Claims (10)
- ブレーキシステム用のモータポンプ装置(1,1A)であって、電動機(3)を備えており、該電動機(3)が、ポンプハウジング(4)内に配置された少なくとも1つの流体ポンプ(5)を駆動するモータ軸(7,7A)を有している形式のものにおいて、
コントロールユニット(10,10A)が、前記ポンプハウジング(4)における、前記電動機(3)が配置された面とは反対側の面に配置されていて、前記電動機(3)の実際の回転数および/または実際のトルクを調節するようになっており、前記コントロールユニット(10,10A)が、測定値送信器(9,9A)および磁気的な測定値受信器(14,14A)を有するセンサ装置(12,12A)を介して、前記モータ軸(7,7A)の実際の回転角度を無接触に検出して、前記電動機(3)を制御するために評価するようになっており、前記測定値送信器(9,9A)が、前記ポンプハウジング(4)内で前記モータ軸(7,7A)の自由端部(7.2,7.2A)に配置されていて、前記モータ軸(7,7A)の回転運動に依存して、前記コントロールユニット(10,10A)内に定置に配置された前記磁気的な測定値受信器(14,14A)によって検出された磁界の少なくとも1つの磁気量に影響を与え、前記回転角度の検出は、前記測定値送信器(9,9A)と前記磁気的な測定値受信器(14,14A)との間の、前記ポンプハウジング(4)の壁部を貫通して行われることを特徴とする、ブレーキシステム用のモータポンプ装置。 - 前記磁気的な測定値受信器(14)が、該磁気的な測定値受信器(14)によって検出された磁界を発生させる永久磁石(14.2)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のモータポンプ装置。
- 前記永久磁石(14.2)の磁軸が前記モータ軸(7)の軸線に対して平行に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のモータポンプ装置。
- 前記測定値送信器(9)が前記永久磁石(14.2)の磁界に影響を与える幾何学的形状(9.1)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3記載のモータポンプ装置。
- 前記幾何学的形状(9.1)が、前記モータ軸(7)の自由端部において前記モータ軸(7)の軸線に対して垂直に延在する刃として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のモータポンプ装置。
- 前記幾何学的形状(9.1)が、前記モータ軸(7)の自由端部に偏心的に配置されたピンとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のモータポンプ装置。
- 前記測定値送信器(9A)が、前記磁気的な測定値受信器(14A)によって検出された磁界を発生させる永久磁石(9.1A)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のモータポンプ装置。
- 前記永久磁石(9.1A)の磁軸が前記モータ軸(7A)の軸線に対して垂直に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のモータポンプ装置。
- 前記磁気的な測定値受信器(14,14A)がホールセンサを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のセンサユニット。
- 前記コントロールユニット(10,10A)のハウジングが前記ポンプハウジング(4)にフランジ結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のセンサユニット。
