Abstract
【解決手段】少なくともシートのハンドリング装置のグリップヘッドと、シートのスタックの側縁部に空気流を噴出するのに適したノズルアセンブリ1とを備える。さらに、少なくとも圧力増倍器17および収束/発散スパウトとして構成されたノズル5が設けられている、関連する第1の圧力調整器18が設けられた圧縮空気タンク16を備えた加圧空気の貯蔵アセンブリ2を備え、ノズルアセンブリ1と貯蔵アセンブリ2との間の高圧パイプが、急速に開く電磁弁12によって遮断され、ノズルアセンブリには、電磁弁12を介して供給される、収束/発散スパウトとして構成されたノズル5が設けられる。

Claims (9)
- シートハンドリング装置(L)の少なくともグリップヘッド(T)と、実質的に水平な空気流をシートのスタックの側面の縁に向けて噴射するノズルアセンブリ(1)とを備える、シートのスタックの分離装置(A)において、前記分離装置は、さらに、
少なくとも圧力増倍器(17)および関連する第1の圧力調整器(18)が設けられた圧縮空気タンク(16)を少なくとも備えた加圧空気貯蔵アセンブリ(2)を備え、
前記貯蔵アセンブリ(2)の入口ポートが前記圧力増倍器(17)の上流の空気供給ラインに接続され、
前記ノズルアセンブリ(1)と前記貯蔵アセンブリ(2)との間の高圧パイプが急速開電磁弁(12)により遮断され、
前記ノズルアセンブリ(1)には、前記電磁弁(12)を介して供給される、収束−発散スパウト(5c)として構成されたノズル(5)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記ノズルアセンブリ(1)は、アクチュエータ(6)によって駆動される高さ調節可能な支柱(4b)が設けられた移動支持体(4)を備え、その支柱(4b)に前記ノズル(5)のみならず前記シート(L)の検出器(14)も取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記高速開電磁弁(12)も前記高さ調整可能支柱(4b)に取り付けられている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記加圧空気の貯蔵アセンブリ(2)は、前記タンク(16)の入口ポートに対応する第2の圧力調整器(19)をさらに備える、請求項1、2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(5)は、前記収束−発散スパウト(5c)から出る空気流の方向に平行な軸の周りに回転可能に調整可能に取り付けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(5)は、円形のパイプを直線出口スリットになるように押しつぶした形状である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(5)は、水平に対して約30°傾斜した前記収束−発散スパウト(5c)の出口スリットを有する、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- シートのスタックの分離方法であって、
少なくともハンドリング装置のグリップヘッド(T)と、高速開電磁弁(12)を介して圧縮空気が供給されるノズル(5)および前記シート(L)の検出器(14a,14b)が設けられたノズルアセンブリ(1)とを備えた請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置を供給するステップと、
前記グリップヘッド(T)により前記シートのスタックの一番上のシート(L)をプリセット高さまで持ち上げるステップと、
前記ノズル(5)を前記プリセット高さに配置し、前記ノズル(5)を通して前記一番上のシート(L)の側縁部に対して圧縮空気のバーストを生じさせるステップと、
前記検出器(14a)により前記一番上のシート(L)の厚さを検出し、その厚さが前記一番上のシート(L)の期待厚さと一致するかどうかを判定するステップと、
前記検出された厚さが一致しない場合、前記圧縮空気のバーストを生じさせるステップを再度繰り返すステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記検出ユニット(14b)によって前記シートのスタックの前記一番上のシート(L)の高さを検出し、前記ノズル(5)の高さを前記一番上のシートの高さに応じて調整するステップをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
