Claims (5)
- 第一の取付部材と第二の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体で連結された防振装置本体において該第二の取付部材の幅方向両側に設けられた嵌着部が、ブラケットの幅方向両側の対向内面に設けられた嵌着溝へ嵌め入れることで該防振装置本体が該ブラケットに横方向から組み付けられたブラケット付き防振装置において、
前記第二の取付部材が透孔を有する枠形状とされており、前記本体ゴム弾性体が該第二の取付部材の上面側に固着されていると共に、
該本体ゴム弾性体が該透孔の内周面を通じて該第二の取付部材の下面側にまわされており、該第二の取付部材の前記嵌着部の下面において前記嵌着溝への嵌め入れ状態で圧縮される保持ゴムが該本体ゴム弾性体と一体形成されている一方、
該第二の取付部材の該嵌着部の上面において前記本体ゴム弾性体で覆われることなく露呈されて該嵌着溝の内面に対して直接に重ね合わされて前記保持ゴムの圧縮反力で該嵌着溝の内面に押し付けられて静摩擦固定される固定面が設けられているブラケット付き防振装置。 - 前記第二の取付部材の前記嵌着部の上面において露呈された前記固定面が、前記嵌着溝への嵌め入れ方向において、前記嵌着部の上面の全長に亘って連続して延びて設けられている請求項1に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記本体ゴム弾性体が前記第二の取付部材の下面から更に外周面にまわされて、該第二の取付部材の前記嵌着部の外周面において前記嵌着溝への嵌め入れ状態で圧縮される側方保持ゴムが、該本体ゴム弾性体と一体形成されている請求項1又は2に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記ブラケットの幅方向両側の対向内面に設けられた前記嵌着溝には、両側の該嵌着溝の対向する底面において、前記第二の取付部材の前記嵌着部が嵌め入れられる嵌入口側に向かって次第に拡開する傾斜状の左右案内面が設けられている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
- 前記ブラケットの幅方向両側の対向内面に設けられた前記嵌着溝には、溝幅方向で対向する上下の少なくとも一方の側面において、前記第二の取付部材の前記嵌着部が嵌め入れられる嵌入口側に向かって次第に拡開する傾斜状の上下案内面が、前記保持ゴムが押し付けられる領域を該嵌入口側に外れた位置に設けられている請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のブラケット付き防振装置。
