一种气隙非浸油式内啮合齿轮电机泵,包括壳体(13)、定子(24)、转子(23)、复合转子轴(9)、泵芯座(2)、主动齿轮(5)、从动齿轮(4)、内端盖(22)、外端盖(20)、出油口压盖(1),复合转子轴(9)与转子(23)热装为一体,通过第一轴承(12)和第二轴承(16)支撑在壳体(13)和内端盖(22)上,主动齿轮(5)与复合转子轴(9)通过平键(7)连接,与从动齿轮(4)一起插装在泵芯座(2)中,可观测排气装置(27)安装在壳体(13)开设的放气孔(I2)上,智能转速数显仪(19)和被测体(21)分别安装在外端盖(20)和复合转子轴(9)上。

一种气隙非浸油式内啮合齿轮电机泵
技术领域
本发明涉及液压电机泵,尤其涉及电机与内啮合齿轮泵一体化集成的液压电机泵。
背景技术
静音、节能、绿色化液压动力单元是提升主机装备性能、拓展新领域应用的关键支撑,发展先进的液压动力单元是液压技术的国际前沿方向。目前,国内外研究团队针对不同类型的液压泵和不同规格电机进行了一体化的集成设计,电机定、转子大多是浸没在油液中工作,电机泵工作过程中,定、转子之间的气隙产生的粘性摩擦损耗较大,容积效率较低,针对该问题,兰州理工大学申请的一种气隙非浸油式液压电机叶片泵(CN103047134A),该方案在结构上阻挡了油液进入到电机定、转子之间的气隙中,由此避免了由粘性摩擦损耗产生的能量损失,电机泵的容积效率得以提升,中心轴内部集成了孔板式离心泵用来辅助主泵吸油,减少了主泵因吸油不充分引起的噪声,液压电机泵的静音性能进一步提升,可作为液压动力单元广泛用于液压系统中。
专利(CN103047134A)技术缺点分析,该方案中集成的叶片泵无法实现较低转速(600rpm以下)工况下运行,抗污染能力较差,另外电机泵在注油排气时不可避免地存在外漏油,污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种气隙非浸油式内啮合齿轮电机泵。
本发明是一种气隙非浸油式内啮合齿轮电机泵,包括壳体13、定子24、转子23、复合转子轴9、泵芯座2、主动齿轮5、从动齿轮4、内端盖22、外端盖20、出油口压盖1,复合转子轴9与转子23热装为一体,通过第一轴承12和第二轴承16支撑在壳体13和内端盖22上,主动齿轮5与复合转子轴9通过平键7连接,与从动齿轮4一起插装在泵芯座2中,可观测排气装置27安装在壳体13开设的放气孔I2上,智能转速数显仪19和被测体21分别安装在外端盖20和复合转子轴9上。
本发明的有益之处是:所述的一种气隙非浸油式内啮合齿轮电机泵,集成内啮合齿轮泵的主、从动齿轮尺寸较小,结构简单,使得液压电机泵的集成度进一步提高;主、从动齿轮安装在泵芯座中,拆装简单,内部零件更换更方便;内啮合齿轮泵具有较高的抗污染能力,特别是能够在低转速下稳定运行,使得液压电机泵的应用领域大为拓展;增加的自动排气装置不会产生外漏油,可通过透明杯观测电机泵排气情况;根据电机泵复合转子轴无外伸的特点,设计了测量转速时所用的被测体结构,通过螺钉连接在复合转子轴上,智能转速数显仪探头伸入电机泵内部,通过与被测体的被侧面产生电磁交互感应,产生的信号由智能转速数显仪转换并直接显示,也可用手机通过无线网连接远程检测电机泵运行状态,读取并保存数据,无需测量转速时,拆除被测体和智能转速数显仪,用标准螺堵封堵后端盖螺纹孔即可,操作简单方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1~图6所示,本发明是一种气隙非浸油式内啮合齿轮电机泵,包括壳体13、定子24、转子23、复合转子轴9、泵芯座2、主动齿轮5、从动齿轮4、内端盖22、外端盖20、出油口压盖1,复合转子轴9与转子23热装为一体,通过第一轴承12和第二轴承16支撑在壳体13和内端盖22上,主动齿轮5与复合转子轴9通过平键7连接,与从动齿轮4一起插装在泵芯座2中,可观测排气装置27安装在壳体13开设的放气孔I2上,智能转速数显仪19和被测体21分别安装在外端盖20和复合转子轴9上。
