在现有技术中门板都具有模压的门板表层。人们尝试在门板表层的外部形成模仿天然木质纹理的有纹理的图案。但是,印刷的图案没有体现天然木质中的深度或者材质。而且印刷墨汁通常不能满足精细的木质纹理线和变化的色调。在门板表层的外表面上模仿天然木质纹理图案的另一个尝试是,通过蚀刻处理将纹理图案的照相图像转印到轧花板上,以形成下表面和从金属板的下表面延伸的提升的线条或脊。蚀刻过程为用抗酸基面覆盖金属板的某些区域,随后在板上应用酸或者金属腐蚀溶液。没有抗酸基面的区域被酸腐蚀。图像或者图案被腐蚀进入金属板,该板随后具有较低的表面,升高部分从该较低表面延伸。所述抗酸基面或者“保护层”控制酸在何处腐蚀金属板,如何腐蚀金属板。镍铬钢,铜和锌为用作蚀刻板的三种最普通的金属。镍铬钢在三种金属中最硬,并且在反复轧花之后不会象无钢板那么快地磨损。
蚀刻不同的金属需要不同的酸。另外,还需要不同的抗体和方法用于保护层。在应用了保护层之后有各种方法使金属暴露在酸中,从而能够产生色调和材质。板的酸处理随后蚀刻未经覆盖的板,在轧花板上形成升高的纹理表面。通过环绕保护层线蚀刻进板而形成升高的脊或者蚀刻线。酸随后在金属板上进行蚀刻,留下有保护层保护的升高的脊。最终的结构形成有木质纹理的错觉。蚀刻金属板的深度由撤走的相应的保护线的宽度控制。
普通的蚀刻后的板可用来作为轧花板,将蚀刻的图像或者图案压入基板。如现有技术所知,在轧花过程中所述基板要承受选定量的热量,压力和时间的考验。当压制用于形成带有木质纹理图案门板表层的材料时,蚀刻后的轧花板被压入材料中以在最终门板表层表面上形成纹理图案的成束的木质纹理。木质纹理图案是成组或者成束的间隔的升高线或“纹理”,它们在模仿的木质外表图案中延伸。所述纹理必须很小心地间隔开以模仿天然木质纹理。在蚀刻过程中,通常很难得到清晰成束的木质纹理。如果纹理过于窄,则酸就腐蚀到纹理侧边,并且会完全破坏纹理。这样普通蚀刻好的带有木质纹理图案的板就不能压制高清晰的木质纹理。另外,这种普通的蚀刻好的板通常在纹理的外表面具有尖锐的边缘,并且由于蚀刻过程的特性,在板的下部附近具有咬边。当酸腐蚀金属板时,在其中刻有槽。但是,所述酸也腐蚀进入纹理的侧边(由槽隔开),尤其靠近槽的底面。公知的咬边在蚀刻领域中是常见的现象。最终使纹理不能模仿天然木质纹理中柔顺,流畅的外观。
另外,带有木质纹理图案的普通门板表层不能获得天然木质中精细的木质色调变化。天然木质不仅仅包括木质纹理,还包括变化的背景色调。用于形成带有木质纹理图案的门板表层的普通轧花板和塑模不能获得木质纹理和木质色调的自然外观。如果在门板表层表面涂覆着色剂,也不能体现真实性。如现有技术得知,着色剂包括溶解的染料和颜料,并且该着色剂一般用于通过渗透木质表面而给木质着色。这样,可以加强或者加深天然木质色调和纹理,而不用覆盖木质表面的纹理和色调,例如用涂料。用同样的方法着色剂不会渗透到合成门板表层的表面,如同天然木质。由此为了加强色调和纹理而尝试在门板表层上涂覆着色剂,这对于一般消费者来说是很难的工序。着色剂不能象在天然木质上一样简单地用刷子或者碎布就可涂覆上。相反地,所述着色剂一般需要多重应用,随后可用手选择性地去除。为了获得真实的木质外观,这项技术通常需要专家或者在着色方面有经验的人来做。而且门板表层表面部分会由于喷枪喷涂着色剂或者其它明暗处理材料而增加光亮。即使将着色剂很小心地涂覆在特殊区域,最终的色调和木质纹理也会体现出有斑点和不真实。这样就很难得到所需的色调变化。
由此,需要一种带有木质纹理图暗的模制门板表层,它可以轻易地着色,并且可以得到如同天然木质纹理所见的精细的木质纹理和木质色调。
发明概述
本发明涉及一种模压门板表层,它包括具有位于第一平面上的外部的外表面,从外部平面下凹的间隔的槽,和具有由沟槽形成的间隔突起的铜版部分。所述沟槽从外部平面下凹。
本发明还涉及其它模制结构构件,包括具有位于第一平面上的外部的外表面,从外部平面下凹的间隔的槽,和具有由沟槽形成的间隔突起的铜版部分。所述沟槽从外部平面下凹。
