技术领域

背景技术
衬垫材料是衣服的隐形框架。它们确保正确的配合和最佳的舒适度。根据不同的应用,它们支持可加工性、提高功能性并稳定服装。除服装外,这些功能还可用于技术性的纺织应用中,例如家具、室内装潢和家用纺织品行业。
衬里材料是用作诸如衣服或皮革制品的织物的衬里材料。在纺织技术中,衬里是一种通过缝制、绗缝和/或热固定方法附着到纺织品内部的纺织平面片材。因此,衬里是外衣的面向身体的内部材料层。衬里可以起到使一件衣服的内侧更耐用、更舒适和/或更温暖,或者更精致的作用。另外,服装衬里在许多情况下也具有时尚的方面。除服装外,纺织衬里还用于帽子、手提箱、手袋和其他容器中。
外层面料是用作从外部可见的外部织物材料层的材料。
根据应用,用于衬垫材料、衬里材料和/或外层面料的有利性能特征是柔软性、回弹性、手感(Griff)、耐洗涤和耐护理性和/或在使用中足够的耐磨性。前述材料通常由无纺布、机织织物、针织织物或类似的纺织平面片材组成。特别是衬垫材料通常配备有粘合剂,由此衬垫通常可以通过加热和/或加压(固定衬垫)热粘合到外层面料上。因此,衬垫被层压到外层面料上。根据制造工艺不同,所提及的各种纺织平面片材具有不同的特性曲线。机织织物由经向和纬向的线/纱组成,针织织物由线/纱组成,这些线/纱通过针迹编织连接起来形成纺织平面片材。无纺布由铺放形成纤维垫的单根纤维组成,这些纤维被以机械、化学或热的方式粘合。
在服装工业中,特别是在女性的外衣和运动服中,薄的、透明的、柔性的或开放的外层面料是当前的趋势。非常轻和结构开放的材料可用于支撑这种外层面料。
如果使用弹性外层面料,或者服装应具有弹性,则使用弹性纺织平面片材是有利的。
US 8323764 B2描述了一种可拉伸的工件,其包括:(a)由弹性的弹性体材料的液滴部分结合的多孔或微孔编织层,该层具有内表面和外表面;以及(b)部分地嵌入该层的表面中的松散纤维。它是使用模具(用于物体或型材成形的专用工具或其他设备)制造的。
所描述的工件是一种双面植绒的弹性材料,其可以呈平面的或三维的形状,其结构由所用的型模定义。制造它需要复杂的工艺和昂贵的设备,即必须使用某种型模和一特殊层,在所述特殊层上临时固定植绒纤维,直到施加弹性体为止。另外,必须使用型模来产生弹性植绒的表面或涂层。该产品的透气性是通过喷洒弹性体小液滴来实现的,这些小液滴之间的空间用作孔并确保透气性。这意味着仅某些固定在凝胶/水溶液上的植绒纤维保留在最终产品中,这导致较高的废品率。此外,只有在弹性体涂层的厚度很小的情况下,才可以使用喷涂的弹性体液滴实现孔隙率和透气性。这导致材料的机械强度非常低。此外,在对三维型模进行植绒时,例如凹入部分无法实现均匀密集的植绒。
US 9596897 B2描述了一种用于衣物的腰带,该腰带包括:弹性基层、弹性安装层和附着到安装层的表面上的植绒。所述腰带具有以下缺点:
“弹性胶带”(安装层40)用于在腰部区域(基层30)中支撑衣服,或者是用热熔膜缝制或胶粘到基层30上的弹性针织物。建议通过持续按压(40-60psi)20-30秒并加热(150-170°F/66-77℃)将粘合层50粘合到基层30和安装层40上。在如此低的粘合温度下,即使在60℃下也无法熨烫或洗涤衣服。还建议将腰带11和基层30通过缝制连接到衣服本体(18)上,这排除了将植绒表面直接固定到衣服本体上的可能性。
US 20090271914 A1描述了一种衣服,该衣服包括由弹性体粘合材料制成的支撑带,该支撑带的一端用植绒纤维植绒,该植绒纤维嵌入弹性体粘合材料中。另外,描述了一种用于制造具有植绒纤维的服装的方法,其使用静电或机械装置制造。该方法的主要缺点是服装制造商必须获得必要的技术/设备和专业知识,例如在胶粘丝网印刷、胶粘剂喷涂、植绒材料的施加、空气净化/过滤、热胶干燥或固化的领域,以便能够在切割后直接执行衣物植绒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是至少部分地克服上述缺点。
