Abstract
Description
A) メルトブロー繊維不織布をベースとする基材材料を用意する工程、
B) フロック繊維を基材材料の片側に施与する工程、
C) 溶融接着剤をフロック繊維とは反対の基材材料側に施与する工程
を含む、本発明による熱固定可能なテキスタイル面状形成物を製造する方法にも関する。
A′) メルトブロー繊維不織布をベースとする基材材料を用意する工程、
B′) 溶融接着剤を基材材料の片側に施与する工程、
C′) フロック繊維を溶融接着剤とは反対の基材材料側に施与する工程
を含む、本発明による熱固定可能なテキスタイル面状形成物を製造する方法にも関する。
本発明による様々なテキスタイル面状形成物を製造した。そのために、熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含有するメルトブロー繊維不織布をベースとする基材材料を、75g/m2の重量で用意した。この基材材料はメルトブロー技術により製造し、フロック繊維(PA6.6、長さ0.4mm、タイター0.9dtex)を基材材料の片側に施与した。ここで、フロック繊維を様々な接着剤により基材材料に固定した。接着剤としては、以下の表に挙げる接着剤を使用した。続いて、コポリアミドをベースとする溶融接着剤を、水性分散液の形態で、回転式スクリーン印刷法によりフロック繊維とは反対の基材材料側に施与した。
1.接着剤
タイプ1:架橋剤なしの、水をベースとするアクリレート系
タイプ2:ブロックトイソシアネート架橋剤(140℃超の脱ブロック化温度を必要とする)ありの、水をベースとするアクリレート系
タイプ3.1:HDI(ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート)トライマーイソシアネート架橋剤(120℃未満の脱ブロック化温度を必要とする)ありの、水をベースとするアクリレート系
タイプ3.2:架橋剤(120℃未満の脱ブロック化温度を必要とする)ありの、水をベースとするPU系
2.伸縮性
伸縮性をDIN EN ISO13934−1:2013に準拠して測定する。評価を以下の通り行う:
* 15N〜20Nの引張力で25%の伸び率
** 10N〜15Nの引張力で25%の伸び率
*** 10N未満の引張力で25%の伸び率
3.永久伸び率
永久伸び率をDIN53835に準拠して測定する。評価を以下の通り行う:
* 永久伸び率3%未満
** 永久伸び率3〜4%
*** 永久伸び率5%
4.耐洗濯性
耐洗濯性をDIN EN ISO6330:2012に準拠して測定する。評価を以下の通り行う:
* 10回の洗濯後に、6〜7重量%の重量損失
** 10回の洗濯後に、3〜5重量%の重量損失
*** 10回の洗濯後に、3重量%未満の重量損失
図1は、フロック繊維コーティングを全面に有する本発明による熱固定可能なテキスタイル面状形成物1を示す。このテキスタイル面状形成物は、メルトブロー繊維不織布をベースとする基材材料2を含み、ここで、基材材料2は、片側に全面的に施与されたフロック繊維3を有し、フロック繊維3とは反対側に溶融接着剤4を有する。ここで、フロック繊維3は、接着剤5により基材材料2に固定されている。
Claims (15)
- メルトブロー繊維不織布をベースとする基材材料(2)を含む、殊にテキスタイル産業において、固定可能な芯地、裏地および/または表地として使用することができる熱固定可能なテキスタイル面状形成物であって、前記基材材料(2)が、片側にフロック繊維(3)を有し、前記フロック繊維(3)とは反対側に溶融接着剤(4)を有する、熱固定可能なテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- ウェブ品として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- 通気性が、DIN EN ISO9237に準拠して、100Paで測定して、20l/m2s超、例えば20l/m2s〜2000l/m2s超、および/または10l/m2s未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- 伸縮性が、DIN EN ISO13934−1に準拠して、少なくとも1つの方向で3Nの力で測定して、少なくとも2%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- 前記溶融接着剤(4)が、熱可塑性ポリマー、殊にポリアミド(PA)、コポリアミド、ポリエステル(PES)、コポリエステル、酢酸エチルビニル(EVA)およびそのコポリマー(EVAC)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、非晶質ポリアルファオレフィン(APAO)、ポリウレタン(PU)、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- 前記フロック繊維(3)が、接着剤(5)により前記基材材料(2)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- 前記フロック繊維(3)が、前記基材材料(2)を部分的に覆うのみであり、好適には規則的または不規則的なパターンを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- 坪量が、DIN EN29073に準拠して測定して、10g/m2〜400g/m2の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- 厚さが、DIN EN ISO9073−2に準拠して、0.5mm〜1.6mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- 係数が、DIN53835に準拠して、25%の伸び率で測定して、20N未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)。
- テキスタイル産業における、固定可能な芯地、裏地および/または表地としての、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)の使用。
- 以下の工程:
A) メルトブロー繊維不織布をベースとする基材材料を用意する工程、
B) フロック繊維(3)を前記基材材料の片側に施与する工程、
C) 溶融接着剤(4)を前記フロック繊維(3)とは反対の前記基材材料側に施与する工程
を含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のテキスタイル面状形成物(1)を製造する方法。 - 工程A)における前記基材材料を用意する工程が、補助基材、例えばスパンボンド不織布上で前記基材材料を固定する工程を含み、前記補助基材が、工程B)における前記フロック繊維(3)を施与する工程の後に再び除去されることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の方法。
- 工程B)における前記フロック繊維(3)を施与する工程が、接着剤を施与する上流工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12または13記載の方法。