一种将木质纹理图案蚀刻进入板的方法,包括下列步骤:获得一张具有纹理和背景色调的木质图像;从该图像中形成经过充分修整的纹理的艺术线条图像;从所述图像中形成对应于经修整的背景色调的背景艺术图像;从艺术线条图像和背景艺术图像中透视出母板图像;从母板图像中形成图案转印;将图案转印放在金属板上;根据图案转印蚀刻金属板。
一种用于在合成物材料中形成木质纹理图案的轧花板,包括经蚀刻的金属板,位于第一平面上的较低部分,从第一平面延伸的间隔的脊,具有位于第二平面上的平面部分的铜版部分,该平面部分向外暴露于所述第一平面,以及从第二平面向第一平面延伸的间隔的凹口。
一种门,包括周边门框,至少一个门板表层。所述门板表层具有外表面,其外部位于第一平面上,从外部平面下凹的间隔的槽,以及铜版部分。所述铜版部分具有由沟槽形成的间隔的突起,其中所述沟槽从外部平面下凹。

发明的详细描述
本发明涉及门板表层D,该表层在其外表面10中形成有天然外露的木质纹理图案,如图1所示。该木质纹理图案可以由蚀刻板,例如以现有技术中使用的轧花或模具套模或其它处理方法形成。参照图2和3,门板表层D的外表面10包含多个间隔的槽12。每个槽12形成有相对的侧壁14和底面16。若干外部18位于第一平面上,该平面包括外表面10的最外侧暴露的表面。接触面15与外部18和侧壁14连接并与之成为整体。接触面15最好是弯曲的。外部18分隔开相邻的槽12。所述槽12最好从第一平面深入约0.003-0.013英寸,并且可具有不同的宽度。由此外部18也可具有不同的宽度,如图2所示。槽12的深度根据用于模压门板表层D(或者其它模压构件)的衬底和被模仿的木质种类,可以超过所述最佳范围。
另外,相邻的槽12可以彼此间隔不同的距离,并且可以相对于彼此地延伸不同的长度,如图1所示。槽12A,12B和12C彼此间隔,以箭头形状延伸,如同天然木质中呈现的纹理。槽12D,12E和12F沿纵向延伸到门板D的整个长度。应该理解槽12的构形是模仿天然木质的。由此一些槽12不需要基本平行地延伸并且间隔预定距离,如图1所示。这样槽12的构形可模仿软质的,平滑的木质纹理的外形。
另外,外表面10包括铜版部分20。每个一个铜版部分20都包括若干凹形沟槽22。所述沟槽22最好从外部18的第一平面下凹约0.001-0.003英寸的深度。该最佳深度是模仿木质种类,如岑树的。但该深度根据被轧花和/或被模压的衬底和被模仿的木质种类,也可以超过该最佳范围。沟槽22形成为栅格图案,最好从第一平面贯穿外部表面10下凹到大约相同的深度。沟槽22形成有多个间隔的突起24。该间隔的突起24最好形成为盒子形状(如由沟槽22的栅格图案形成),如图2所示。但是,间隔的突起24不必一定是盒子形状。例如铜版部分20可包括若干圆柱形状的突起24。每个间隔的突起24包括平顶25,该平顶与外部18的第一平面共面,或者从第一平面略微下凹。间隔的突起24还包括从沟槽22向平顶25延伸的侧边27。由于沟槽22从第一平面下凹约0.001-0.003英寸,所以突起24相应地从沟槽部分22向上延伸约0.001-0.003英寸。但是突起24不会延伸超过外部18的第一平面(尽管它们可以与第一平面共面)。
根据沟槽22的间隔距离,铜版20包括不同数量的间隔的突起24。所述铜版20最好每英寸具有133或更少一些的突起24。但是应该理解根据用于形成模压门板表层D的衬底或者被模仿的木质种类,每英寸突起的最大数量是可以变化的。图2示出了具有相对较多的突起24的铜版20。图4示出了具有相对较少的突起24的铜版20。当如图所示铜版20排列在槽12中间时,相邻槽12之间的一部分区域没有铜版部分,这样在外表面10粘上着色剂之后就呈现双色或者光泽。
如图2和4所示,铜版部分20可包含各种尺寸的突起24。具有相对较高密度突起24的铜版20包含有较小的突起24,如图2所示。具有相对较低密度突起24的铜版20包含有较大的突起24,如图4所示。相邻突起24之间的沟槽22贯穿外表面10具有基本一致的宽度。但是根据突起24的尺寸,相邻沟槽22的间隔是可变化的。由此,具有较高密度突起24的铜版20与具有较低密度突起24的铜版20,包含有更紧密间隔的沟槽22。