该目的通过可热固定的平面片材实现,特别是可用作纺织工业中的可固定衬垫材料、衬里材料和/或外层面料,其包括基于熔喷纤维无纺布的载体材料、在载体材料一侧的植绒纤维和在背对所述一侧的另一侧的热熔胶。
根据本发明的纺织平面片材的优点在于,其可以简单的方式做成具有植绒纤维的幅材产品(Bahnenware)的形式。在本发明的优选实施例中,纺织平面片材被构造为幅材产品。与成衣状态下植绒的衣服相比,其主要优点在于,使用植绒的幅材产品可使服装制造商仅通过切割和熔合就可以在一件衣服上产生植绒纤维表面,而无必使用复杂的植绒技术。
进一步有利的是,可以通过使用熔喷纤维无纺布的不同密度等级以简单的方式实现透气性。然后在随后的植绒过工艺中,可以将粘合材料施加到熔喷纤维上,由此使它们之间的区域能够保持自由,并用作呼吸(透气)孔。
根据本发明,纺织平面片材具有基于熔喷纤维无纺布的载体材料。术语“基于”是指载体材料总重量的至少90重量%。根据本发明,术语熔喷纤维应理解为是指通过在高速气体(例如空气)中使熔融的热塑性材料通过多个通常设置为圆形的喷嘴毛细管挤出而制成熔融的纤维。通过该过程减小了纤维的直径。此后,熔喷纤维由高速气流携带并铺设在收集表面上,以由随机分布的纤维形成熔喷纤维无纺布。熔喷工艺是众所周知的,并且在各种专利和出版物中是已知的,例如,NRL报告4364,V.A.Wendt,E.L.Boone和C.D.Fluharty的“超细有机纤维的制造”;NRL报告5265,K.D.Lawrence,R.T.Lukas和J.A.的形成超细热塑性纤维的改进设备”,以及1974年11月19日授予Buntin等人的美国专利3,849,241。这些文件通过引用并入本文作为参考。
熔喷纤维无纺布的另一个优点是,由于有许多细纤维,因此粘合剂的粘结性明显比传统无纺布更好。
在本发明的一优选实施方案中,熔喷纤维由选自以下的聚合物形成:聚酯,聚烯烃,聚酰胺,聚丙烯酸酯,聚乙酸乙烯酯以及聚氨酯,它们的共聚物和/或混合物。聚氨酯是特别优选的,因为它们具有特别高的弹性。热塑性弹性体,特别是热塑性、弹性的聚酯,聚烯烃和/或聚氨酯也是优选的。热塑性弹性体(TPE,有时也称为弹性塑料)是在室温下可与经典弹性体相媲美的塑料,但其在加热时可发生塑性变形,从而表现出热塑性。
在本发明的另一优选实施方案中,熔喷纤维的纤维纤度为0.2-5dtex,优选0.5-3dtex,特别是0.5-2dtex。
总是基于纺织平面片材的总重量,熔喷纤维在纺织平面片材中的比例优选为至少10重量%,更优选为20重量%至60重量%,特别是25重量%至55重量%。
根据本发明,载体材料在一侧具有植绒纤维。植绒纤维是短长度的纤维,其以疏松纤维的形式施加到基底(此处为载体材料)上。取决于纤维的粗细和长度,可以根据所需的功能、外观或感觉来创建天鹅绒般柔软到硬质磨料的表面。植绒纤维可以由任何天然或合成的材料形成。合成材料优选包括尼龙,聚酰胺,聚酯,例如对苯二甲酸酯聚合物,天然材料优选包括例如棉,丝,粘胶和/或羊毛。
植绒纤维的长度可以根据需要变化。植绒纤维的长度优选为0.3mm至1.5mm,优选0.4mm至0.75mm,特别是0.4mm至0.6mm。
植绒纤维的纤度也可以根据需要变化。植绒纤维的纤度优选为0.5dtex至3dtex,优选为0.9dtex至1.7dtex,特别是0.9dtex至1.3dtex。
此外,植绒纤维可以是线性的或非线性的。例如,植绒纤维可以被卷起,卷曲和/或弯曲。植绒纤维优选基本垂直于载体材料。替代地,它们也可以随机地对准、成角度和/或基本上平行地布置。可以通过将细长丝(Filamenten)切割成所需的长度来制造用于植绒的纤维。通过切割产生的纤维末端可以是光滑的或不光滑的,例如锯齿状的。
