内周に複列の外側軌道面と、車体側部材が取り付けられるフランジ部と、を有する外方部材と、
外周に軸方向に延びる小径段部を有するハブ輪、ならびにこのハブ輪の小径段部に圧入された少なくとも一つの内輪からなり、外周に前記複列の外側軌道面に対向する複列の内側軌道面を有する内方部材と、
この内方部材と前記外方部材のそれぞれの軌道面間に転動自在に収容された複列の転動体と、を備える車輪用軸受装置において、
前記外方部材には、前記フランジ部よりもインナー側にパイロット部が設けられていて、
前記パイロット部は、前記車体側部材に嵌合される嵌合部と、前記嵌合部のインナー側端部からインナー側に向かうにつれて漸次縮径する案内部とを有するものである。
前記案内部は、鍛造面を有しているものである。
前記案内部は、軸方向断面形状が単一の直線形状あるいは互いに屈曲して接続する複数の直線形状を有するものである。
前記案内部は、軸方向断面形状が単一あるいは複数の単一曲率半径の曲線形状を有するものである。
前記案内部は、軸方向断面形状が単一あるいは複数の複合曲率を有する曲線形状の組合せを有するものである。

Claims (5)
- 内周に複列の外側軌道面と、車体側部材が取り付けられるフランジ部と、を有する外方部材と、
外周に軸方向に延びる小径段部を有するハブ輪、ならびにこのハブ輪の小径段部に圧入された少なくとも一つの内輪からなり、外周に前記複列の外側軌道面に対向する複列の内側軌道面を有する内方部材と、
この内方部材と前記外方部材のそれぞれの軌道面間に転動自在に収容された複列の転動体と、を備える車輪用軸受装置において、
前記外方部材には、前記フランジ部よりもインナー側にパイロット部が設けられていて、
前記パイロット部は、前記車体側部材に嵌合される嵌合部と、前記嵌合部のインナー側端部からインナー側に向かうにつれて漸次縮径する案内部とを有する車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記案内部は、鍛造面を有している、請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記案内部は、軸方向断面形状が単一の直線形状あるいは互いに屈曲して接続する複数の直線形状を有する請求項1または請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記案内部は、軸方向断面形状が単一あるいは複数の単一曲率半径の曲線形状を有する請求項1または請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記案内部は、軸方向断面形状が単一あるいは複数の複合曲率を有する曲線形状の組合せを有する請求項1または請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