如图1、图2所示,所述壳体13为两层结构,由内壳II与外壳I热装而成,设有穿线口13a和泄油口13b,其中外壳I设有进油口I1和放气孔I2,内壳II设有冷却和供油为一体的流道(II1),并设有定子安装孔II4、泄油孔II2和卸油槽II3。
如图1、图3、图4所示,所述泵芯座2上设有唇形密封圈安装槽2a、高压卸荷槽2b、滑动轴承安装孔2d、月牙板2c、进油口2e、主、从动齿轮安装孔2h、导流槽2i、顶丝孔2g以及定位销孔2f。
如图1、图2、图5所示,所述可观测排气装置27由橡胶堵头27a、透明杯27b、阀盖27c、阀芯27d、浮子27e、阀体27f以及组合密封垫27g组成,安装在外壳I设有的放气孔I2上,并通过组合密封垫27g密封;透明杯27b与阀体27f通过螺纹连接。
本发明的工作过程如下:电机泵内部注满油并排气之后,给定子24线圈通电,转子23在电磁力矩的驱动下带动复合转子轴9做旋转运动,复合转子轴9通过平键7带动主动齿轮5运动,同时主动齿轮5驱动从动齿轮4工作,两者之间由泵芯座2内部的月牙板2c隔开形成密闭高低压腔,油液从外壳I的进油口I1进入泵内,经过内壳II上的流道II1和复合转子轴9的内流道,通过孔板离心泵增压后到达泵芯座2的进孔2e,油液经齿轮啮合增压后通过出油口压盖1排出,同时,在此过程中,油液将电机、轴承等产生的热量带出,并以此方式循环工作。

1.一种气隙非浸油式内啮合齿轮电机泵,包括壳体(13)、定子(24)、转子(23)、复合转子轴(9)、泵芯座(2)、主动齿轮(5)、从动齿轮(4)、内端盖(22)、外端盖(20)、出油口压盖(1),壳体(13)包括外壳(I)、内壳(II),其特征在于复合转子轴(9)与转子(23)热装为一体,通过第一轴承(12)和第二轴承(16)支撑在壳体(13)和内端盖(22)上,主动齿轮(5)与复合转子轴(9)通过平键(7)连接,与从动齿轮(4)一起插装在泵芯座(2)中,智能转速数显仪(19)和被测体(21)分别安装在外端盖(20)和复合转子轴(9)上;所述的外端盖(20)和内端盖(22)采用螺钉分别固定在外壳(I)和内壳(II)上;可观测排气装置(27)由橡胶堵头(27a)、透明杯(27b)、阀盖(27c)、阀芯(27d)、浮子(27e)、阀体(27f)以及组合密封垫(27g)组成,安装在外壳(I)设有的放气孔(I2)上,并通过组合密封垫(27g)密封;所述阀芯(27d)和浮子(27e)由阀盖(27c)封装在阀体(27f)内部,其中阀芯(27d)浮动在浮子(27e)和阀盖(27c)之间;所述橡胶堵头(27a)安装在透明杯(27b)上;所述透明杯(27b)采用螺纹拧在阀体(27f)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气隙非浸油式内啮合齿轮电机泵,其特征在于:所述壳体(13)为两层结构,由内壳(II)与外壳(I)热装而成,设有穿线口(13a)和泄油口(13b),其中外壳(I)设有进油口(I1)和放气孔(I2),内壳(II)设有冷却和供油为一体的流道(II1),并设有定子安装孔(II4)、泄油孔(II2)和卸油槽(II3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气隙非浸油式内啮合齿轮电机泵,其特征在于:所述泵芯座(2)上设有唇形密封圈安装槽(2a)、高压卸荷槽(2b)、滑动轴承安装孔(2d)、月牙板(2c)、进油口(2e)、主、从动齿轮安装孔(2h)、导流槽(2i)、顶丝孔(2g)以及定位销孔(2f)。