植绒纤维优选通过粘合剂固定在载体材料上。合适的粘合剂例如基于丙烯酸酯,聚氨酯,硅树脂和/或橡胶的粘合剂。术语“基于”是指至少50重量%的比例。根据本发明,特别优选基于丙烯酸酯,聚氨酯和/或硅酮的粘合剂。粘合剂有利地是可固化的粘合剂。
在一个优选的实施方案中,粘合剂具有交联剂。粘合剂优选通过交联剂在纺织平面片材中交联。优选的交联剂是“封闭的异氰酸酯”。根据其常规含义,术语“封闭的异氰酸酯”描述了以下事实:当异氰酸酯与粘合剂接触时,其与封闭剂、特别是醇(氨基甲酸酯)和/或胺(脲)作为添加化合物存在。该加添加合物可以在较高温度下再次释放异氰酸酯,其结果是可以引发粘合剂的交联。
通过使用封闭的异氰酸酯,可以有目的地调整交联时间。由此可以防止在涂覆过程中发生交联,这可能导致涂层不规则。还可以通过使用封闭的异氰酸酯来调整自定义的交联度。这导致粘合剂的质量提高。
根据本发明特别优选的封闭剂选自3,5-二甲基吡唑(DMP),乙酰乙酸,丙二酸酯,丁酮肟,仲胺,己内酰胺,苯酚,醇及其混合物。DMP是非常特别优选的,因为它会导致聚合物极好的交联,无毒并且即使在低温下(大约120℃至130℃)也能解封。
异氰酸酯可以在一个或多个异氰酸酯基团处以封闭形式存在。
在一个实施方案中,粘合剂仅通过异氰酸酯交联。然而,也可以想到的是,可替代异氰酸酯或在异氰酸酯之外,粘合剂用其他交联剂交联,例如氮丙啶,多异氰酸酯,碳二亚胺,糖,丙烯酸酰胺,环氧化合物,胺,恶唑啉,脲衍生物,肼和/或羧酸酰肼。热交联的粘合剂是优选的。这些可以优于湿气交联的粘合剂,因为可以有目的地控制交联。
在一个特别优选的实施方案中,纺织平面片材具有熔喷纤维无纺布和植绒纤维的组合以及交联的粘合剂,熔喷纤维无纺布基于热塑性TPU,聚酯,聚酰胺,聚丙烯酸酯,聚乙酸乙烯酯,聚烯烃,棉,羊毛,粘胶纤维,莱赛尔纤维,植绒纤维基于聚酰胺,聚酯,聚丙烯酸酯,聚乙酸乙烯酯,聚烯烃,棉,丝绸,羊毛和/或粘胶纤维,基于聚酰胺,聚酯,聚烯烃,聚丙烯酸酯,聚乙酸乙烯酯或聚氨酯的热熔胶,交联的粘合剂基于聚丙烯酸酯,聚氨酯,聚乙酸乙烯酯,橡胶和/或硅树脂。
“基于”是指大于50重量%的重量百分比。
为了保持纺织平面片材的良好弹性(伸长率),如果粘合剂的弹性回复率不低于载体材料的弹性回复率,则是有利的。
在一个优选的实施方案中,根据DIN EN ISO 13934-1在3N的力下测量,根据本发明的纺织平面片材具有沿至少一个方向的至少2%,例如2%至50%,更优选10%至20%的弹性。
在优选的实施方式中,根据DIN 53 835测量,根据本发明的织物在至少一个方向上具有至少0.1%,例如2%至20%,更优选1%至5%的永久伸长率。
植绒纤维可以全表面上地或仅部分地覆盖载体材料。如果仅部分覆盖载体材料,则植绒纤维会形成规则或不规则的图案。仅部分覆盖载体材料的优点在于,可以以简单的方式调节纺织平面片材的空气通过率或透气性。此外,它还可以有目的地调整模量(Modul)和伸长特性。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,根据DIN EN ISO 9237在100Pa下测量,纺织平面片材的透气性大于20l/m 2s,例如从20l/m2s至2000l/m2s。在其他实施例中,可能希望透气性较小,例如小于20l/m 2s,更优选地小于10l/m 2s,更优选地小于5l/m 2s,尤其是大约0l/m2s。
可以使用各种方法,例如通过静电和/或机械植绒方法来将植绒纤维施加到载体材料上。
根据本发明,静电植绒是优选的。这是众所周知的,并且使用疏松的植绒纤维,植绒纤维在电场中被施加到涂覆有粘合剂的载体材料上。
