Claims (8)
- 成形品の造形に応じた形状の成形面を備える金型本体と、
前記成形面の表面に設けられためっき層と、を有し、
前記成形面は、前記成形品の表面に複数の凹凸からなるシボ模様を形成するためのシボ転写面を有し、
前記シボ転写面は、第1凹凸部と、前記第1凹凸部の表面に形成されて凹凸の幅が前記第1凹凸部よりも小さい第2凹凸部とを少なくとも含むものであって、前記第1凹凸部及び前記第2凹凸部における凹凸の幅が10μm以上500μm未満の範囲からなり、
前記めっき層は無電解めっき層であり、当該めっき層の少なくとも一部の領域において厚さが0.1μm以上10μm未満の範囲となる成形用金型。 - 前記めっき層は無電解めっき層であり、当該めっき層の全部の領域において厚さが0.1μm以上10μm未満の範囲となる請求項1記載の成形用金型。
- 前記めっき層は、Niを主成分として含む請求項1又は2記載の成形用金型。
- 成形品の造形に応じた形状の成形面を備える金型本体に無電解めっき処理を施し、前記成形面の表面にめっき層を形成する工程、を有し、
前記成形面は、前記成形品の表面に複数の凹凸からなるシボ模様を形成するためのシボ転写面を有し、
前記シボ転写面は、第1凹凸部と、前記第1凹凸部の表面に形成されて凹凸の幅が前記第1凹凸部よりも小さい第2凹凸部とを少なくとも含むものであって、前記第1凹凸部及び前記第2凹凸部における凹凸の幅が10μm以上500μm未満の範囲からなり、
前記めっき層を形成する工程は、当該めっき層の少なくとも一部の領域において厚さが0.1μm以上10μm未満の範囲となるように実行される成形用金型の製造方法。 - 前記めっき層を形成する工程は、当該めっき層の全部の領域において厚さが0.1μm以上10μm未満の範囲となるように実行される請求項4記載の成形用金型の製造方法。
- めっき層を形成する工程に先立ち、前記成形面に、前記シボ転写面を形成する工程をさらに有し、
前記シボ転写面を形成する工程は、
前記成形面の表面にエッチング処理を施して、前記第1凹凸部を形成する第1工程と、
前記第1工程を経た前記成形面の表面にエッチング処理を施して、前記第2凹凸部を形成する第2工程と、を少なくとも備える
請求項4又は5記載の成形用金型の製造方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか記載の成形用金型を備える射出成形装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか記載の成形用金型を、キャビティー型及びコア型の少なくとも一方に用いて成形品を製造する成形品の製造方法。