由此,门板表层D的外表面10分别包含若干模仿如天然木质纹理中能够见到的木质纹理和木质色调背景的槽12和铜版20。当外表面10粘上着色剂时,由于槽12具有不同的间隔,并且具有不同的宽度和深度,所以不同量的着色剂会聚集在槽12中。较深,较宽的槽12与较浅,较窄的槽12可容纳更多的着色剂。由此较深,较宽的槽12模仿较暗,较显眼的木质纹理。类似地,较浅的槽12模仿较亮,较细密的木质纹理。同样地,具有较多较紧密间隔沟槽22的铜版20比包含有没有紧密间隔的较少沟槽22的铜版20容纳有更多着色剂。更多的着色剂积聚在铜版20中,就呈现较暗的区域。这样根据沟槽22和突起24的构形,不同的铜版20模仿不同的木质色调。
通过最终的使用者简单地在外表面10上擦拭着色剂,所述着色剂可以很容易地附着在外表面10上。槽12和铜版20的一体化和构形使消费者可以简单地将着色剂擦拭或者涂刷上。随后擦掉多余的着色剂。由此着色剂以同于附着在天然木质上的方式附着在所公开的模压门板表层D上。另外,根据最终使用者的选择,仅需要涂刷一层着色剂。最好使用较重色素的着色剂,以使其很容易地附着并凝结在槽12和铜版20中。
本发明还涉及蚀刻板P,可用作轧花板,或者与模塑件结合以在模压件,例如门板表层D的外表面中形成木质纹理图案。如图5所示,金属板P包含有若干从底部32向上延伸的蚀刻线30,其中底部32位于一平面上,该平面包含有金属板P的最深的蚀刻表面。蚀刻线30具有类似于脊的形状,并且其高度在约0.003-0.013英寸的范围内是可变化的。蚀刻线30的高度根据要模仿的特殊木质构件变化。每个蚀刻线30包含有上脊34,从上脊34延伸到底部32的侧壁36。相邻蚀刻线30由缝隙38隔开,该缝隙被蚀刻在板P中以形成蚀刻线30。板P具有与形成在门板D上外表面相翻转的构形。例如,蚀刻线30对应于门板D的槽12,底部32的平面对应于外部18和平顶25的第一平面。
当轧制构件时,板P还包括与铜版部分20对应的色调部分40(tonal portions)。例如色调部分40与门板D的铜版部分20对应。所述色调部分40包括平面区域42,该区域带有多个贯穿所述平面区域42的间隔开的凹口44。由于在轧花构件中色调部分40具有与铜版部分,例如铜版部分20反转的形状,所以色调部分40形成为升高的栅格形状,如图5所示。由此凹口44的形状为类似于盒子形的,从平面区域42凹陷的开口区域。凹口44包含有侧边46和底边48。底边48与底部32共面,或者从底部32处略微升高一些。平面区域42在板P中蚀刻约0.010-0.014英寸的深度,最好是0.010英寸的深度。凹口44从平面区域42还要蚀刻约0.001-0.003英寸的深度。蚀刻的深度可以根据需要模仿的特殊木质变化。同样,在色调部分40在平面区域42的类似于栅格的构形相对于底部32的高度约为0.001-0.003英寸。
类似于突起24,在平面区域42中凹口的密度和尺寸是可以变化的。这样蚀刻进板P中的色调部分40的形状恰好控制了轧花构件,如门板D中的色调变化。类似地,蚀刻进板P中的蚀刻线30的形状控制了在模压或者轧花构件中模仿标记(例如槽12)的纯度。所公开的蚀刻板P可以用作轧花板或者与塑模一起在构件中轧制并且模制出木纹理图案。由板P最终形成的表面形成可染色的表面,其中可以由消费者容易地通过涂刷进行染色。
一种平板轧花或者与塑模结合使用的蚀刻平板的方法,该方法结合带有蚀刻色调部分的金属板上的不同高度的蚀刻线进行丝网处理。在蚀刻之前,拍照天然木质构件的图案以得到需要模仿的图案实际的质地,色调和纹理。准备的每一块天然木板最好都经过灼烧和电灼烧其木板表面,以获得木板精细的纹理,背景颜色和色调。随后用普通的照相方法获得备用木板的图案。另外,所述图案也可用现有技术中数码成像技术获得。拍照多块木板,每一块代表最终制成的门板表层的门挺,门栏和面板。木板可以是不同种类的木质,从而门挺和门栏可以是一种种类的木质,而面板可以是另外种类的木质。将所述照片组合成门的外观,每块木板的木质纹理图案按照需要定向。这样就可以得到自然外表的门板,门挺的木质纹理的定向垂直于门栏的,面板的木质纹理按照需要定向。