根据本发明,载体材料在背离植绒纤维的一侧上具有热熔粘合剂。热熔胶,也被称为热粘合剂,热胶或在英文中称为热熔胶(hotmelt)很长一段时间了。通常人们将其理解为基本上不含溶剂的产品,以熔融状态施涂到粘合表面上,在冷却时迅速固化,因此很快形成强度。根据本发明优选将热塑性聚合物,例如聚酰胺(PA),共聚酰胺,聚酯(PES),共聚酯,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)及乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVAC),聚烯烃,尤其是聚乙烯(PE),聚丙烯(PP),无定形聚α-烯烃(APAO),聚氨酯(PU)及其混合物用作热熔粘合剂。根据本发明,特别优选共聚酰胺,共聚酯和聚氨酯。
热熔粘合剂的粘合作用基本上是基于以下事实:即它们可以作为热塑性聚合物可逆地熔融,并且作为液态熔融体,由于其粘度会因熔融过程而降低,因此它们能够润湿待粘合的表面并由此形成粘附力。作为随后冷却的结果,热熔粘合剂再次固化成固体,其具有很高的内聚力,并以此方式建立了与粘合表面的连接。粘合发生之后,粘弹性聚合物即使在冷却过程后随其体积的变化以及与之相关联产生的机械应力而能保持获得粘合力。产生的内聚力反映了基材之间的结合力。
在一实施方案中,热熔粘合剂以粉末形式使用。颗粒的尺寸基于要印刷的面积,例如所需的结合点尺寸。在点状图案的情况下,颗粒直径可以在>0μm至500μm之间变化。基本上,热熔粘合剂的粒度不是均匀的,而是遵循一种分布,即始终存在粒径谱。颗粒尺寸方便地与所需的施用量,点尺寸和点分布相匹配。
粉末形式的热熔粘合剂可通过漏撒涂敷(Streuauftrag)施加,这对粘结多孔基材以生产透气性纺织品复合材料特别有用。漏撒涂敷的另一个优点是,它对于大规模应用程序是简单的涂敷方法。由于热活化粉末,例如由聚酰胺,聚酯或聚氨酯制成的粉末,即使在低温下也具有粘性,因此它们适用于热敏性基材(例如高价织物)的温和层压。由于在激活状态下具有良好的流动特性,即使在低压和短压制时间的情况下也能实现良好的连接;但是,渗透到组织中的风险仍然保持很低。
也可以使用糊印法,双点法和热熔法将热熔粘合剂施加到熔喷纤维无纺布上。根据本发明,糊印法是特别优选的,因为这确保了特别良好地保持手感和弹性。
由于使用熔喷纤维无纺布作为基材,可以将根据本发明的纺织平面片材的单位面积重量调整到非常低。对于许多应用而言,已经有目的地证明,根据DIN EN 29073测量,单位面积重量在以下范围内:10g/m2至400g/m2,优选为25g/m2至200g/m2,尤其是30g/m2至100g/m2
更优选地,根据DIN EN ISO 9073-2,纺织平面片材具有0.5mm至1.6mm,优选0.5mm至0.9mm的厚度。
更优选地,根据DIN 53 835测量,该纺织平面片材在25%的伸长率时具有的模量小于20N,例如1N至20N,优选2N至10N。纺织平面片材的相对较低的模量是有利的,因为平面片材可以在没有很大的力作用的情况下被拉伸并且因此完美地适应于身体的轮廓。
由于其特定的性能,根据本发明的纺织平面片材非常适合用作纺织工业中的可固定衬垫材料、衬里材料和/或外层面料。与根据本发明的熔喷纤维无纺布结合的优选衬垫材料选自针织或机织弹性织物,选自天然或合成纱线或其组合。这些材料也可以具有高弹性的纱线。与根据本发明的熔喷纤维无纺布结合的优选衬里材料选自动物来源的弹性真皮革或合成皮革。与根据本发明的熔喷纤维无纺布结合的优选的外层面料选自层压织物或松散膜。
本发明还涉及用于生产根据本发明的热固性纺织平面片材的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
A)提供基于熔喷纤维无纺布的载体材料;
B)将植绒纤维施加到载体材料的一侧;
C)在载体材料的背离植绒纤维的一侧涂上热熔粘合剂。
根据本发明的方法的一个优点在于,熔喷纤维无纺布能够在未成形的,即平面状态下被植绒。以这种方式可以实现最大的植绒纤维密度。
