及び塗装後鮮映性に優れた溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板。