可以采用普通的照相技术和计算机成像技术进行成像。尤其是,图像需要经过色分离处理,由此通过照相机或者计算机成像将原始图像分离出来以得到第一图像,所述第一图像示出了原始图像的所有木质纹理,而第二图像示出了原始图像的所有木质色调。
通过提高分辨率而增强第一图像,由此使用例如在计算机软件PhotoshopTM中可获得的过滤器产生“流畅”纹理的图像。尤其地,图像的尺寸最好增加到约300%。图像的分辨率随后最好增加到约600dpi-2400dpi。在此方式中,很容易调整纹理的厚度,并且将其放置在图像中,以避免蚀刻线彼此过于紧密。所述调节最好包含在最紧密纹理的基础上缩放图像中的所有纹理,该最紧密纹理作为基线或者参照,所有其它的纹理都要依此而定尺寸。如上所述,蚀刻线30通过环绕蚀刻线30进行蚀刻而在金属板上成型,由此形成缝隙38。当酸腐蚀金属形成缝隙38时,酸有侵蚀蚀刻线30的侧壁36的趋势,从而加宽缝隙38。如果蚀刻线30过窄或者形成“簇”(例如相邻的缝隙38过于紧密),酸就可以完全蚀刻蚀刻线30的整个侧壁36,由此损坏如此窄的蚀刻线30。这就是众所周知的“阻塞和扩张”。为了解决这一问题,可通过调节原始图像纹理(金属板中的蚀刻线30)的厚度和间隔来调整纹理图像。产生的调整后的第一图像此后称作“艺术线条图像”。艺术线条图像的加强效果避免了“成簇”现象,同时保持了对原始图像的木质纹理纹理的精确模仿。图6所示为调整300%的艺术线条图像,示出了许多束纹理100。
第二图像通过照相或者计算机的建模技术被加强以控制木质色调的密度。原始图像的背景最好以40%的分辨率133筛被合并。如现有技术所知,133筛为每英寸具有133条线。40%的分辨率控制了色调的密度。尽管筛的概念在印刷工业中为公知技术,但这种普通的丝网通常用于几何图案和天然的艺术品,如皮革。筛可以改变和调整色调,由此可蚀刻上较浓的色调。最终改变的图像覆盖在薄膜上,由此产生加强的第二图像,后面称作“丝网艺术图像”。图7为放大300%的丝网艺术图像,示出了色调变化200A,200B和200C。铜版也可以进行调节以足够大到在轧花或者模压过程中被模压材料阻塞。
一旦可使用的薄膜由艺术线条图像和丝网艺术图像着色,就发展成为可作为图案母板的照相感光平面印刷板。所述照相技术最好应用在预先感光的镁板上。将腊状基底材料涂覆在母板上一形成图案转印。不同的腊状成分被用于对应于艺术线条图像(“艺术线条腊状物”)的蚀刻和用于对应于丝网艺术图像(“丝网艺术腊状物”)的蚀刻。例如可使用New Castle,Pennsylvania的Cutom Etch公司生产的蜜腊基底的抗腊成分。在蚀刻过程中,艺术线条腊附着在板的时间比丝网艺术腊附着的时间长。在蚀刻过程中丝网艺术腊提供的细节比艺术线条腊多,并且逐渐去除的速度比艺术线条腊快。
母板是上过腊的,并且印痕纸随后可以由母板得到。在显影过程中,腊附着在纸上,其上的图案被蚀刻进板中。用柔软的绵纸将最终的腊状转印从母板上提起,在金属板被完全清洁之后,再转送到金属板上进行蚀刻,使抗腊物质滞留在板上。如果使用多重图案转印,转印图案必须对齐,并且连接在一起。用防粘剂在表面打磨转印图案,撤下绵纸。用液态的抗酸材料混合任何匹配的直线和合适的轮廓线,以得到统一的图案转变和混合。在蚀刻之前腊最好滞留在金属板上约24小时。
要蚀刻的金属板最好是低碳的优质钢。例如可采用业内称作“纯净钢”的SP300钢。这种优质钢一般比标准钢的同质性强,并且具有微量级别的致密的细胞结构。标准钢不能提供本发明需要的精密的蚀刻线和丝网蚀刻,会造成缺乏精细且很粗糙的背景。
在将抗腊图样转印到金属板上之后,所有金属板之外的不需要蚀刻的面积都被防酸带遮盖。这一过程需要非常仔细地接近耐力限制的重复,以使金属板内侧的遮盖面积不会被蚀刻,由此形成无织构的断点,边界和名义上的通风区域。在完成这一阶段的基础上,用另一种腊基材料将所有的遮蔽缝都封闭住以保证不会有酸漏入受保护的区域。随后将没有被遮蔽的区域进行蒸汽打磨。蒸汽打磨包括引导水或空气中的研磨颗粒。最好使用氧化镁和玻璃珠的混合物抛光所需要的材质区域以帮助附着图案转印。检查之后便可准备蚀刻的模具。