步骤A)中的载体材料准备可以通过熔喷无纺布原料,优选聚氨酯来实现。在优选的实施方式中,载体材料形成在辅助载体上,例如纺粘无纺布,这使其具有更高的稳定性并且更容易加工。因此,提供载体材料优选包括将其固定在辅助载体上。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,在步骤B)之后中将植绒纤维施加到载体材料的一侧。植绒纤维的施加优选包括施加粘合剂的上游步骤。
根据本发明优选的是静电植绒。其中植绒纤维在电场中被施加到涂有粘合剂的载体材料上。如果使用辅助载体,则将粘合剂和植绒纤维施加到载体材料的背离辅助载体的一侧。可以通过丝网印刷,喷枪或浸浴来施加粘合剂。载体材料的表面优选是平滑的或仅略微压花或开槽。电场线(Feldlinien)确保植绒纤维以所需角度(最好垂直)定向,从而形成均匀的纺织表面。然后可以固化粘合剂,并使植绒锚定。多余的和未结合的植绒纤维可以通过真空去除。
也可以考虑机械植绒来固定植绒纤维。为此,设有粘合剂的载体材料可以在一系列优选为多边形的辊上被引导,这些辊使载体材料快速振动。这种振动会驱动植绒纤维进入粘合剂。

A’)提供一种基于熔喷纤维无纺布的载体材料;
B’)将热熔粘合剂施加到载体材料的一侧;
C’)将植绒纤维涂在载体材料的背离热熔粘合剂的一侧。
在优选的实施方式中,载体材料形成在辅助载体上,例如纺粘无纺布。如果使用辅助载体,则将热熔粘合剂施加到载体材料的背离辅助载体的一侧,并稍后在施加植绒纤维之前再次将其除去。
同样在该方法的变型例中,植绒纤维的施加优选包括施加粘合剂的上游步骤。

图1示出了根据本发明的具有全表面植绒纤维涂层的热固性纺织平面片材1。该纺织平面片材包括基于熔喷纤维无纺布的载体材料2,该载体材料2在一侧具有施加到整个表面的植绒纤维3和在背离植绒纤维3的一侧的热熔粘合剂4。植绒纤维3通过粘合剂5固定在载体材料2上。
图2示出了具有构造成图案的植绒纤维涂层的可热固定的纺织平面片材1。该纺织平面片材包括基于熔喷纤维无纺布的载体材料2,该载体材料2在一侧具有以图案形式施加的植绒纤维3和在背离植绒纤维3的一侧的热熔粘合剂4。植绒纤维3通过粘合剂5固定在载体材料2上。
图3示出具有构造成图案的植绒纤维涂层的织物1的表面的照片。
实施例
生产根据本发明的各种纺织平面片材。为此,提供基于熔喷纤维无纺布的载体材料,该载体材料包含重量为75g/m2的热塑性聚氨酯。使用熔喷技术生产载体材料,并将植绒纤维(PA6.6,长度为0.4mm,纤度为0.9dtex)施加到载体材料的一侧。用各种粘合剂将植绒纤维固定在载体材料上。下表中列出的粘合剂用作粘合剂。然后通过旋转丝网印刷法将基于共聚酰胺的热熔粘合剂以水分散体的形式施加到载体材料的背离绒毛纤维的一侧。

1.粘合剂
类型1:无交联剂的水基丙烯酸体系;
类型2:具有封闭的异氰酸酯交联剂的水基丙烯酸酯体系(要求解封温度>140℃);
类型3.1:基于丙烯酸酯且含有HDI(六亚甲基二异氰酸酯)-三聚异氰酸酯交联剂的水基体系(要求<120℃解封温度);
类型3.2:含有封闭的异氰酸酯交联剂的水基PU体系(需要<120℃解封温度)。
2.弹性
弹性根据DIN EN ISO13934-1:2013测量。评级如下:
*拉力为15N至20N时伸长率为25%;
**拉力为10N至15N时伸长率为25%;
***拉力小于10N时伸长率为25%。
3.永久拉伸率
永久伸长率根据DIN 53835测量。评级如下:
*永久伸长率<3%;
**永久伸长率3-4%;
***永久伸长率5%。
4.耐洗性
耐洗性根据DIN EN ISO 6330:2012测量。评级如下:
*10次洗涤后重量减少6-7重量%;
**10次洗涤后重量减少3-5重量%;
***10次洗涤后重量损失少于3重量%。

Claims (15)