在金属的类型,图案所需的深度,板的尺寸或者需要蚀刻的钢型这一基础上确定蚀刻方法和所利用的酸的成分。金属类型决定所采用的适当的酸的成分。最好采用New Castle,Pennsylvania的Cutom Etch公司生产的氮基酸。蚀刻深度由模具和酸的温度,模具暴露在酸中的时间量,和要撤走的抗蚀刻线的宽度决定。在原始图案的基础上确定和调节蚀刻缝隙的宽度和深度(由此确定所要形成的蚀刻线的宽度和高度)。要撤走的抗蚀刻线越宽,蚀刻得越深,反之亦然。主要的蚀刻线由蚀刻到约0.009-0.013英寸深度的缝隙构成。更精密的蚀刻线由蚀刻到约0.003-0.008英寸深度的缝隙构成。相应地,最终蚀刻线的高度为约0.009-0.013英寸,较高的蚀刻线30形成较深的槽12,随后在采用着色剂之后,在外表面10上形成较暗的,更显眼的槽12。所述深度根据要模仿的木质类型在最佳范围之外是可以变化的。
艺术线条在酸浴中蚀刻约40-50分钟。在进行艺术线条蚀刻之后,再次清洗板以去除任何酸和/或着色剂。除此之外,板还要经过蒸汽打磨,用另一种酸成分进行彻底地洗刷,或者“后期洗刷”,以去除任何咬边。蒸汽打磨和后期洗刷也可去除蚀刻过程中形成的任何尖锐边缘,由此通过略微使其圆润,抛光任何尖锐边缘和去除任何咬边而得到柔和的,流畅的线条。
在彻底清洁和去除咬边之后,蚀刻好的艺术线条由丝网艺术腊覆盖。所述板用快速反应酸再一次蚀刻约8-10分钟。色调部分蚀刻到约0.012-0.013英寸深,其中平面42被蚀刻到约.010-0.013英寸,凹口从平面42的附加深度约为0.001-0.003英寸。再一次清洗和蒸汽打磨板以抛光表面,并且去除任何尖锐边缘和咬边。但是,丝网艺术线不能由酸进行后期洗刷,凹口44会由后期洗刷被去除掉。在已完成的蚀刻板上涂刷一层铬,以防止反复轧花之后有磨损。
最终的蚀刻板具有艺术线条结合丝网艺术线条的多重效果,如图5所示。这一综合效果是由轧花或者以本发明公开的蚀刻板形成的纹理和精细色调的变换得到的,精确地模仿了天然木质的品质和外观。另外,去除了咬边和尖锐边缘,更加强了艺术线条的细节和清新的外观。
各种基底可用于形成在所公开的蚀刻板上形成的具有木质纹理图案的构件。最好采用聚合基底,例如片状模塑料(SMC),聚苯乙烯或聚丙烯。但是,应该理解本发明也可使用各种其它的基底,例如中密度板(MDF),人造板,纤维板,其它符合木质材料,和其它热塑材料。最终构件的着色最好为木质色调的颜色。但是,也可以使用任何基调的着色。另外,也可在构件上应用着色剂和染料。为了易于粘着在蚀刻的槽中和铜版部分中,最好使用浓重色素的着色剂。
尽管本发明在这里公开了对应的模压门板表层,但是应该理解本发明可用于形成其它带有木质纹理图案的模压构件,例如壁板,家具门,橱柜门,嵌板,装饰模板,修整板,研磨工件,建筑构件等。
很显然,本领域所属普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的范围或者构思的基础上对其结构或者形状可以进行改变和修整。这样,本发明涵盖了所有的修整和变化,由下面的权利要求的范围确定。

1.一种模制门板表层,包括:
具有位于第一平面上的外部的外表面;
从外部平面下凹的间隔的槽;和
具有由沟槽形成的间隔突起的铜版(halftone)部分,所述沟槽从外部平面下凹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门板表层,其中所述外部,间隔的槽和铜版部分形成有木质纹理图案。
3.根据权利要求1所述的门板表层,其中所述间隔的槽从所述外部平面下凹约0.003-0.013英寸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的门板表层,其中所述沟槽从所述外部平面下凹约0.001-0.003英寸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的门板表层,其中所述间隔的突起包括平顶和从所述沟槽底面延伸的侧壁。