1.热固性纺织平面片材(1),特别是可用作纺织工业中的可固定衬垫材料,衬里材料和/或外层面料,所述热固性纺织平面片材包含基于熔喷纤维无纺布的载体材料(2),所述载体材料(2)在一侧具有植绒纤维(3)而在背离植绒纤维的一侧(3)具有热熔粘合剂(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织平面片材(1),其特征在于,所述纺织平面片材被构造为幅材产品。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织平面片材(1),其特征在于,根据DIN EN ISO9237在100Pa下测量,透气性大于20l/m2s,例如从20l/m2s至2000l/m2s,或小于10l/m2s。
4.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的纺织平面片材(1),其特征在于,根据DINEN ISO 13934-1在3N的力下测量,在至少一个方向上的弹性为至少2%。
5.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的纺织平面片材(1),其特征在于,所述热熔粘合剂(4)选自热塑性聚合物组成的组,特别是聚酰胺(PA),共聚酰胺,聚酯(PES),共聚酯,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)及乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVAC),聚乙烯(PE),聚丙烯(PP),无定形聚α-烯烃(APAO),聚氨酯(PU)及其混合物。
6.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的纺织平面片材(1),其特征在于,所述植绒纤维(3)通过粘合剂(5)固定在所述载体材料(2)上。
7.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的纺织平面片材(1),其特征在于,所述植绒纤维(3)仅部分覆盖所述载体材料(2),并且优选形成规则或不规则的图案。
8.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的纺织平面片材(1),其特征在于,根据DINEN 29073测量,单位面积重量为10g/m2至400g/m2
9.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的纺织平面片材(1),其特征在于,根据DINEN ISO 9073-2的厚度为0.5mm至1.6mm。
10.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的纺织平面片材(1),其特征在于,25%伸长率下根据DIN 53 835测量,模量小于20N。
11.根据前述权利要求中一项或多项所述的织物(1)在纺织工业中作为可固定的衬垫材料,衬里材料和/或外层面料的用途。
12.用于制造根据权利要求1至8中的一项或多项所述的纺织平面片材(1)的方法,包括以下步骤:
A)提供基于熔喷纤维无纺布的载体材料;
B)将植绒纤维(3)施加到所述载体材料的一侧;
C)在所述载体材料的背离所述植绒纤维(3)的那一侧涂敷热熔粘合剂(4)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤A)中提供载体材料包括将其固定在辅助载体上,例如纺粘无纺布,并且在步骤B)中施加植绒纤维(3)之后再去除所述辅助载体。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤B)中植绒纤维(3)的施加包括施加粘合剂的上游步骤。
15.根据权利要求12至14中一项或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤B)之前进行步骤C)。