19.一种将木质纹理图案蚀刻进入板的方法,包括下列步骤:
获得一张具有纹理(ticks)和背景色调的木质图像;
从该图像中形成经过充分修整的纹理的艺术线条图像;
从所述图像中形成包括修整后背景色调的背景艺术图像;
从艺术线条图像和背景艺术图像中呈现出母板(master)图像;
从母板图像中形成图案转印;
将图案转印放在金属板上;
根据图案转印蚀刻金属板。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中还包括下列步骤:
在获得图像之前灼烧木质;和
在获得图像之前用钢丝刷所述木质。
21.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中在生成图像步骤之前还包括通过色彩分离处理图像的步骤。
22.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中所述生成艺术线条图像步骤包括下列步骤:
生成图像的尺寸;
生成图像的分辨率;和
将纹理图像调整到所需间隔。
23.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中还包括给纹理图像赋予宽度和深度。
24.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其中蚀刻进板的线条深度约为0.009-0.013英寸,所述蚀刻的线条对应于纹理图像。
25.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中所述形成背景艺术图像包括下列步骤:
用具有预定分辨率的筛网(screen)合并图像;和
将与筛网合并的图像覆盖在薄膜上。
26.根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中所述筛网为133线筛网。
27.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中蚀刻的金属板包括对应于背景艺术图像的纹理部分。
28.根据权利要求27所述的方法,其中蚀刻纹理部分的深度约为0.010-0.013英寸。
29.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中所述母板图像为照相感光平版印刷板(1ithography plate)。
30.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中所述蚀刻包括蒸汽打磨以去除咬边和尖锐的边缘。
31.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中还包括用蚀刻好的金属板压制聚合基面以形成具有带木质纹理图案的外表面的模制构件。
32.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中金属板为纯净钢。
33.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中还包括在蚀刻好的金属板上镀一层铬。
34.一种用于在合成物材料中形成木质纹理图案的轧花板,包括:
经蚀刻的金属板,较低部分位于第一平面上;
从第一平面延伸的间隔的脊;
具有位于第二平面上的平面部分的铜版部分,该平面部分从所述第一平面向外设置,以及从第二平面向第一平面延伸的间隔的凹口。
35.一种门,包括:
周边门框;和
至少一个门板表层,所述门板表层具有外表面,其外部位于第一平面上,从外部平面下凹的间隔的槽,以及铜版部分,所述铜版部分具有由沟槽形成的间隔的突起,其中所述沟槽从外部平面下凹。
36.根据权利要求35所述的门,其中所述门具有两层所述门板表层固定在所述门框的相对两侧。
